No, the SRMX partnership with Askey is to develop products that will use the Telit modules.
The FN980m module was developed by, and belongs to, Telit, so it should be referred to as the FN980m module and not our FN980m module.
TriCascade (SRMX) may one day have a product that uses the FN980m but, to date, they have not announced that anything has been completed. If they ever do have a product that incorporates the FN980m, then these certifications could prove useful toward sales of that product.
.
Seems like a fair opinion to me. We will see in a few weeks.
They moved from Nevada to Wyoming in 2017.
What about Wyoming corporate reinstatement? I’d be very surprised if that can get OTCIQ approval without that.
.
Thanks, that’s exactly what I heard. That Tri Cascade (SRMX; not mentioned by name) is one of a slew (aka a large number) of partners. It was never said that they were a “top of the list partner”.
Their guardian device was included with other devices said to be “just the top of the list” which says to me that the woman is speaking to the timing of the product (i.e. one of the first) and not necessarily to the quality of the product.
All of this is not to say that there is anything wrong with Tri Cascade having a product included in a Microsoft video.
Could you give the exact time in the video that Microsoft says, “SRMX is a top of the list partner”? Watched it a few times but never heard those words. Thanks.
Also, the SG500M2-X is a module, not a chip. SRMX does not make chips.
I don’t see anything regarding a June 20 deadline in your link. If you are referring to the OTCIQ application that was due on June 30, SRMX already had access so there was no need for them to apply.
.
Wrong. That link shows short volume, not short interest.
Here is a good write up on the difference between the two from the CEO of OTC Markets Group.

The KEL appears to be another one of those failed ideas that hasn't been mentioned by the company for years, so probably not worth worrying about.
.
Thanks for the response, although it is still concerning to me.
Regarding your point 4; that is one of the reasons why long time investors like myself may come off as somewhat disgruntled. They paid for those failed ideas with shares and diluted the crap out of us. Let's hope the Microsoft PO leads to great things so that the averaging down pays off.
Thank you for the info on the attorney letters. I knew of the problems with the letters but not about the OTC Markets stance of two strikes and you're out (until next quarter).
.
Welcome to ihub and the SRMX board, and thank you for a post worthy of discussion.
In that light, it should be pointed out that Wen-Shone Shiau is a director and secretarty for TriCascade and he has only purchased preferred shares of TriCascade. What are your thoughts on why Wen-Shone Shiau has chosen to limit his participation to the private sub rather than investing in the public vehicle the rest of us are invested in, Saddle Ranch Media?

I don’t believe Max would be so stupid to say that revenue would be posted for Q2 and then not show any, so there will be revenue in the Q2. I do agree with you, though, that it will not be as much as many are hoping.
I base that opinion simply on this company’s history of disappointing. Could Max prove us wrong for once? Possibly, and that would be fine with me.
.
.
Link, please to SRMX chips for sale. Thanks.
That guy discredits himself immediately by saying that SRMX is involved with SpaceX based on nothing but message board speculation.
.
Not really. Woodland Report articles are full of misinformation like...
"The Tri Cascade chip is currently certified by Microsoft’s Azure", without mentioning that the chip is actually made by Arm, or "They [SRMX] also co-develop the FN980m module with Telit...", which is simply untrue.
Personally, I don't like to mislead "newbies".
.
That's good DD by Elaine having the SRMX description versions handy for comparison, but it shows us that no one is reading the Woodland Report articles or they could have picked up on the change as early as June 8th. Maybe now we can stop with the annoyance of having those links repeated every day.
.
So somebody is forging Max’s certification of the financial reports and the attorney is lying when he says that he has personally conferred with Max?
Of course he is still alive.
I will give you the other two points.
.
It’s possible that you are thinking of Elcrest, where Starcrest is a partner alongside Eland that was started by former Addax higher up (and ERHC board member) Les Blair?
.
You may be confusing Addax with another company. While it may have started out as a private company, prior to it’s acquisition by Sinopec, Addax was publicly traded on both the Toronto and London Stock Exchanges. And SEO had no involvement with Addax that I am aware of, other than getting it involved in the JDZ.
See “History”...

.
Has Egleston ever addressed the Wyoming corporate status (I can't keep up with Twitter)? I don't see how OTC Markets would approve the application of a company that is Adminstratively Dissoved in its state of incorporation.

Article out of STP says drilling in Block 6 is still on for this year. ERHC is mentioned in a historical context.
São Tomé and Príncipe announces the execution of the 1st oil hole for this year, 2021
June 22, 2021
By: Manuel Dénde, journalist at the STP-Press News Agency
São Tomé (São Tomé and Príncipe), 22 Jun. 2021 (STP-Press) – São Tomé and Príncipe will advance this year to the first drilling in the offshore oil block in its Exclusive Economic Zone, EEZ, – announced Osvaldo d' Abreu, Minister of Natural Resources of the Country.
According to the official speaking in an interview with local television, TVS, in the last 72 hours, this is the first exercise of its kind in the country, which should involve the oil companies "Galp" and "Shell" in block 6 of the ZEE of Sao Tome and Principe.
The minister who does not see oil as a solution, but adds that oil could be a means for the authorities to restructure São Tomé's economy and relaunch the country to a sustainable economy in the future, with emphasis on areas such as Agriculture, Tourism and Fisheries .
"The country must be prepared for this challenge, because oil attracts investors and hence our expectations to restructure the country in various areas exploring other types of resources," added the government official.
According to the official, his country will move towards this first hole and hopes that “God will help us and bless São Tomé and Príncipe”.
In the archipelago, according to the minister of Natural Resources, seismic surveys are being carried out in the country's ultra-deep waters and at very slow costs for partners.
It should be remembered that the first attempt to extract hydrocarbons in the country dates back more than ten years ago, which involved the country and the American company “ERHC” encouraged by the late Prime Minister, Raúl Vagner Bragança Neto.
It should be noted that the archipelago of São Tomé and Príncipe, located in the sub-region of Central Africa, is the only country that still does not extract hydrocarbons in this sub-region of the world, while neighbors such as Nigeria, Gabon, Cameroon, Angola and Equatorial Guinea, already extract this resource.

The Harris County Sealing Order was issued in late October or early November of 2017, most likely.
.
Could depend on the Q2 report. If the Microsoft PO turns out to be a one-time, minimal thing and there is no sign of other revenue except for promises of things to come in 2022, then a return to trips could be possble.
.
Once all financials and attorney letter are posted and deemed acceptable by OTC Markets, EEGI should go from stop sign to pink current account in one step.
That article contains blatantly false information regarding SRMX and the Telit FN980m. Also, the crack research team at Woodland Report doesn’t even know that FN980m is a module and not a chip. But, yeah, it’s “great”.
I am of the opinion that both the ICC ruling and the Harris County sealing order are still in effect. I do not personally believe, however, that they are valid excuses for not filing financials with the SEC.
.
Correct. The appeals court did not get the chance to decide one way or another since the Harris County case was dropped so the unredacted documents were never produced.
Sorry if that wasn’t clear. What I meant was that no Harris County judge ever reversed his or her order for ERHC to produce the “Any deal...” documentation based on the ICC ruling. ERHC had to go the appeals route in an attempt to get the order reversed.
Not sure what one has to do with the other but, yes, when reporting on SRMX short interest, Zerohedge is junk.
.
The Woodland Report is junk research and their latest mention of SRMX proves it by their repeating the incorrect statement that TriCascade co-developed the FN980m chip along with Telit. SRMX has never made this claim, it only appears on SRMX message boards.

There seems to be some confusion. The Harris County Court case was sealed (i.e. information blackout about that trial) at the request of Kosmos; Kosmos filed the motion to seal and Judge Randy Wilson granted the motion. From page 7 of 419...
"The record of the original proceeding is sealed on motion of Kosmos."
This is the “gag order” that ERHC cites in its response to the SEC OIP...
“8. The claimant [Kosmos] also obtained a sealing order, restraining any disclosure of the litigation by the parties, which effectively prevented ERHC from making any disclosures regarding the litigation for fear of significant court sanction.”
As to the Harris County Judge reversing his decision on the “Any deal...” information? Never happened.
During the Harris County trial proceedings both Judge Wilson and, later, Judge Tanya Garrison, ordered ERHC to produce the “Any deal...” information, which would include the Total documents. The Garrison Order, which would have forced ERHC to produce the unredacted version of the Total documents was the reason ERHC filed the Writ of Mandamus with the 14th Court of Appeals. The excerpt you present comes from ERHC's argument to the appeals court asking them to overturn the order.
On whether state or federal law would override in this situation? That may be up to the U.S. Supreme Court to decide, should it come to that...

.
The Harris County judge sealed the case (i.e. "gagged" the parties) in response to a motion to seal filed by Kosmos. The "Any deal..." quote provided relates to information that Kosmos sought and that the judge ordered ERHC to produce.
.
SRMX is not an SEC reporting company so not sure how they could be delinquent in that regard.
Please post your verified information. Thanks.
I see Durden is still posting analyses based on bad Bloomberg information. SRMX market cap is $75.41?
.
Merger for MJWL not EEGI.
Sources indicate that he was still in Houston on or about April 7, 2021.
