I'm real sure you are right, you have been spot on the past week.
What makes this worth more is a growing tv network and a growing list of airports and DR offices. The operative word for PNCH followers is" growing".
I would go along with that normally but this has the potential to be different. You might need to change your way of thinking on this one. Ever think of that?
Absolutely right, read the pro and con and spend some time looking around other places and decide for yourself.
If you think a TV network and contract with Clear Vision is good....... decide for yourself........
Those guys (Steve-Joseph) been hard at it for awhile now and their work is starting to pay off.
I'm not talking bout the SP the last week, I'm talking about Punch Tv and all the shows both current and coming and the airports and Dr offices. The SP will catch up to their success in time.
Get on or get off this train is leaving the station!
Looks like PNCH is proving a few people wrong, at least for now. If the K is as good as many think it will be the boo birds might go away.
Nice day
Really nice to see the two of you communicating. It really adds to the dd for PNCH. Very well thought out posts.
Vince, please don't leave. I enjoy your professional sounding posts that really add to the dd for this board.
Nice green start to the week. Just gettin warmed up
Read your post-went to Punch TV. Marvin is a riot! How about bucket and whip. Man did that rabbit look good.
I'll say it once more, I'm glad I own PNCH!!!
I'm very glad I own a good number of shares at this time in PNCH's history.
I understand your frustration, many of are in that boat. The difference however, between then and now is considerable.
Several posters will definitely not agree with with where things appear to be heading. Don't take what is said here, positive and negative and do your own dd on PNCH, there is a lot of it to look at.
For myself: Punch TV is growing, IMO there are enough decent shows to make it a viable network. Ad slots are filled, new shows are coming.
The airport deal is growing, maybe not as fast as we want, but still growing.
The one issue I keep coming back to is this: Why would you schedule your first investors meeting and a party for Punch TV a few weeks after your yearly report comes out? That makes 0 sense; unless you knew the numbers were going to be good. Why would you open yourself up to criticism unless you knew it was going to be 2 positive events?
Close at HOD, happened 2-3 times this week?
Sure going the right direction... makes some people here pretty mad when it goes up, wonder why if we are all in this to make money.
Another nice green day.
Punch TV growing, shows look good, new ones in the pipeline, ad slots filled.
Several airports up and running, a bunch more coming this year.
Shareholders meeting.
Launch party for Punch TV.
Green days ahead!
Sticky 93239 belongs with all the other messages in the post section, its mostly the opinion of this poster, not serious dd.
I'm certainly not buying any more. I got stuck with 1.8m and can't get rid of them. Just wishful thinking that something might happen. Vargas has been responsive when I email him. I guess we'll see if anything ever comes of this.
Probably not.
Now that made me laugh. I actually have a 3 legged dog. She's 14 and doing great.
IMO, PNCH has 2 big legs, TV and airports, that will carry it to the finish line. Only in this case there is no finish line. We just get in 1st place and stay there!
Hey hey, green so far. Good stuff happening!
And HOD as well!
Yeah I can imagine!
2012 was getting PUNCH TV and Clear Channel organized, 2013 was growth, 2nd half of '13 and beyond was building revenue and increasing shareholder value.
Here is his response back. Can anyone help me interpret what it all means. Thanks

Thanks for your ongoing communications.
As to NUBL shares are concerned ... similiar to what we are seeing with NVAE, I anticipate once merger plans get going some pre restructuring trading activity. At some point I expect a recapitalizaiton of NUBL and NVAE.
The OTC market is very different than it was five years ago. I think the last five years has been 'survival.' I think just now that issuers and investors are starting to take stock of the aftermath of a five year 'shit-storm' (excuse my french). I am not sure what the OTC is going to look like going forward, but I think it will be different than what it looked like five years ago. I am just glad that there are some signs of rebuilding. It will be interesting to see what gets built.
I am advising a take it slow approach to recaps. Unless a new strategic investor requires a recap and is putting up substantial dollars, I don't see a need to recap just to get out of the sub penny market. Most of the OTC trading is sub penny today. That should be telling us something. I am not sure just what it's telling us, but I am trying to take it slow and listen carefully.

Don't have pm but understand; and yes... How bout Q2 and 3. This steak just needs to cook a little bit
Sticky 91385 has these personal opinions
"This diluted pig is so fat it can't run. LOOK'S LIKE A REVERSE SPLIT ON THE HORIZON!! "
I thought stickys were for facts about the company, not opinions. Please remove
I agree with your conclusion. The 29th should answer some of that speculation. I guess I'm optimistic though and feel more positive the more I hear.
Really nice animal show on Punch right now. Reminded me of "Wild Kingdom" years ago.
Watched for a few minutes on the website. Ended up reading a story about Tom Brady and watching some guy mixing drinks, cool stuff.
WOW, guess what? I own a piece of all of that!!!!!!!!
Even the Sunday morning children's religious shows are pretty good.
Again, Punch TV appeals to a broad age range, with many interests represented.
Almost forgot, all the ad slots are filled. Not bad for a new network that really just got cooking 6 months ago. Tremendous progress for the company in a relatively short time.
Too many decent shows for some not to become hits. Heck one hit show could fund the whole network and lead to more hit shows.
The PNCH children's shows are pretty good too. So are the cooking and "some" of the music. (LOL) The rap doesn't appeal to me but I watched a show about blues that was awesome.
Hows that for a broad, range of ages appeal?
Is PUNCH TV on the way or what!!!!
PS: More airports on the way!!!!!
I then asked (in a nice way to keep communications open) what was going to happen to NUBL shares,
I'll post any response.
I emailed him, here is his response.
Verbally - a deal is committed - along the lines of the NVAE scenario - a completely different industry, but a new majority owner with a new business direction and old convertible debt holders all going long so as to eliminate any overhang with the new business direction.
I hope to have a blog entry on NUBL in the next couple of weeks.
Cheers,
Philip
Absolutely.
Antenna + Netflix + Hulu Pllus = about $16/month. I'm getting close.
Just picked another 100k. You've got to kidding me! .0032 a share for a growing tv network and an airport deal.
Local grocery store offering buy 2 get 3 free, this is way better.
shouldn't part of sticky 91835 be removed because it is opinion. Aren't sticky's supposed to be factual?
Shouldn't sticky 92287 be removed? Wasn't this situation explained concerning the CFO?
Punch is constantly growing! Wait till the airports/doctor's office deal starts growing like that.
I use an antenna for sat radio in the house, $14/month. Why not an antenna for FREE tv? Oh guess what, a whole lot of people are making the switch.
Pretty soon more people will get their tv delivered over the internet and free over the air where the signal can be received; like millions in bigger cities.
Netflix, HULU, ect. Network shows with an antenna. All at a fraction of the cost.
We all know you hate the CEO, lets leave it at that instead of these types of comments.
Nice reply, thanks, typical.
Excellent sensible reply
No question about that. I just think some of what is on the air isn't bad, and in time shows will come and go and hopefully the overall product will get better.
