WTH? ATTD IS NOT DUMPING SHARES. These converitble notes belong to private individuals who funded the business in exchange for future stock shares via convertible notes. The converitble notes now coming due and owing thus arose from private funding a long time ago.
It's not MY option... it's obvious fact easily deduced from the latest 10Q. If I had an option, it would not be this; but I have no such option, and I'm quite certain that the other options available to ATTD are far less pleasant than this.
My opinion is based in logic, fact, and an understanding of how Attitude Drinks Inc. operates as a rapidly growing entity that far exceeds your own.
IMPORTANT: FAIR NOTICE TO FELLOW ATTD iHUBBERS...
As most of you know, I fervently support ATTD and hold a significant number of shares (putting my money where my mouth is). Nevertheless, my fondness for ATTD and its long-term prospects do not blind my analytical observations to the facts facing this growing company. Thus, in order to stave off shock or panic selling, I humbly request that you please note the following.
ATTD WILL ALMOST CERTAINLY HAVE TO INCREASE ITS AUTHORIZE SHARE COUNT (A/S) WITHIN THE NEXT MONTH OR SO. The convertible notes coming due in March and beyond (i.e., executed or converted via shares diluting the O/S) - compared with the current O/S of 500+ million shares and the current A/S of 1 billion shares - make this A/S increase fact all but a certain, albeit necessary, evil. OF CRUCIAL IMPORTANCE: DO NOT BE SURPRISED WHEN THE ATTD A/S INCREASE HAPPENS SO AS TO AVOID PANIC SELLING. Instead, price this inevitable, pending A/S increase into the trading NOW.
As to ATTD's long-term PPS performance, this pending A/S increase will quickly fade in magnitude of impact as ATTD continues its extraordinarily rapid distribution, marketing, product sales, and revenues. Chalk it up to growing pains and prudently work your trading around it. In time (e.g., one-two years) ATTD will likely execute a large share buyback to correct the pending A/S increase. GLTA.
ATTD will NOT execute another reverse split... no way... not going to happen. See alternatively: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=72400726&txt2find=authorized|share .
The gravamen of that which you write proves old and irrelevant. Along with many others on the ATTD board, I already addressed such issues no less than TWO WEEKS AGO! See, e.g., http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=72400726&txt2find=authorized|share . (February 22, 2012.)
I understand your skepticism. However, I encourage you to review the response I just provided another post like yours @ http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=73002532 .
Within a few months, ATTD will have product from coast to coast. Revenues will increase by percentage points in the thousands. I am a personal friend of Roy Warren, ATTD's CEO, and I know that his integrity and drive regarding ATTD is real and extraordinarily zealous. I sincerly believe that uplisting, national distribution, massive marketing campaigns, new products, and much more all lie ahead in the foreseeable future.
ATTD will rise and shine in a way that few penny stocks ever do. In a nutshell, that's upon what I base my PPS estimate. Indeed, byy this time twelve months from now, I would not be shocked to see ATTD at or above $1.00 per share; that does not mean I predict such... only that I would not find myself surprised by it.
$0.2475 - just put a quarter-million of my ~ 1 million ATTD shares on a GTC sell order for $0.2475... a bit low, I realize, but profit-taking is always good, especially to allow a free ride with remaining shares! Only a matter of a few months now until the ATTD PPS tests the quarter-dollar per share mark!
Until VCRT's executive suite gets in act in gear, VCRT is a HUGE risk.
Not that I've heard.
Damn stocks... they should listen to us better!!!
Damn indeed... seems serious and catastrophic for MMTE!
So, it's all over for MMTE then??? MMTE is also stuck on that dreaded DTCC CHILL LIST!!!
Most of all, with the reckless manner in which the CEO has handeled business the stock is now on the DTCC Chill. [T]his POS went on full "CHILL" a few days ago. It's over. -jkm1 (commenting on a fellow fully DTCC-Chilled stock, just as MMTE is fully DTCC-Chilled).
See also http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=72816809 .
PAWP will fly under the radar for a while, allowing the prudent investor to score many shares for various great rates. At some point, however, PAWP will have its day in the sun, and the PPS will rise and fall from there forward with the rises proving much greater than the falls (or "dips"). PAWP should indeed make a lot of us a lot of $$$. GLTA!
LOL... I was only kidding; hence the " ;) ."
NO DONATIONS NEEDED!!!
Who knows? Someone or some entity with considerable power obviously sees MMTE in a bad light to ensure that MMTE ended upon and continues to wallow on the infamous DTCC CHILL list. Further, whether that someone or some entity is right in their observation apparently - and disturbingly - proves irrelevant.
"Out of 311 securities chilled only one has ever been lifted [from the DTCC Chill List with] the Trade-for-Trade designation removed, and that was back in 2008. Further [the DTCC Chill List] is a death sentence. Not a single company from last year that has been chilled has benefitted a shareholder; the chilled stocks either no longer trade, trade at .0001 with little volume, or reverse merged and wiped their existing shareholders out." -BigBake1
I'm thinking MMTE is stuck at .0006 before the next leg down.
MMTE has a functioning board of directors? Really?
NO QUESTION... HVYW NEEDS A NEW, CUTTING-EDGE WEBSITE! Please send donations to Harvey Westbury's IT Department. ;)
A truly professional, top-shelf, interactive (e.g., internally linked) website would cost HVYW no less than $1,500.00... likely much more than that.
Shocking that QUMI held its PPS this high after the paid pumping campaign died... shows good things about QUMI though!
Oh... well... good!
Wait a moment on that "ho-hum, couldn't care less sentiment." You see, reputable MMTE boosters and respected iHub members find that any stock on the DTCC CHILL LIST evidences a potentially bad investment and/or purported wrongful actions by the company, resulting in the stock's placement on the CHILL LIST in the first place. Thus, this issue could become a major problem for MMTE! For example, note the following quotes - avoiding MMTE's DTCC CHILL status - centering instead on the horror of other stocks being on the DTCC CHILL LIST (i.e., the same one on which MMTE appears):
"And this POS went on full "CHILL" a few days ago. It's over." -jkm1 (February 22, 2012)
"Real investors and traders care about the DTCC chill and how it affects a co.'s trading. The DTCC/SEC runs the show...." -hmmauto (February 23, 2012)
"Well i was gonna get back in, but guess not now. CHILL...." -steeler1 (February 23, 2012)
"All real investors care about is the bottom line. The bottom line here is a joke. Most of all, with the reckless manner in which the CEO has handeled business the stock is now on the DTCC chill." -jkm1 (February 24, 2012)
"Might want to point the blame at the company, it is called running a business, that means you develop a business plan, a marketing plan and secure a form of long term financing to spread the risk so that it does not solely rest on the share holders equity. This ATM mentality has earned them this chill, it is because of their own action to abuse the exemptions instead of Registering shares and getting actual investors to spread the risk that it ends up here. Out of 311 securities chilled only one has ever been lifted and the Trade for Trade designation removed, and that was back in 2008. Further it is a death sentence, not a single company from last year that has been chilled has benefitted a shareholder, they either no longer trade, trade at .0001 with little volume or RSed and wiped their existing shareholders out." -BigBake1 (February 23-25, 2012)
"Many people can't trade it... it is chilled...." -Nitwit (February 25, 2012)
"It's not only TD ameritrade... that's not true. I work in the industry and a DTCC chill affects some major brokerage houses and alot of small ones." -joetm (February 27, 2012)
"The Chill is sucking the life right out of this - Very sad! I don't mess with chilled stocks - In fact I'm glad TDA notifies me of a DTC chilled issue before i push the button. (Actually they just won't allow it to go through.) My feeling is that if/when Etrade or another broker puts the big chill on this - its going to be hard to buy or sell this." -foxbat426 (February 27-28, 2012)
"Dilution . . DTCC Chill . . Next DTCC Lock, Wait & See" -Mark280z (February 28, 2012)
"[I]t is in fact chilled from DTC services and designated Trade for Trade. [A]ny broker using Penson Clearing, TDA, and any non self clearing broker cannot trade [DTCC CHILLED] ABCD [shares] and/or can be subject to excessive manual trading fees that can take up to 4 weeks before appearing in one's account. [With manual trading fees] at $500-$700 per transaction, be very aware of chilled securities and their restrictions.... http://www.dtcc.com/downloads/legal/imp_notices/2012/nscc/a7349.pdf ." -BigBake1 (March 1, 2012)
"DTCC's chill will crush ABCD stock over time as liquidity dries up. Can you name any chilled companies still trading a year after its removal from CNS without a a reorganization that wipes out the equity holders?" -Inorout (March 2, 2012)
I'd agree... MMTE LOOKS and FEELS like a pinky sham, IMHO... and based on my mounting paper losses due to the sinking PPS.
No. According to numerous recent posts - including links to DTCC chill lists (posted within the past few days), MMTE's CHILL had been lifted. See, e.g.:

Apparently that is NOT the case anymore (or somehow never was).
PAWP WILL GO FAR... NO QUESTION!
That's what everyone said back in the summer of 2011 when those of us who are true looonnngggs were confidently "averaging down" from our spring high-per-share purchase amounts by buying "bargain" shares in the .0015 range! Look at where MMTE went since then! Damn... .0015 per share would be a miracle now!
I detest this new 5000 share-to-show-on-L2 rule! You KNOW this stock would move with greater liquidity if we could SEE the various offers for less than 5,000 shares that lie between the visible spread of 5,000-share bids and asks! I KNOW there are orders in that spread!!!
PAWP is on my target list of low price loading stocks (i.e., when the PPS dips to a certain point, I take some time to load the boat with inexpensive shares). NOW is very likely such a time!
That's okay... PAWP will have many ups and downs to come; in the end the UPs wil far outnumber the downs. Buy on the dips!
PAWP is a moderate to long term play. Time and patience play a key role in making bank on PAWP.
I could not agree more! $$$ train likely!
THIS just might be ground floor on something huge$$$$$$$$
Yesterday, the boardmarks went as high as 69. We need to regain lost ground.
I think they've barely got the seat of their pants right now.
Agreed 100%... PAWP's carefully planned movement into the planet's largest consumer market is, indeed, H U G E. With nearly 20 years of experience behind this company in Canada, it'll hit the ground running in the U.S. - unlike so many other pink sheet stocks that fumble around trying to find a business model that works for them. With PAWP, the business model is already tried, true, and ready to capture significant U.S. market share!
Actually, PAWP employs no less than nine employees (meaning they probably use temps that increase the number beyone nine occasionally) in various fields, i.e., "management, operations, manufacturing, and marketing." Middle management and executives are very different. In this case, the executives appear to be major stock holders that likely get paid based on some profit percentage analysis. Middle management folks get a paycheck.
