BMiles System Scan and Results -
System closed 0 position today while opening 8 new positions. New positions today include tickers AEZS, APPY, DCTH, HEV, KMX, LVLT, MEXP, and WLT.
Below is a list I will post daily of stocks from my scans and their performance for up to the past 30 trading days. Stock prices are based on EOD buy and sells. I work for a living so sometimes it is difficult for me to post during trading hours but as I can I will keep everyone updated on any scan picks during the day. Even if I can't give a heads up during the day, it will often be possible to get the same price or better at the open on the following day for those interested in trading any of my scan picks.
These picks are not home run picks by design but instead designed to be small short term consistent compounded gains with an average profit of better than 3%, average hold time of less than 5.11 days, and an accuracy of 74% winning picks or better. These numbers come from back testing this scans against a data base of over 900 stocks I collected dating from 1996 – June 2009. Not every pick is a winning pick but winning picks will average better than 74% over time. Exits are determined by criteria that was used for the back testing. Often times the system will exit too early and leave money on the table but over time the gains are greater this way.
One may ask why I am looking for an average of only 3% per trade. The answer is quite simple, compounded gains add up quickly. For example, if a person started with only $1,000 and had to pay $9.99 to get in a stock and $9.99 to get out then it would only take that person 272 trades to break $1,000,000. If they started with $3,000 then it would only take 206 trades. How many trades do you make a year??? Compounded gains add up quickly, it is not a race.
This system feeds off sideways trading and pull back in the market. During periods the market is in a bull run then the picks will dry up, that is when you will most often find me playing picks outside my system.

Always have to go against the grain... Don't you?
I'm out of here, got to get back to work. I will see you guys later.
All those .0017's that went off and we get a little tap at .0013 and can't get another hit at .0017?
LMAO - The short is reading the board, read my post - http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=50921410 As .0017's started to drop he had to scramble and put an order in at .0015 to try to create a little fear, try to stop the buying at .0017. Use some common sense here, if you are setting on the ASK at .0017 and suddenly two MM's get taken out and only one is left then do you lower your order to .0015??? Someone is nervous and they are reading this board. LMAO!!!! Oh, now they sell a small amount of shares at .0013. That makes a lot of sense, MM's getting taken out at .0017 with just one left at .0017 and so sell at .0013??? It is obvious here guys.
Well it probably needs to close at or above .002 to bring in real volume. I think a lot of people are watching and know it is going to run but don't want their money tied up in it waiting on the day it run. They want to see it break .002 and preferably close above .002. If that were to happen then it would be best to happen end of day as to make it stick over the weekend.
Brad
All smoke and mirrors. They have kept three MM’s at .0017 most of the day while twice today an MM has been taken out by a small hit on the ASK. Someone shorted 5.5 million shares over the past three days. Most people who wanted out would not set side by side with three MM’s on the ASK, they would try to undercut them. Who ever is shorting is stacking three MM’s on the ASK with small orders in order to create a false resistance level and to try to discourage any buying or hope for this stock. They don’t really want to come down with their fake sell order which are short orders because shorting any lower than .0017 is getting too risky. They got nervous today which is why they stacked the orders, I think they underestimated what $treet and MOMO can do to a stock, just wait until the rain starts to pour and they have to cover those 5.5 million shorted shares from the past three days in this small float stock along with any other short positions they took prior to that.
