I checked the Alexa rating for this site and its at 15 million now and the ceoservice.com site is around 5 million. This really doesn't matter now but lets see how much the rank improves over the next month!

Unfortunately no. Holding stock in the company does not entitle you to any of the corporate assets because a corporation is legally a person.
That would be like saying since the bank holds your mortgage the bank manager can come over and take clothes out of your dresser :P
Yes. Unfortunately in the land of pinks your word and your PR doesn't mean much. The market needs SEC fillings!
Predictions for tomorrow?
It depends when the shorting occurred.
It's mostly market makers who short.
My broker (etrade) no longer allows new short positions, but when they did you had to put up $2.50 of margin PER share. I know the MM's don't have that requirement but that's ALOT of margin for a very little reward.
But when you are a market maker.. and you can short every stock on the OTC.. well.. you get it.

They sell what they have =\
I mean this is where the two schools crash. News vs Charts. I use charts on a situational basis in context of the news.
However, I can't argue with results, Warren Buffet loves charts and has made a hefty fortune on it.
also known as tomorrow :P
Well, its pretty significant that they got financing after being defunct.
I'm new here so I'm still working on DD.
It seems like they PR'd the financing, but knew about it a few weeks before that. The PR from a week ago says they are currently preparing the filling. So, we should see it before the end of March.

Well THRR's status as the target is not important. The regulation is actually designed to prevent fraud from the BUYER. The problem is that when this tender offer is completed, your broker isn't just going to give you the money and wait for the buyer to pay. The buyer needs to initiate payment and there has been a problem in the past of them delaying.
So, now imagine a scenario where you can't get your money, you can't sell your stock either because trading will be halted. So you are stuck in limbo and have no idea who the buyer is.. at all.
The second thing is the stringing along of investors to get the share above .01. Now, that would require the buyer to disclose themselves but it could still happen.
I don't think there is ALOT of dilution but there was definitely some. It's one thing to see random drops of shares but when blocks of 1,000,000 come through ten at a time, then hold when the price downticks. Wait a little while and return... well that's probably dilution.
I hope they file that 10K soon and can start using the financing providing by those investors instead of us.
Yep, indicators are improving. The 2nd resistance widened to 15 instead of 12.
Unfortunately the TA hasn't been authorized to release information by MDIN... so no, we are at the mercy of the company as it would be.
Yeah unfortunately I think you are right. I watched them drop on L2. They have to pay the bills.. I just wish they would let it ride a bit before they do it.
hoping for another EOD runup?
13s up
huge wall of buys just came in at 12.... MDIN has been noticed =)

NITE @ .0011
I just consider the play too long to wait on now. Things are pretty much in the same position they have been in now. The only real changes were that the offer is actually a mini-tender offer and the new date for close is April 30th. They did indicate they are in the "due diligence" phase which indicates they aren't nearly as far into the deal as they seemed to indicate.
The CC was a ridiculous embarrassment. Prior to the start of the conference, they had everyone unmuted. It was fine for about 5 minutes and then as time went on the immaturity of the penny stock shone brightly. Then there was a period of muting followed by what I think was someone gaining moderator ability. They used mocking voices to say it was all a scam etc., etc.,
So, after 30 minutes of that mess the conference call started and was over within 4 minutes. Ridiculous.
Well there are a few more things left to PR. Financial data is due out soon, so we should see some interest there.
Other than that it's a waiting game.
The easiest answer is that the company purchasing them is a private company.
The important difference is the regulatory requirements. If they make a cash offer and you agree to sell your shares to them (in this case a proxy vote will be held per conference) and they don't own ANY shares of THRR, they can do it without meeting the requirements of 14D.
If they own 1% of THRR shares, they can't make an offer for more than 4% without triggering the requirements of them to abide by all the SEC regulations.
If you are going to stay in this stock you need to read ALL of Rule 14 and understand it. The SEC has also issued a special statement about mini-tender offers and fraud. You can see that here:
http://content.lawyerlinks.com/default.htm#http://content.lawyerlinks.com/library/sec/sec_releases/34-43069.htm
You know I didn't place much stock in the phrase for "a penny" and I'm concerned that a Chief Financial Officer wouldn't specifically say at .01 per share currently authorized and outstanding.
It's not hard to be clear. Words do have meaning and I don't like the intentional spikes in their voices to make some things have less emphasis, so you ignore them.
What I do think is highly amusing is that it took me 4 minutes to decide not to keep my investment in THRR when I heard it from the staff of THRR and two weeks of banter on here didn't sway me.
I'm out as well.
A mini-tender offer? No. They don't require anywhere near the reporting to the SEC that a full tender offer does.
If they want investor confidence they need to make their actual conference call longer than the schpeal whoever hacked the conference call said.
Well, it was a 4 minute conference call. They basically announced that it would be a mini-tender offer for the company to purchase 100% of the outstanding shares "for a penny", which most likely means at a penny a share.
They extended the date to April 30th instead of the 10th as a closing date and stated they are in the DD phase.
Once they have information they will PR it.
I think that because of the time extension and not releasing the buyers name.. that this will be a while before it pays off.
I definitely wouldn't. I don't know if this service has the ability to moderate questions like some others.. but hopefully it does.
I was joking....
I think they booted them. Unfortunately it may continue to be a problem once the conference starts.
I must say this is pretty ridiculous. I have never seen this at a corporate conference call before.
Real CFO on the conference. That's an executive voice ;)
Exactly.
It was open, there was a period of muting everyone followed by someone talking or playing a recorded statement that was completely bogus. I'm guessing they figured out the moderator controls for the call. Hopefully THRR will come on at 2 as the host and mute everyone.
wth? It looks like someone hacked the conference call?
THANK YOU.
...look around you. lol.
