Industries that must have and all of the new applications that are being patented every day because of the unique qualities of silver. There is no other precious metal that has anywhere near the qualities of silver, I am not sure but maybe platinum being the closest and it does not possess the antibacterial qualities of silver. This alone could propel silver to unheard of gains of any PM ever. Just to think if they were to start using it in all hospitals and medical facilities in dressings and furnishings, beddings, draperies and uniforms. Micro small amounts to eliminate bacterial growth but just the shear number of uses and facilities would require vast amoumts of silver. Now with the new super bugs entering the systems, how long will it be before silver is put to a use that maybe it was intended for all along. Yes you can buy all the silver you want today, big bars, small bars, all sorts of coins and rounds and all at a pretty decent price. The thing is just do it. There is a very small percentage of the population that are buying and storing bullion, when one little thing breaks silver away and it starts its run it will be to late to start buying at that time cause it will move so fast and hard it willbe almost impossible to buy at any price. The one other thing I would say at this time is if you are holding certs, cash them in for bullion and be fast about it because there is nowhere and I mean nowhere near enough bullion to cover the certs, in fact the leverage could be as high as 100 to 1 , so don't delay on that one. These things can start tommorrow, they may not start for years, but who knows. I will continue to buy bullion whenever I can, I do have a bit now but I can always use more. Heck maybe it won't benifit me any as I am getting older but I am sure it will help my family and I do like looking at it.

There was never any obligation as I was 100% correct THE MILL WAS NOT IN SOFT START IN 2 WEEKS FROM WHEN THAT WAS POSTED. Read the post.

You know I could go into a lot of detail here about what I think and what my opinions are and I could most likely explain some of the more technical processes but I don't think there are many that would believe me anyway and above all I am not a good writer. The other thing is that whenI did give my advice and/or opinions several months ago as to where the company would be at by this time, all I got was a bunch of flack. To top it all off I really don't care and I don't have the time to be bothered with explaining mining and milling operations on a site that I am not invested in and most likely never will be. I do however wish you all the best of luck with your investment in SFMI cause I know you will need it, there is only so much gravy in mining and that 30% is beyond what most companies realistically have for gravy.JMHO

Gump is a very experienced and widely respected authority in the mining industry. I just agreed with some of his comments because I was also aware of what he was referring to. If I was thinking about starting my own mill, I can say I would look forward to being able to consult with a man of his wisdom an intellect. JMO

The post was dated Feb 28 and the mill was not operational in 2 weeks from that date so I think I was well in the clear. In fact we are not sure if the mill is even operational yet, the company has never told us it was and what the tonnage was or what the recovery rates are.I think all of my posts are as close to reality as you can get, however each and everyone is allowed thier own opinion. I base my investment decisions on my opinions and I expect all other folks to do the same, its your money and your opinion and decision, not anyone else's. If you are spending money based on what you read on a message board then you are a fool and a fool and his money are soon parted. JMHO

Many, or even most of the cheerleaders still claim that we are in full production and the company has concentrate and dore bars stockpiled or hidden just waiting to tell all the souls about them at the shareholders meeting in Sept. I have claimed many times that if the company had in fact processed any ore of signifigance that they would have shouted from the rooftops by way of a PR and also introduced us to the smelter contract. Now the company has in fact produced dore bars in the past and that is exactly what they did. They released a PR letting the world know that they had in fact produced dore bars on Apr 02/08. Now if this tiny little mill is in fact spitting out the concentrate and they are even processing just a few tons per day on a regular daily basis, I think there would have been a PR indicating such an event. They are crushing ore as evidenced by the webcam, but they are just stockpiling the crushed ore. Does anyone really know if there is any concentrate yet??The inter connecting sump system would lead us to believe that they are having difficulty processing the ore as originally planned with the inverted hydro cyclone and very little wet process or floatation. The amount of water leads us to the belief that they are now trying a floatation process. I think some of this info or in fact much of the processing problems should be available to investors and on a regular weekly or at least monthly basis. It is not really a big secret and should not be treated as such, the owners (shareholders) have a right to know what is happening within the works of the company they own. There are many varied opinions on just how far things may reach in the future. I think you have to agree that continuous running of the printing presses is unsustainable and at some point the monetary system will collapse just under the shear weight of world debt and at that point paper will almost certainly become wallpaper. I agree, it may not happen tommorrow or even in my lifetime, that all depends on how long and just how much leverage can still be sucked out of commodities that contribute to economic wealth by the Govt's of the G20 countries. There are stages of inflation and deflation that have yet to be experienced that will lead to false senses of security and hopes of historical repeats. Even in countries like Canada (my country)that can show balance sheets with glowing numbers compared to many other G20 countries, if you look at the per capitia debt we have as much or more than most. Unless these Govt's can forget about the next election and get on with controlling debt and making the middlle tier folks always pay to bail out the big banks and cooperations then they will never begin to control the presses and then I think you will see gold and silver as the monetary source. The only thing I have ever saw for a PR has been fluff and I really don't think they have a fully operational mill. Brazil and Canada, I don't think so, that takes brains and money. I won't tell anyone to buy and I won't tell anyone to sell, that should be each persons own decision and not based on someone on a message board saying its time. I don't own any and I am glad I don't, but thats my decision. JMHO

Got my monster boxes today and am almost at my first goal.Put in an order yesterday for a bunch of 1/2 oz rounds at +75 and also 5oz bars at +79 this will put me well over the 1/2 ton and starting on the next goal. I have moved 578 lbs to a different storage location just to stay on the safe side, now have 4 locations counting the Wells Fargo safe. So from now on you fellows can call me Nelson Bunker if you like LOL I know one thing for sure if it ever comes to having to use it for barter, I have every size I need from 1gr to 10oz and all different mints. I am sure there will be a time in the not to distant future that we will all be happy that we have bought bullion at these levels and below, I know I will continue to buy all I can afford up to $35 to $40 per oz. Unless someone is hiding a huge silver deposit with billions of ounces, I can see nothing that is going to hold the price back once the ball gets rolling, its is just simply inconcievable.....supply and demand coupled with leveraged accounts and all of the countries that now have no silver in reserves. Can anyone tell me I am wrong???

They will extremly lucky to get more than 10 to 12 shareholders to show up. Also all this hype about the small buy back is a total joke, just remember that buy back was done with your money, its called dilution. The mill has yet to process any revenue, so the only money for buy back came from dilution. O/S now up to 226 million from 173 million in 3 months, where will it be by the next 10Q????Deeper and deeper in debt everyday as operating costs are still there wheather the mill produces or not. You must first understand that SFMI has to process the PMs from the ore before they can go parabolic. It quite simply does not matter how high the price of gold and silver go if SFMI can not process any metals then they can not sell any even if gold is at 5000 bucks an ounce. Where is the concentrate? Who is the smelter? I still maintain that until we have a PRs that introduces a smelter contract then we have not sold or shipped any concentrate. So lets get real here, these are things that have to happen before we have the first penny of revenue.Parabolic...NOT

Certainly are some real diehard longs here. I can't believe some would continue to do anything and everything to make excuses for what is happening here at the SFMI mighty mill. They have flat out said they will continue to finance operations with dilution and have also shown you in black and white how the money flow only runs in one direction if and when there ever is any money flow. It just boggles the mind that some folks are still finding excuses to donate to an inevitiable dead horse. The 10Q clearly shows that most of the recent PRs were totally misleading and border on fabrication at best. JMO

Just continue buying, the more that is locked down by private investors, the higher the price will rise. If all of the folks that are holding paper with the JP Morgans make a run to exchange for bullion, then we will see the price back to the 16 to 1 ratio very quickly. Then it will only be a matter of time until silver surpasses gold in price because of the huge demand for this rare metal. JMO

Clearview,
Just by reading your posts I am getting the impression that you may be privy to some inside info. It always seems that you can forcast the next move and are actually enticing the longs to hang in there even though you know there will be a sell off. Now if there is in fact enough info in the Q10 to encourage a huge sell off, then wouldn't it be advantageous to sell and buy back in at much lower prices when it settles, or are you perhaps one that is just trying to avoid the inevitiable and save the company from falling in line with what the shares are really worth at this time. I am of the opinion that the company does not have assets or reserves to warrant a market cap of in excess of 32 million dollars and I am quite sure that the 10Q will show that. I think it is time for all of us to come back down to earth and be satisfied with a share price that reflects the actual value of the company. I think maybe we will find out what that is by the end of this week. JMO

Just be carefull in what you believe you understand from that 10Q and the accounting practises.I just bet many of you are wishing you had saw that before the end of the last trading session. It certainly looks to me like SFMI has not made any payments, there has been no mention of a second payment or the additional 10,000 dollars per month that the mill operates. So the question is " is the mill in operation or not and have they shipped any concentrate to a smelter"? Lets see what accounting practises SFMI is using on thier 10Q if it does come out on MONDAY or will it be deferred a well?? JMHO

After you have been around for awhile you will find it is best not to get friends and relatives involved in your specific stock choices. It is the fastest way to end up with no one to attend your funeral. The opportunity to reign in the bankers was missed with the huge bailout packages presented by world Governments. The bankers have been in control since ever I can remember. I have always said that they will be the ones who can control the world and they are still out there with that opportunity. Why should anyone be allowed to leverage at 30 to 1 or in the case of precious metals as high as 100 to 1. This alone gives then such unfair advantage over all other industries, that why they can dictate such extreme conditions on industry when the economy is in doldrums. Just by the nature of these terms, it allows them to make even more as the economy falters. This is why Apollo was forced into a hedge, simply because the banks saw opportunity and forced it on them. Was it neccessary to sign such a loan agreement? Yes, at the time there was no other way for the company to continue, and to lose properties such as Black Fox and Grey Fox without ever having the chance to develop them would have been a huge hurt for equity holders and employees. Yes the banks have control!!!!JMO

Lol I used to hear it called the highway to personal wealth, then the road, now you call it the path. Well it still is if you are lucky enough to get in and out at the right times. I have had a fair number of real estate deals over the years and have only lost money on one, so I can say I agree with you. I think there are probably some great opportunities in the U.S at this time if you can pick the right area and the right properties. I live in Canada, so we didn't get hit as hard in the latest bubble crash as you folks did. My son is the real estate guru in our family, that is how he makes his living. Myself I don't currently own any real estate. I live in a luxury condo that is in my name but owe the bank more than it is currently worth so I am really just paying rent to the bank, which is fine by me cause it is still cheaper than I could rent the same place for. Real estate has always moved in cycles, peaks and valleys if you want to call it that, we pretty much follow the trends of the American markets and are taking a bit of a hit right now but it will never be any where near as bad as what has happened in the U.S this time. I think we have just about seen the bottom on this cycle and are starting the next move upwards. Mortgage rates are at an all time low, jobs are coming back and demand for housing is starting to increase again, so the prices will reflecct that, however I will leave it up to my son to work on that. I am going to go full out on silver until I reach my goals I have set, almost at the first one and looking forward to getting started on the next leg. I hope you and Orca find a nice little vien about 100 feet long and 4 feet wide and you have trouble finding the bottom so you invite me down to help out. LOL

Hangalong,
The sad thing is that even at $1000/oz and 1000 ozs thats still only 1million bucks, and the way things are going right now, in 11 years that million bucks just isn't going to be enough to retire on. So what it looks like to me is that you will have to buy 1000 oz a year until retirement in order to have enough money to live a comfortable life throughout the rest of your days. Lets hope by that time it is a little more than $1000/oz I have a good mind to sell all my stock and just buy silver while it is still around $20/oz Damn stocks are killing me the last 8 or 9 months, don't know when they will ever start making money again, maybe just keep the divis and sell the rest at a loss.

Okay thats a possibility, but if they are in fact processing xxx number of tons of concentrate on a daily basis, I am sure they would want to have a secure smelter contract that promises a regular position in line. JMO

How long is a long time? A month 2 months 3 months?I really don't think stock trading and investing can be called a game if thats how a feller makes his living. Some folks appear to be very serious about the chips they have in SFMI, me I am still waiting for another opportunity to trade SFMI so I can add a little more to my yearly income cause thats how I make my living. If you have in fact made some serious money on these other stocks you mention, please PM me with the details so I can get in on it unless it is KA* cause thats the only other one I can see in your interest. I am just hoping that if anything comes out on Monday that it is at least somewhat in line with what many folks are expecting or there will be a lot of sad people around this board throughout the next week as SFMI drops to the double 0's I don't think there are going to be very good numbers coming out as there has been very little proceessing at the mill. No mention of a smelter contract yet, so you can assume no sales. Smelter contract would be a material event and would have to be PRed and we have not seen that. No I don't have any money in here and I am sure glad I don't.JMO

I think it is safe to say that almost all of Europes silver supplies have been depleted at this time and we all know that the U.S Govt now has to buy silver on the open market just to produce coins at thier mints because they have also sold off all of thier silver inventory. I don't think it will be to long until silver moves to become a world monetary metal as even now gold bullion far exceeds silver bullion. With the biggest short position ever of any commodity or stock silver will soon surpass gold as the precious metal of choice by most investors. Also with the transition of paper to bullion the price will make unprecedented upward moves almost overnight as the big banks and ETFs rush to cover.I know I am buying as often as I can, I have placed another order today for 3 monster boxes, and I am even considering margins to buy more as soon as I can cause I really don't know when it is going to start its big move. The only thing I can predict at this time is that it could be tommorrow and it may not happen for 2 to 3 years yet, but it will happen, how can it not??JMHO

Don't know when folks are going to face reality and realize there are no short positions in any of these penny stocks. It is almost impossible to short a penny stock and come out on the upside and the gamblers all are aware of this. None of them are stupid enough to take that big of risk. The only real short position that exists in the markets today is in silver and it is the most heavily shorted commodity or stock of all time. If in fact SFMI does have some silver in some of the claims on the mountain they may do well to hold off on producing it for awhile until the s%#t hits the fan in the silver bullion market. JMO

One thing you should keep in mind with your charts or postulations is that the only reason SFMI ever traded in the .40's is because of the 2 or 3 big money players that came in here for a week and pumped this thing up to a high of .468 and grabbed thier profits and ran like a tumbleweed in a toranado, and then it crashed. The best high SFMI has ever made it to was .332 where it held for a brief period after the crash from the .40's and it has been down hill ever since, it will continue to slide until such time that there are some proven numbers for the real investors to digest. Do they have those numbers?? That is anybody's guess at this time, all other theories and postulations are pure speculations at this time. JMHO
