Neptune, I don't believe any new patent applications have been filed yet. I'm sure the company will reveal when they are in a future PR

I'm still here holding 80,000 shares, wish I bought more when I bought in around .50.
This company has a lot more upside then downside potential IMHO
I believe now that all the conference hype is behind us we will see more steady growth, however, with a good PR, which I expect will come next week, people will be chasing!

I see nothing wrong your with questions and DD. I did the same thing when I started buying VDRM at .006. I did extensive DD, and spoke with the CEO several times.
This is my biggest otc/pink holding, however, I do hold many big board companies.
IMHO and through the DD myself, and my investment group has done, LONG shareholders will be rewarded BIG. It may seem like I'm pumping, but I know what's ahead for ViaDerma.
I expect a listing to the OTC next quarter.
When I say we will hit $$'s this year, it's based on what lies ahead. Sales alone will put us at .25+
I feel we will go on a massive run this month. Day traders will come and go, but we will get there!

The U.S. Patent Application published as US 20130190274 was dropped by Phillips.
This is why ViaDerma filed a new provisional patent two months ago.
I confirmed with the company that as per mentioned in previous PR's, an additional 6-8 new provisional patent pending applications will be filed and released in a PR, these do not include any future MMJ patents.

OW(P and VD RM are 2 totally different plays than RSII, however, VD RM will have big revenues next quarter. Pharma's will be huge this year and next as so much $$ is flowing into this sector.
Rising India Inc will have strong revenues and profit from the clinics.

All should play out nice for investors who hold long term.
