Have you changed your outlook here? U swinging long?
Do you deliver ?
Anyone into MINE here? Looking good. Product on shelves... Purchased a few distro channels and coming out with new products. Some of the leaders are from Red Bull. Good luck all
That's all we an ask for at this time. EPC, bonds and get those plants moving. I know there are hurdles but I believe we are past most. I will say there's levels allowed me to accumulate to a nice amount.
Best wishes to all in the new year
Overflowing is an understatement but very much appreciated. Thank u and flex for the warm welcome.
I try not to jump in head first. So I'll be lurking from time to time.
Best of luck to all
New to the nation. Not sure if anyone likes the slow burners but BION will
Be making strides next year.
Made some $ on ECIG but I'm just a touch and go with that. What is the deal with the chart and why has it dropped so much. Seems like they have product and are selling etc. Sorry. I didn't delve too far back if someone explained that already
So it looks like Saipem is going to build the whole thing. I thought the EPC was just a report. Perhaps casale was responsible for the biomass/ gasification part. Wish there was a little more clarity to this.

I think the volume will increase quite a bit and we will have more movement once those bonds are closed and we break ground. That's when the bigger eyes start looking in. Day /weekly traders are not the ones that are going to keep momentum. Although they can move it temporarily I (and I am assuming others ) are in it for a longer haul. The other thing to note is what do big time investors look for assuming they do invest but have the whole day trader ordeal running your numbers. As of right now that is not happening so hopefully the big guns will come with the closing of those bonds. Few months!
Happy Holidays all.
'Under the terms of the agreement, Saipem will carry out the engineering design of BioNitrogen’s plants, procure all the equipment and materials necessary, and construct BioNitrogen’s facilities.'
Same company for all the plants. So I wonder if there was any info from KBR or CCC...
Yeah. And I am doubtful that they need an EPC for each. Permits and slightly different setups but this was supposed to be a modular scalable design that could be used for each site. I know this was stated here at one point to but not sure if it was confirmed. Still. What did the CCC group do for us and are they totally out. $300k? I was really hopefuls since it was a Swedish company (swedes have their sh&& together IMO).
Anywho. I'll reach out with an email.
What the hell?!
This DOES sound like the third EPC adventure!!!

I forgot the name of the first one ... Was it bmr or amr? It was an American company.
This is shady unless there is an EPC for each site ( which I think is inefficient)
Yahoo has a news item about the EPC released today through market wire. Seems that old news? Or am I missing something....
New YouTube video up with Greg Gillman / Hendry county economic development council
They are painting the team. Let's hope the technical side gets this much of a positive picture in q1
I think you mean 0.00001
Great post Longg. Thanks very much for summarizing.
This should be a sticky
Also. Tony from foreign commerce inc is working for a Swiss company as if march 2014. (LinkedIn). He still has his name in foreign commerce sure but again everything stopped April. Maybe coincidence but a seems like it connects to me.
HYII was working with foreign commerce inc and retained them as consultants. HYII bought plateada from FCI. Plateada is an old mine. 20-25+ years old.
They then sold salitrosa TO FCi. After that crickets. I am paraphrasing. But there are news tidbits of all of this on te all grade site. As well as googling all grade mining and foreign commerce.
Lastly both of these 'guys' (because they are both I honk one men shows) are in the same building in two separate offices in jersey.
I of course and speculating but the pieces a are there. Looks to me the foreign commerce is still around but HYII has been silent
These are the guys you have to watch. More and more I think about it all grade was some shell that was used to buy the garbage that these guys had. Perfect outfit. And look. They are next door neighbors. ( offices in same place pretty much).
Oh how interesting. Same pictures were 'leaked' now found here. As well as very similar news releases.

Yes it is the case. They can substitute natural gas instead if the syngas if there is a problem with biomass supply or the syngas.
But they have to produce. And there probably is some infrastructure involved for natural gas as the feed for the nitrogen urea process.
Too funny. I like that last sentence. I myself have been experiencing the same. I had an order last week in for 100000 at .0471. The ask had 50k. I got 3800 or something. So I am experiencing the same. And I have liquidated a few 'safe' investments and have been slowly accumulating more and more. Probably more than I should too. But I think like you said I am feeling good about it.
I just hope the technology puts out as much as they said it would. I look at KI$R and how they could have had a good thing. But could not produce and ultimately went down the bankrupt hole. I hope this technology can produce what they say. If it can and the plants are that modular and smaller / easier to build, this will be a great gambling investment.
Good luck to is.
At what price are you trying to get shares at ? ;)
I'm chalking it up to be the holidays. Although really would like to hear something about the bids
Thanks AC.
It's like crickets out there. As Pink Floyd said. Anybody Put There?
Anyone know once the plants go through groundbreaking, any idea how long before they come online?
Anyone have the share structure within last week ?
Long. Just to clarify I was not saying that we should be at 87 cents today. I used the fact sheet and the comment that each plant would generate 50 million in profit. So this is down the line. Make no mistake, I know this is speculative. But I also think 'some momentum' will drive this a little higher sometime next year. Issuance of stock at higher prices could keep the dilution lower. A depends in their day to day operations and cash burn rate. But a slightly higher pps would require less share issuance. Again all speculative.
Thanks for the notes though. I have learned a lot from all of u and I hope we are all rewarded for our patience.
$2.50 trade. Someone knows something.
Hahahaaaa! I saw -90% and thought they did another RS.
I didn't know it could go so lowwwwwww
Just using/following up with Longgs approach.
Personally until they are in full production my personal opinion is 5x earnings. Only when they are well established would I use something higher than 10x.
It's just my estimation. You can use what you like. Thing is this company is so new ( and will be wen in 2-3 years) so conservative for me is the way to go. Even still 5x puts this in the 50 cent range for each plant. At 3 plants hopefully in production in a few years that's still not bad. Anything above that is added yayo
IMO

Where would the money come from initiate the buyback? At a very high level at 30-50K (overstating) cases in ~5 months and maybe some revenue from boost, there is no money to do a buyback. Even if we weren't expanding. If they did this, the AS and OS would increase not too far down the road again to make up for this and to be able to pay for additionalproduction.
I understand where you are coming from. And I will look forward to that day when it starts but I think its way too early and there is not enough revs to support buyback just yet.
Good luck
They should NOT do any buy back now or near term. The money should go back into expansion which fends off or slows down any dilutive events. They need to ramp up even more production to break even before they do any buy back. RS is another option but they would burn a lot of longs. So I doubt highly they will go this route ( I will retract this if the AS increases again)
To say they should buy back now is only a statement of selfishness and wanting to make a quick buck. If much rather invest in a company that invests in itself not making it's investors a quick profit.
The company is expanding and slowly taking steps to increase growth. Slow and steady wins the race. Although I am not happy with performance. Especially when compared to another bevie company that has far less potential.
What about the statement of an aggressive buy back when the time is right,... Hmmmm
Very interesting swikey. Any issues with the insecticide or other chemicals being more permanent or lingering? I ask for other more 'friendlies' being effected in the process.
I think about the bee population being affected now and how something like this could effect regular everyday local insects / animals.
I'm sorry to hear about this. Just did a quick look up where it comes from. Seems like everything comes out if Asia. Up north we have the Asian long horned beetle that is devastating evergreens. Albeit a different type of destruction but the end is the same.
When you said you had an idea for a patent, was it for dealing with the HLB greening?
Ah yes. United suppliers. Thanks for clarification.
Are your oranges used for juice or as produce or everything in between ?
Hi Dutch. Can you please elaborate who the farm coop is contracted to buy from? Is it BION or some other company. Guess I am confused as to if this was related to them buying Bions products.
Yes pretty much. That is one part of it
Using a technology of gasification of solid biomass to create syngas. Syngas can be used to make fuels and a host of other hydrocarbons. However gasification can also be used to create Syngas for making anhydrous ammonium nitrate/ urea ammonium nitrate (fertlizerpellets) through catalytic conversion. Basically takes biomass, heats it up to just prior to burning which releases the syngas then uses a catalytic conversion process (lie your cars exhaust) to create fertilizer pellets.
Typically nowadays coke, coal and natural gas is used as the feedstock to UAN catalytic process. Bionitrogen takes all the biomass from constructions sites, woody pulp from plants or landclearing biomass converts it Syngas and uses that as its source for UAN. I read the process for the heat required is self sustaining once the process starts. So.... take BIO waste, make Syngas, make UAN, serve the fertilizer market.
They lied and most likely took th money and ran. While there' may' have been a report there may have been no intention to mine it. They just diluted the crud out of this and continuously increased the AS. Even after the RS.
Lat news said they were supposed to break even by May of 2014. As seen in thired news December of 13.
They have been mia since. IMO
