There are a lot of newcomers here who are trying to be ' nice' but seem to be dismissing the BK debacle and paint Carlos as more of the issue. While there may be a lawsuit against BION and Carlos is being accused of something that happened 10+ years ago, Caelos has a lot more experience than the new people here are panting. I'm not trying to polish a possible rusty bike but come on. It is clear there are a lot of newcomers that haven't posted anywhere else and trying to dissuade people.

They have completed an EPC and they are on yet another one. Money is and has always been an issue.

But no one can ' clearly see anon will win the lawsuit'. There is nothing that definitive and to say there is means you are tryin hard to dissuade opinion

I am still in. I knew the issues. I know the potential and risk. But I've been ere long enough to see a lot of progress.

BK in my opinion was an issue and may be the cause I a lot of this mess. Including the loan debacle. But I am not definitive about this.
