I checked a few US companies I know that are listed on the TSX or Toronto Exchange and all of them are listed as "grey".
I didn't find any that were on the TSX that were listed as you state.
I am not disputing what you posted just that I didn't find any. I did find a few that had both a TSX and US symbol that were not "grey".
Here is a example NovaDX - TSX.V - NDX and US NDXFF is listed on the pinks. I believe they are a fairly small company.
IG
It is interesting that you have so much interest in Bandera. They aren't doing a pump and dump. They have been viciously attacked by the SRGE guys for well over a years and have still survived.
You might want be concerned over the following: SRGE busted for no Corporate office in Dallas, No office in Mexico, Video of no mining activity at CM, NO DIVIDEND, no press release on death of CEO...... the list is endless LMAO!!!!
But, just for a quick education - ALL companies listed on the TSX exchange are listed as grey stocks - just means doesn't report to the SEC - you do know they aren't a U.S. company.
But, I didn't see a Skull and Crossbones next to their name!
IG
I think you misquoted what Bandera said, it was the following:
BANDERA GOLD RELEASES RESULTS OF INDEPENDENT REPORT CONFIRMING NO MINING ACTIVITY ON THE CINCO MINAS
On February 5, Bandera Gold CEO Stephen Roehrig released a statement claiming “press releases issued by Southridge Enterprises, Inc. (‘SRGE’ or ‘Southridge’) contain false and misleading statements about current mining activity and SRGE’s alleged ownership of the Cinco Minas project.”This followed the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s announcement on December 28 that it had “temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Southridge because of questions regarding the accuracy of statements made by Southridge in press releases to investors concerning, among other things, the company’s business operations and arrangements.
Who even knows if they know about the PR - do you? If you do know - how did you get in contact with MSJ - I can't confirm Jamie actually exists.
Who knows what George Barnett is doing and how much is he involved. He was the person who was giving "PETE LONGS" and MoMo information to post.
But, I do know that the last SRGE PR and the MSJ PR was done by the iHub paid promoter(s).
Why don't you explain why SRGE has not issued a press release about the reported death of the CEO and the MSJ buyout. Something as material as those two events warrants a comment from the company to the shareholders - how do you explain this away?
IG
I just saw this, LOL!:
I'm thinking of casting Abe Vigoda as Momo.
I don't hint I would ever be long on any pinksheet stock. As they say always take profits.
An always assume the worst - and NEVER listened to message board promoters - NEVER NEVER!!!!
They sale you on the idea of becoming a millionaire by investing $2500 - just won't happen.
IG
PS Visit the Fraud and DD board OFTEN it will save you a lot of heartache.
There is no new exchange - there never was this was just another storyline fabricated by MoMo to entice investors to lose more money and enrich him and the other SRGE insiders.
Just how realistic is it to think a sub-penny stock that hasn't filed any audited financials since 2007 and has gagged the TA - PLUS it was suspended by the SEC - to move to another exchange.
There is no precedent that has been set for a suspended stock trading on the greys to move to another exchange.
Do you realize how absurd this sounds - there is zero chance this would ever happen.
IG
It seems there might be some criminal liability by the paid promoters of SRGE.
They knew that SRGE was a pump and dump right from the rip but kept imploring investors to sell everything they had to buy more worthless stock and to enrich themselves and the the SRGE insiders such as Alex Smid.
The relentless pumping on the board was stunning. But, the promise of untold wealth made people overlook the real DD and disregard the mounting evidence that SRGE was a scam.
SRGE is finished - lessons learned by all.
IG
onestepforward, sadly for SRGE investors there is no MSJ deal.
The MSJ press release was done by the SRGE iHub paid promoters - there is absolutely no deal.
SRGE insiders moved on after the suspension. The last SRGE PR was done on Globalnewswire and not PRnewswire. It was done by the same paid promoters.
There will not be anymore communication from SRGE, no dividend, no buyout - sadly for unsuspecting investors who listened to MoMo, Tob and the others there is nothing left but loses.
IG
Bill, you are exactly right. I don't know how you would go about rehabilitating this mess and getting it ready for another run.
RICP and AMWI didn't get suspended. And SAEI has not been touched since the suspension.
IG
Here is how SRGE plays out.
As we are seeing there will be no response from SRGE - as they have already moved on.
The board activity will dwindle.
SRGE longs will hold and not sale in hopes there will be a turn around.
Stock will stay in the 0.0005 to 0.001 range with diminished volume.
In 6 to 12 months there will be a name change and reverse split.
The company will be used for another pump and dump in 18 to 24 months.
I saw this with RICP and AMWI is in the process.
But, SRGE is finished.
IG
Tob, we finally agree on something - I fully support you buying many shares of SRGE. I think that is a wonderful idea.
Buy until it hurts - sell your house and car and load up as you have been advising for months.
IG
How do you short on the grey market?
Also, what is the motivation of shorting a sub-penny stock. The shorting theory is always rampant on ALL pump and dump scams because it is a cover for the insiders dumping.
Shorting is certainly more myth than fact in the pinks and non-existent on the grey market.
IG
Janice, you need to type slower.
IG
Buybio2, this is pretty funny:
But this is not the building that the reporter should have gone to if she wanted to reach officers of Minera Southridge Mexico
The hits just keep coming for SRGE.
It looks like the dead bodies story has been picked up in the UK. The good part is with all of the attention the SEC and FBI will feel more pressure to track down Alex Smid and friends. You know that MoMo is still kicking his own butt for creating the new storyline.
Here is the link:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2281336/Missing-mining-executives-faked-deaths-avoid-debts-failing-company.html
They posted the Linkedin page of Davies and noted it has been updates since August which was when it was created.
It has been a really bad month for the SRGE guys - Heck ole MoMo left a vapor trail because he left so fast when he heard the Feds were in Dallas looking into SRGE.
IG
Do you know the mining ratios - do you know that even in todays market the ratios are such that stripping will be profitable?
The underground mine has hazardous conditions AND the resources were too low.
It was bad enough to write off $3 million.
In summary, a combination of a very high strip ratio for an open pit, underground open stopes, and an option to earn only a 60% interest with high underlying holdings costs, make the Cinco Minas property unattractive to the Company from an economic prospective. To meet the Company’s exploration goals, a project must also be able to reach “advanced project status” quickly and cost effectively. Neither the open pit nor the underground options meet the standard for operational size and economic potential. Accordingly, the Company wrote-off $2,903,371 in acquisition and exploration costs.
locksflooring, I checked out the link to the financials - did you look at the date? LMAO!!!
Bro, what is the deal those numbers are from 11/11 it is 02/13.
I think EarnestDD pointed out that in exploration you don't generate much if any revenue - as exploration by definition means you aren't in production.
If you have a way of generating revenue during exploration why don't you pass this along to all of the mining companies.
IG
Sorry, the only thing done was a scoping study - NOT a feasibility study.
the results of a scoping study previously
undertaken by Behre Dolbear
Cinco Minas
After a thorough technical evaluation, including three separate drill programs and a comprehensive economic review of the Cinco Minas property, the Company has decided to withdraw from the option agreement with Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. Although a resource was established for Cinco Minas, the results of a scoping study previously undertaken by Behre Dolbear indicated a very high strip ratio for an open pit mining operation, such indication having been confirmed by in-house studies performed by the Company’s technical consultants. Additionally, a review of an underground high-grade mining option gave resource numbers too low to be of interest to the Company, particularly when having to deal with a large number of historic open stopes.
Sorry, but those press releases have been exposed as being done by the SRGE iHub paid promoters. The PR you posted is a complete fabrication.
Mr. George Salazar Barnett has had no involvement with MSJ since June 2011, and documentation to that fact have been notarized and registered in Mexico for well over a year.

Are you talking about exposing the fake SRGE PR that used GlobalNewsWire and the fake MSJ PR about the buyout?
Those were done by the SRGE iHub paid promoters.
The answer is, YES it was very satisfying to expose the fake press releases!
NEG. PR ABOUNDING! BUT....WHAT IF A SET-UP IS EXPOSED? WOULDN'T NEWS MEDIA HAVE TO PUBLISH THE TRUTH? WHAT A STORY WE WOULD HAVE THEN!!!!!
I am really not sure what part of there is two MSJ's that you don't understand.
These are two different companies. Coro Mining purchased MSJ from Franco-Nevada and Franco-Nevada acquired the San Jorge royalty through its acquisition of Lumina Royalty Corp. in December 2011.
The Coro Mining Minera San Jorge project is in Argentina not Mexico.
There is no connection between the two companies.
The press release from MSJ was issued by the iHub SRGE paid promoters and the name of the company (Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V.) was used to provide confusion and make it more difficult to verify the PR.
San Jorge is a development stage copper-gold porphyry project located in the Province of Mendoza, Argentina.
If you have any doubts I suggest you contact: Fabian Gregorio
Position: President of Minera San Jorge at Coro Mining.

Oh the desperation of the SRGE Investors - and pretty funny:
That news story was wrong because it said two Americans and acording to MoMoRaptor they are not. Also it said they may have faked their own deaths. That doesn't mean they did. Wait for the facks that should come in.

No grey market stock can prevail
it is kind of the purgatory for all stocks
once they are on grey market they can never get out
I am curious as to who was responsible for the collusion/manipulation of the SRGE stock today - what was NITE thinking they got it backwards.
At 15:58:41 there was a trade of 30,000 shares @ $0.001 - that's right sports fans - a $30.00 trade to bring it back to $0.001.
Absolutely disgusting how the Pro-SRGE guys are manipulating the stock.
Tob, where is the outrage?
IG
Hmmm, just like all of you SRGE guys - you say it is full of inaccuracies but fail to go into detail on how and where it isn't accurate.
That SRGE story is chocked full of inaccuracies and false statements.
Tob, I believe the last PR from SRGE was actually done by the iHub paid promoter.
After over a year of using PRnewswire the PR goes out over Globalnewswire.
Plus, the MSJ PR was done by the same promoter.
The SRGE insiders left after the suspension and have moved on to other projects.
When you have so much of yourself invested in a company it is difficult to see them for what they really are.
As you have seen, MoMo and Stervc have moved on - and stervc needs to come back and explain why he posted BS DD.
IG
LOL!!!
The only thing worse than holding a loser is averaging down.
That was very interesting, MoMo leaves a beaten man - Janice took him to the woodshed. And I can't even imagine what happened in the woodshed but I am certain it wasn't pretty.

Janice Shell your investigative skills amaze me!!!
I find it odd that anyone still believes there are dividends coming from a buyout/JV.
with regard to the possible 20cent SRGE divy &/or cash payout-- below is a link to a SEPTEMBER 21st, 2012 NEWSWIRE PR. PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION near the end of the second paragraph to 'THE PROMISE' that the SRGE people made before the purchase of the CINCO MINAS mining property & other properties was consummated between the SRGE & MSJ MINING PEOPLE! For all we can do at this point is to wait for the details that are currently (still?) being worked out between THOSE TWO PARTIES!
fh6282, why has SRGE failed to respond to all of the emails and phone calls from the media so they can give their side of the dead body and MSJ stories?
Why is there no corporate office at the Dallas location as described on the SRGE website and annual report?
Why is there no SRGE office in Mexico?
Don't you believe that SRGE owes the shareholders a explanation for all of the bad news in the recent weeks?
Then the biggie, where is MoMo with the HUGE MEGA NEWS. When the Dallas News article was published and the FBI was found to be investigating SRGE - MoMo vanished.
How many red flags do you need before you understand that SRGE has stolen yours and other investors money?
ALL you Pro-SRGE guys have to hold on to now is the Sierra blog and the NITE and Ole Shorty theory. Neither of which are anything more than fantasy.
IG
I agree the SRGE insiders appear to have left shortly after the suspension.
I still believe that the SRGE iHub promoter(s) were responsible for the last PR that used GlobeNewsWire for the release.
I also think the same guys did the MSJ press release.
It seems Karen has stopped answering the phone and no one from the media can get a response from the SRGE management.
One thing is certain - this won't be last pump and dump Alex Smid and company are involved in.
But, SRGE is finished.
IG
Now, ABC News is working with NITE and Ole Shorty to harm SRGE.
The hits just keep coming for SRGE.
I bet that MoMo and company wish they had never come up with the dead CEO storyline.
IG
Bigman, how is the 2nd dividend working out - all retracted because SRGE didn't fund a $0.0002 dividend.
But you believe that SRGE is now going to pay a dividend that is 200 times the PPS.
Since the only place you SRGE guys can go for positive information is the Sierra blog and it is fictional you might as well think about a fictional dividend.
Why, hasn't SRGE issued a press release about the MEGA NEWS with MSJ or the fake deaths? That is very unusual for a public company not to update the shareholders.
How many Red Flags do you need to understand you have been fleeced and just a bag holder like all of the Investors with SAEI?
IG
What is priceless is that you SRGE guys think that SRGE has a office.
Damn, it is kind of tough explaining why SRGE doesn't have a corporate office at the location that is on their website and in the annual report. And they pay over $16k a year to lease the phantom space - you SRGE guys will believe anything LOLOL!!!
Did SRGE have the shareholders meeting in the closet of the ad agency that is on the 9th floor of the Dallas office???
IG
The problem for you SRGE guys is that the Dallas News sent two reporters to Mexico and what they found was a 4 story building and no one had heard of them.
This was followed up by KVUE doing a investigation and getting the same results.
Plus, the SRGE corporare headquarters in Dallas does not exist.
It has been a tough couple of weeks for you Pro-SRGE guys. First, Bandera posts photos and video of a abandoned Cinco Minas. Then the Dallas News has the article showing the dead bodies story was fake - plus, there is no SRGE offices in Dallas or Mexico.
Oh, it seems the Feds are now trying to track down the SRGE insiders.
Being a SRGE bag holder is getting pretty ugly.
IG
Tob, I know you and MoMo had a very difficult time posting a Bio for the Phantom CEO Michael Davies and now we know why.
But, I have something more simple now - please tell us why SRGE doesn't have a corporate office.
Also, why did SRGE state on their website and annual report they had a office in Dallas.
What is odd is that the Dallas News reporter stopped by and SRGE wasn't listed as a tenant. There was a ad agency on the 9th floor and the building manager said SRGE hasn't been there for years.
So, can you clear this up and post where the corporate headquarters is located.
IG
Hey Tob, it seems the only crow eating is by the Pro-SRGE guys - do you know any? LMAO, let's see what we can find for a little crow eating!
Hilarious!!! SEC must be amazed to see a 2nd larger divvy!! Alot of money given out by SRGE huh?

Re: EarnestDD post# 75028
The only SEC investigation that'll be coming is on SRGE Stock Manipulation.
How do you explain the reporter from Dallas news going to where the SRGE office was supposed to be located in Dallas and the Building manager and Security says that there is a Ad Agency on the 9th floor and SRGE hasn't been there in several years.
Even then SRGE only leased a virtual office.
The Dallas news sent 2 reporters to Mexico to investigate and here is the results:
The “fifth floor” of the suburban Guadalajara building where it is supposed to be doesn't exist, a reporter from The Dallas Morning News discovered when he went there Thursday. A person who worked in the building said he had never heard of the company.
“I’ve never heard of any mining company,” said Miguel Ramirez, a watchman at office building listed as address for the Mexican mining company affiliated with Southridge.
Ramirez has worked at the small office building for four years. Several tenants also said they did not know of any mining company leasing space. The address is listed as a suite on the 5th floor.
“There’s no fifth floor,” said Ana Cristina Miranda one of the tenants. “Maybe they’re a fraud.”
Proof That SRGE is a Pump and Dump.
In the 7 trading days leading into the suspension the average volume for SRGE was 32 million.
On 12/26 the volume was 419,123,337 and on 21/27 the volume was 130,670,551.
Here is the daily volume leading up to the suspension:
