In June 2016, the Company acquired the patented renewable energy intellectual property for the GRONE. The Grone is a versatile waste sorting center that acts not only as a recycling center, but also as a power plant aimed at eliminating the need for landfills.
On May 11, 2020 the Company entered into a contract with Palladium Investments SA, a Swiss subsidiary of ILDA INVESTMENTS SA, for the sale of the first of six GRONE plants for the recycling of solid waste management for $43,000,000 USD (www.hmnuinc.com) (www.ildaag.com).
The Human Unitec International, Inc.'s GRONE development team has recently completed the development and is now finalizing the sale and deployment of several small affordable GRONE plants. These GRONE plants are utilized for the recycling and management of solid waste, plastic, used tires and exhausted oils.
A prototype of a tire recycling plant with 10-ton capacity has been built and is in operation in the Milano area of Italy. This plant is under the direct supervision of Human Unitec International, Inc.'s GRONE technicians. The basic investment cost of this plant is budgeted for approximately $2,000,000 USD and the plant shall produce an average annual net income of approximately $1,800,000 USD.

$RGGI The solid-state LiDAR camera uses a proprietary MEMS mirror scanning technology that provides depth data at high resolution and high accuracy. LiDAR would enable RGGI to provide extremely reliable natural feature guided AMRs, which require no tape, tags or reflectors to operate. LiDAR would allow the vehicles to map the surrounding area by scanning the area using light pulses.
"The recent push for autonomous driving on our roadways helped LiDAR units become much more affordable, accurate and compact - making them ideal for automated vehicles that operate inside of buildings," says Parsh Patel, CEO of RGGI. "LiDAR has become a promising option due to its accuracy and rapid response rate, which is needed to ensure the safe operation of our AMRs."
LiDAR works by emitting very short pulses of light, which are reflected by objects back to the sensor. The system then measures the time this light needs to travel from the sensor to the object and back. The distance between the object and the sensor is calculated based on the time-of-flight and on the speed of light. A 3D map of the vehicle's surroundings can be generated from all the distances to objects.
In addition to testing the new LiDAR technology, RGGI is also preparing to manufacture its vehicles in the U.S.
"We think it's important that all of our AMRs and AGVs be manufactured in the U.S. to create jobs and ensure the highest quality," says Parsh Patel, CEO of RGGI."Manufacturing in the U.S. allows us to offer fast delivery of vehicles and parts to our American and Canadian customers."

$RGGI Resgreen Group Responds To Growing Need For Automation Consulting Services In Businesses Of All Sizes
EASTPOINTE, MI / ACCESSWIRE / June 10, 2020 / Resgreen Group (OTC PINK:RGGI) Resgreen Group (RGGI), a leading mobile robot company, announced today it is ramping up its consulting business to provide businesses detailed automation assessments, work-flow analysis, and operational oversight.
"As our economy continues to shift rapidly due to the recent pandemic, now is the time for companies to take a serious look at how automation can ensure they are better prepared for future disruptions," says Parsh Patel, CEO of RGGI. "Many of our customers are asking how their factories can ship directly to consumers or Just-In-Time (JIT) to OEMs or how they can handle sudden increases in demand without hurting their bottom lines. They know that automation is the answer, but are struggling to figure our what type, where it should go, when it should be installed and how it can be integrated with their existing systems and processes. That's where we can help."
RGGI engineers have decades of experience working in the material handling and robotics industries. They have designed, installed and serviced hundreds of automated systems that have made a major impact on businesses both large and small.
"Many small manufacturers are struggling to get employees to return to work and with technology and equipment that's 30 years old because they don't realize how inexpensive automation is today," Patel continues. "Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) can be used for everything from moving products down an assembly line, transporting trash and sweeping floors at a fraction of the cost of other material handling equipment, offering a Return on Investment (ROI) in as little as 6 months."
AMRs and Automatic Guided Vehicles provide superior flexibility over conveyors and other equipment because their paths can be easily changed. Also, they are scalable allowing production to quickly and easily increase by simply adding additional vehicles without costly changes to infrastructure.
According to a recent survey by audit firm EY , 41 percent of company executives in 45 countries are speeding up plans to automate their businesses to prepare for the post-coronavirus economy. Automation is already being considered by manufacturing companies that are dealing with an aging workforce that will be eligible to retire in the next few years.
In addition to providing automation consulting services, RGGI is developing the Pull Buddy AMR, which is a modularly designed, low profile autonomous vehicle. It can be easily configured for a variety of applications, including disinfecting with ultraviolet-C lights, ergonomic assembly via adjustable scissor lifts, and transportation of materials using customized carts.
