Fine. If you know your stuff.
Seems like you're spewing. Have fun with that. And thanks for looking further
Wow. You're pretty obvious.
Really meaty stuff. This highlights the challenges of starting a company such as this. Land, projections, engineering, logistics.
Looks like they may have excess gas ... Not sure what type it would e but looks like they are taking steps to capture it with Air Liquide.
Additionally they settled with the rent, EPC is still underway, and have a blurb about 'that guy' as a last paragraph.
Another 20 mil increase in shares. I forgot who said it but 500 million was an estimate at one point. Looks like we are approaching.
I think it's still looking good...
Gator lady. We've discussed this. First off no where did they say they were going to change direction. They were issued a patent. If you understand the technology, you would see that the patent paves a spire of natural gas that can be used as a substitute for the syngas created by the biomass heating process. It doesn't mean they are replacing it.
Yes. It seems so. And the PR states loan payback would be gated by bond sale not necessarily a date. ( perhaps the bond sale will be coming up shortly ? :)
I hear ya. Something is amiss. This was from an official press release so if it's not the case that would be some sort of misrepresentation of the facts.
"The City Council of Perry, Florida unanimously approved last week an ordinance for the City of Perry to provide a $5 million cash collateral for the loan. The loan will be repaid and the collateral released upon the closing of the tax-free bond to be issued by the Taylor County Development Authority for the Taylor plant."
This loan?
EPC is the plan for the entire site. I'm not sure if it's specific to one site or much of it an be repeated on many sites.
Without the plan , why even touch the site? It could be a waste of money if something needs to change. So I'm not surprised nothing has been touched. Didn't they have an issue with sewer on one of the sites and had to change direction or divert to another site?
EPC. Which requires money. Which I thought was in process ... Which I thought was already being paid for. But I could be wrong.
BRM is signed up with BION for 25 years of feasibility and supply chain management for the biomass feedstock. It does not necessarily have to come from the local area. I believe they wanted to be closer to the destination of the urea fertilizer. Anywhere in Florida is easier to deliver product from Taylor than where the big suppliers are out in the mid west and northwest.
As for the train spurs. I'm not sure and do not have that info on how the spurs would be placed/ built. You may have noted a road block. But I'm sure there are some public lands nearby whether they be highways or routes that a spur could be built.
La. Well if they are still in the running that's good. When I first got in on this they were in Texas. Then moved to La. Then Florida. I will admit a lot more happened in Florida than the other two locations. And I asked a year + ago and said the same things you said. But I saw a lot more 'progress' at the Florida sites and I settled back and really thought ( and still think ). Over the last three months there hasn't been a good piece of progress news on the sites. And the lawsuit as well as BK and little snippets of not paying certain vendors have been a near term negative. But overall I still think and believe in the technology.
The patents only help strengthen the what ifs. The process they use can take in biomass feedstock or natural gas. Securing a source if that gas is a piece of the puzzle which I think is a good thing.
I believe Texas and La are both dead and they were concentrating on getting three plants up and running. Two in Florida and that third one was going to be Pa. ( which fell through)
These sites need to be near rail spurs and mains to both receive and transport larger quantities. Perhaps this was the reasoning for Taylor. Farms to the east and south. Feedstock to the north and west.
Also. The biomass input can be replaced with natural gas. So now they have a source of gas not depending on the fluctuations and as someone else said, the increasing demand of traditional NG sources.
Lastly this process is supposed to e on the order of carbon neutral. Remember the biomass is not burned... It is super heated and the resulting gases are captured to produce the end product.
I've been reading up on this and how manufacturers are trying to make headway that you don't own your tractor/ can't fix it yourself. The advent of computers running everything is stifling the notion you can't fix your own tractor. It's mind bending. The problem is if they all do it, there really isn't much choice ( competition) other than keeping the older ones running and selling.
Really angers me thinking you are not allowed to fix something you purchase and shell out a lot of cash for.

Kr. The ideal location for these sites are NOT urban centers. They are sub urban or rural areas that are being built up.
Any area that has to be cleared of biomass debris. Any farming area that has left over biomass... All that stuff has to be cleared / burned or hauled away. This is where BION comes in.
Whoa whoa... Who said all those things about u on this board? Who said you were juvenile, too young etc?
I don't think anyone on this board did... You came on to this board with guns a blazing... So be prepared to hear responses that you may not like. But no one here called you those names...
In very few words... Many construction sites that develop land for commercial or residential need to dispose of woody and bio mass material. They usually have to pay for it to be removed. Bionitrogen can take or purchase (at lower costs ) the material to use their process to create / manufacture nitrogen urea pellets for fertilizer. Everyone should realize farming requires fertilizer. If a company can generate this fertilizer with lower costs, reducing carbon footprints and closer to the source and customer base, it is a win win for the business model.
The additional potential of both changing the feedstock input ( biomass to natural gas, should there be less woody mass available from construction sites ) and the post manufactured product ( not necessarily their business model but can be done ) has other advantages because it makes the model nimble and able to change direction should it need to. The equipment is not necessarily expensive and is on a much smaller scale ( less expensive ) and footprint to make a manufacturing site compared to existing fertilizer manufacturers.
So long story short they provide a service to construction companies and development sites as well as farming and fertilizing requirements for customers. This is over simplified but it's the premise of their operation.
Biomass in and fertilizer out. Poot.
Hope that paints a picture.
Pot call kettle?
First off, for the record, I don't worship Carlos ... I worship the technology and the potential of this company to deliver what they were promising. Whether it be Carlos or someone else I don't really care.
Bitter much?
The lady smells fishy. Sounds more like a man...
So who are you that you are owed $750? You didn't even give a basic intro ...
I just got new tires and an alignment myself.
I'll have to admit I'm
Not too happy about this office move. While it may 'save money' it seems it wasn't planned and is a truly of something else.
I said at the beginning of the year this middle of the year is where I would start getting a little concerned.
While I am still in, the silence and activities over the past month or two is deafening.
I'm still waiting for my investment funds to clear :/. If I miss the boat ( literally and figuratively) I will be left in the dingy behind you guys ( literally and figuratively).
Happy 4th! Happy birthday 'murica!
Or trimarans?
Interesting you bring this up. I am researching a catamaran. Hirondelle 24'. Trailerable and very manageable for a single person sailing. Offers a lot of internal space for the length.
Of course I'll go up to a 40'er if BION pops. ( and get the crew)
Who knows maybe this is when it happens when TJ is on vaca. That would be a good thing to come back to eh?
Scraping pennies for more shares.
Good luck all
Peafunke
Riddle me this. If 6-30 the ssp is still around 3 cents, wouldn't the party just not buy at 6 cents? They could either buy at market or let the warrants lapse? Is this the way it goes?
I applied for a home equity loan on April 4. I am still waiting for this thing to close. Of course most of it is going to home improvements, I set some aside to buy more. At this rate the stock will be a dollar when this thing closes.
I just hope ( selfishly) BION doesn't do any dramatic moves until I buy. ;)
It was like Planes Trains and Aitomobiles for me getting home in time for my first Father's Day. But I made it and that smile made the stress all worth it.
Same to you and all.
Hopefully BION will pull threw and I won't have to work for the man anymore. Been biting here and there on a few shares. As much as I can afford.
Good luck all
Thanks for the excerpts Codaras. Really appreciate someone getting in there to read the finer details in advance.
I need to read up on DEF.
Ok thanks. I use that site too but not often.
Longgg. Where do you get this info / status ?
I was in this when it was 3-4 cents and saw it climb to 49 cents. O.o
That was no definitive news back a few years ago.
I'm hopin like you said the EPC then bonds then plant construction ribbon cutting.
Of course we all are. But I have ridden one wave and didn't get out. So I'm hoping for the bigger one.
I hate asking this but what are people's most probable, best and worse case estimates for end of yeah and end of next here.
I am guesstimating but if EPC goes through and one plant begins construction, I think 10-15 cents by end of year. And maybe 50 cents end of next.
With no EPC or plant we will hover and most likely stay at these levels.
Strictly a guess though.
Pf
I'm in the same boat. I've been in an application for a home equity loan to do some work on the house. I may forgo a few windows for an investment into the future ( yeah I know this isn't typically recommended). But at a 4% loan rate, I think it's a decent risk. Besides. I am not a high roller so the money I am talking about is substantially less than what your talking about swikey. Never the less it is substantial in its eventual gains for me ... This thing should have been closed a few weeks ago. I'm biting my nails in anticipation.
Good luck all
I just came back from my 7th Figawi race. While we didn't do so hot, it's not about the race but experience. If you need a captain, I would love to wear the hat.
Although my docking abilities are a bit rusty, they make anchors. So were all set.
The SS Bionosphere.
A little off topic. But we can all dream.
Thanks for highlighting. Perhaps I should have just copied the excerpt.
When 2112 highlighted RF had a past as a scammer I did some 'scamming' searches with his name.
Looks to me he got slapped and like richard2112 stated, has a bit of the past. Pretty funny seeing that he went off on a diatribe about Carlos when RF has a marred history of his own. Pretty telling
TF. What is your opinion on what is being accused of Carlos in Bolivia?
Seemed soooo long ago
The crickets have returned.
Think everyone is waiting for Monday...
Oh... And stay classy!
1) I speak 3
2) I never called you BK. Get your story straight
I am not ' slamming ' you. The others are doing that... And a fine job too.
I was just pointing out the obvious.
As an owner (you) of 55% of the shares of the company ( perhaps it was you and a few others), why in hell would you not want to see the company succeed being so close to developing a pilot site and solidifying interest free loans and bonds sales. This all happened within the last year or so... And yet you've owned shares for a much longer period of time. Why now? Is it because he (Carlos) made a mistake or two?
I admit I was not happy with sites cropping up only to move to the next one and so on. But it does sound like they are honing in and have made a lot of progress with the limited funds.
Is it the fact that annon is suing them that you want out?
Are you the one that BK took money from and caused a stink last year... And because you didn't get your money back from Bk, you are taking it up with Carlos? Just asking because I still don't understand your motive.
As I said. Getting patents will not allow you to easily create a company. ( as you suggested). In fact if that were the case it would be a much higher probability that you would get nothing from your 'attack'. You or any others that would ' take over' have no relationships and networking experience with the sites at hand and the deals already in place.
Good luck. You'll need it
Anyone claiming you can 'start another company' just by taking over patents has no idea what he is talking about.
Unless he / she has another company willing to quickly fill in the blanks and cracks, it would take a tremendous feat to be able to set up and secure the bonds and loans BION has already amassed. That company would already need to be in the fertilizer business.
It would be in annon's best interest ( punn intended) to work out new loan details etc unless there was another motive ... Hostile or say patent trolling ? Hmmm. Who else would set out a >30% interest on a loan. Worse yet, who would accept it... Oh BK. :(. Maybe ... Just maybe BK and Annon and roni are in kahoots and working together to extort the patents or slow the development process of BION.
Ron Fussman can't spell well and has really crappy grammar.
Sorry, for a person of Ron Fussmans rap sheet, he should know the difference between 'then ' and 'than ' and a whole slew of other novice mistakes.
I'm Ron Burgundy
Um what? Are you the Sherriff in town? Wait. Do you work for or are you affiliated with Anon Consulting???
