It's not chapter 7. But does that mean our shares are worthless?

I read the same link Fletch. Looks like it protects us from that ridiculous loan and creditors but doesn't tell us if we lose everything.

Never been involved with a penny stock in chapter 11. Only the belly ups. Wait and see I guess
