News is coming... Look Carefully!
I have a $100 Target+ (17200% Returns)
On MSMY given its current share structure and natural disaster housing contracts I believe are coming down the road via previous connections with Lewis Lucke being on the board while the IHRC was figuring out how to disburse the world bank's donation money in Haiti...and that could be just the beginning if this pans out.
Long a lot of shares...

Conille: On Housing 600,000 Haitians (2012)
http://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-4617-haiti-social-statement-of-conille-garry-around-the-rehousing-of-600-000-idps.html
The Prime Minister, Dr. Garry Conille expressed his vision and priorities for 2012, concerning the 600,000 people still living, for nearly two years in IDP camps.
"...There is still 600,000 people in the camps, it is necessary to manage them, it's our objective, it's the challenge that the President of the Republic also gave us [...] the good news is that last week we signed a project for the Champ de Mars, we are also working on various other places to move forward [...] we believe it is necessary to solve the problem, but we have to solve it well. It is not just to move people and not knowing where they go, we have to make sure they are in homes that are safe, we are also obliged to address the housing problem in its entirety, and many people who do not live in the camp of the Champ de Mars, living in conditions that are just as precarious [...]
...While we reflect on the short term, the 600,000 people that we must withdraw from the camps, we are obliged to include them in the framework of a much larger reflection on the problems of housing, of spaces that are limited and where the population is continually increasing. So if we do not make reflections on an integrated way, we'll just move people from one place to another and create other problems. Is this type of thinking that we will try to do with people who are very, very advised, to see if we can move forward quickly.
In the short term, our objective for 2012 is to no longer have people in camps of the center of Port-au-Prince as currently [...] I remember, when a survey was conducted among residents of the camps and they were asked what conditions had to be fulfilled to move them, the conditin number one was not a shelter, it was that they could find a job where they will go. So, the question of employment is fundamental. This year, we want an economic recovery based on the multiplication of job opportunities, the government has a very ambitious program in the infrastructures, in public buildings, housing etc..."

Haiti EQ's may not be over (Housing Needed)
http://www.adelaidenow.com.au/news/breaking-news/haiti-should-brace-for-more-quakes-study/story-e6frea73-1226254950061
THE 2010 earthquake that devastated southern Haiti may have opened a new era of seismic activity and residents should brace for more massive temblors, says a US study.
The 7.0 quake that killed 250,000 people and leveled much of the capital Port-au-Prince, was of a magnitude unseen on the island since the 18th century, said the study in the Bulletin of the Seismological Society of America.
A equivalent 6.6 level quake in 1701, centered in the same region and described in similar ways to the 2010 temblor according to historical accounts, was followed by three big quakes - two in 1751 and one in 1770, said the study.
Those quakes would be equal to about 7.5, 6.6 and 7.5 today, and were all located on or near the same crack in the Earth's crust known as the Enriquillo fault that extends along southern Haiti and the Dominican Republic.

The fault system has accumulated "considerable potential slip" since the 18th century, and regional stress levels in the Earth may be sufficient to unleash more massive temblors in the coming years, said the research.
"The 2010 Haiti earthquake may mark the beginning of a new cycle of large earthquakes on the Enriquillo fault system after 240 years of seismic quiescence," said the study, led by William Bakun of the US Geological Survey.
"The entire Enriquillo fault system appears to be seismically active; Haiti and the Dominican Republic should prepare for future devastating earthquakes."
Bakun's study reviews the history of earthquakes and hurricanes on the Caribbean island known as Hispaniola since it was first discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1492 and was swiftly colonized by Europeans.
"There are ample Spanish, French, and British accounts describing the social and physical conditions of Hispaniola in the past 500 years," said the study.
"The five centuries of seismic history of the island of Hispaniola is arguably the longest in the western hemisphere."
With that historical perspective, the island's seismic record is comparable to that of the San Andreas fault in California, where 56 years of "significant earthquake activity" beginning in 1850 culminated in San Francisco's 7.8 quake on the moment magnitude scale in 1906, Bakun wrote.
USGS analysts have predicted that there is a 62 per cent probability of another major, damaging earthquake in the San Francisco area by 2031.
And while the science of predicting earthquakes is imprecise, seismologists are gaining better knowledge of risk rates using more advanced technologies and an examination of the historical record for clues.
There are no reports of earthquakes in the area before 1700, and no comparable ones until 2010, though there was a quake in 1860 that was centered further north on the island and is considered unrelated to the fault system.
An analysis of past patterns suggests that the 2010 quake was a re-rupture of the same zone as in 1701, indicating that the Enriquillo fault system may be on a 310 year cycle, said the study.
Bakun and colleagues noted that much of the devastation around the capital in 2010 was due to "inadequate building practices," and urged more seismic hazard mitigation efforts in future construction across southern Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
Great to hear!
Hope it works out for us both! :)

If not looking forward to next week but hopefully we get some movement before the weekend!
This company is way undervalued...
Considering the revenues it claims to be having already...
That is why I say buying down here is arbitrage,
For the record...
$1 Stock Price would value the company...
At ~100-130million$ for public market cap (as 100million of the shares are restricted until sometime after 2013 I believe), or if you were to count them 200-250 million$...but for the sake of current available shares I will just assume there is approximately 130million public shares available.
If you look at other valuations of other companies, there is something called Price to Earnings Ratio (P/E). I don't normally look at them, but a normal range is anywhere from 3-20 depending on how profitable people think the company will be in the future.
For a range of what to expect given MCE's current share structure (or what I believe it to be approximately) a 5:1 P/E Ratio, all it would take is a 25million$ contract to reach $1. Assuming a 20:1 P/E Ratio, all it would take is a 6million$ contract!
Considering the green industry is booming and natural disaster reconstruction/cleanup/innovation will only continue to increase in these current times, it would be safe to say that the P/E in this industry will be higher than most because the potential for future profits is larger considering the focus.
Between the 6-10million$ revenues in Texas over the next 3-5 years, the dualzorb contracts in Nigeria and an emerging market, the natural disaster housing that has connections with Lewis Lucke (to the US Government and to the World Bank/IDB), and all of the other wildcards this company has going for it... you would think this company could demand a strong P/E.
Currently the market valuation at .0054 is approximately 1-3million$, when the revenues of MCE last year was reporeted at $800,000. Their debt is very little, as they are a startup company who has connections everywhere and innovation in a field where innovation means success....
Hold onto your shares!! This one is about to get interesting!
My personal plan is...
I will be liquidating approximately 100,000 shares at $1-3 which I expect it to reach on the first contract news, but will be holding the majority of my position (2.4million shares) until what I have been in here from the start for... natural disaster housing contracts through the IDB which could make this the leading green reconstruction company....
That's what I see...
Hope you make a bundle to make up for your other losses!
I am down $40,000 in this stock right now, but am nothing but optimistic!
The company can not do anything about the Unusual Trading activity... but I can show faith in the company by slapping that ask believing in what is coming!

Haiti Housing Collaborative:
http://www.haitihousingcollaborative.org/
An interesting picture under designs:
The funny thing about this situation is...
If this stock were trading at .10-.15 cents, there would probably be more buying interest here because people would be less prone to doubt the legitimacy of the company. Because the stock price is so artificially depressed (MC Endeavors Reports Unusual Trading Activity), there is artificial doubt when in reality what has been created is an unbelievable investment opportunity for those who believe in this company and are willing to hold until the fundamentals play out.
Go figure... market perception is a pretty pathetic thing...
If this moved up to .03 it would go up 500% from here, and would create momentum and chasers... and bring attention to what this company is...
But even at .03 this company is only valued @ ~6-7million$ with the current share structure...
Go figure the better opportunities are harder to see than the worse opportunities once the price has already risen...
