added some 0006s on that first dip
holding free shares now. wow what a move
we're about to find out
reminds me of UNQT yesterday now
omg yes
vfin moved 0005
it was 0005 once earlier but no prints at that time
vfin needs to move off the ask
you called it right
NEWS
will they put out a PR about the filing?
now at least I know why accumulation was happening
that also turns out pretty good sometimes... if the MMs are creating more shares than really exist.
not saying they are, but I've seen it before.
might pop with another PR
someone keeps buying- 2.7m buy at 001
looked like it was going up, premarket it was 0011x0012 but someone smacked the bid
someone has been accumulating this mornin
sold some software for $1.1m? more projects or a shell now?
it could be 0002 or 002, or both, tomorrow. and nobody knows until it happens. these micros are extremely volatile.
and only 1 for every 3 shares
if a major chain goes for grid grabber, that would be pretty big news
maybe it bottomed for now
just watch the news... I bot the news when I saw it hit. spinoffs are usually good ones
you nailed it. nice volume alert!
you got in early for sure
" Only flake and synthetic graphite (made through an expensive process from petroleum coke) can be used in lithium-ion batteries. Graphite mining and processing are limited to a relatively small handful of countries, with China currently producing 70% of the total global supply.
Demand for lithium-ion batteries will increase rapidly as battery-power (electricity) supplements, and will even replace gasoline- and diesel-fueled internal-combustion engines in vehicles as "green energy" expands. While hybrid automobiles such as the Toyota Prius have used nickel-metal-hydride batteries for more than a decade, newer hybrid models like the Chevy Volt, as well as battery-only electric-drive vehicles like the Tesla Roadster and the Nissan Leaf, rely upon the more-efficient lithium-ion batteries that will almost certainly be employed in all hybrid or fully electric vehicles in just a few short years. Large-flake graphite will be very much in demand to produce the hundreds of millions of lithium-ion batteries required for these automobiles.
Governmental bodies are taking notice of just how crucial secure supplies of graphite are. Graphite prices have been increasing in recent months, and investors' interest in this industry is almost certain to climb as word spreads about the impending boom in demand and the companies that will be making moves to meet it."

then you need to learn more about graphite. not being flippant but its a pretty big deal if they pull it off.
it will take enough volume on an important merger. graphite is a big deal and that might drive VERT away.
but its all about dollar volume in my opinion.
they had a filing stating exactly how much they needed to raise,
and hopefully a lot of that has already been accomplished.
remember that filing that came out a while ago? I think it was 1 million in capital to raise (i.e. shares to sell I'm assuming) as far as I can tell VERT has been selling on the ask into some of the volume intermittently...
they need to finish the dilution
or ease off,
or we'd have been 003 or more already
with the dollar volume starting to show up
that being said,
they might be putting deals together that
create some pretty big volume
and work through the dilution quickly
have to watch it and see.
graphite is a big deal if they merge
maybe this news helps finish off the dilution that seems to be affecting it for now
what happened to this one?
same pattern, 15 before the bell. amazing
in the past prs have released 15 minutes before the close, I see looking at historical news, I see that twice recently
does KING release news afterhours or premarket ever?
where did you find this? in the filings?
VERT needs to move off the ask
yes indeed. just like HBRM did a couple days ago at this price level. and the dollar volume only kept increasing.
we're one more day closer to the merger!
last time was a forward split
