nice stuff
lets get tdgi to ..12
just a matter of time
Buyback
Love to hear him say he has the money and buyback will officially start and watch the O/S go down
Newsless
Been awhile since last NR hopefully this is the week, we.ve been waiting for , none the less 1 step closer
“Our 3-to-5 year plan now seems obtainable in only 1-to-3 years,” said Parkinson
Just adding 15 to 20% growth for the next 5 years and getting this done in 1 to 3 years, the nubers and profits here could be staggering
In 2010 TDGI/Hannover House plans to have 30 new releases to DVD/Blue-Ray, 4-6 National Theatrical Film Releases and 6 new Book Titles. They are projecting Revenue of $17 Million in base business - $25 million from theatrical release titles in the March 20th filing. All totaling $42 Million in revenue, and earnings of $3.75 and $5.5 million dollars respectively for a total of $9.25 Million in Pre Tax Earnings. Compare the 2009 releases to the 2010 release slate with 40+ releases and you can see what a massive growth story TDGI is becoming.
Hannover House realistically believes they can achieve $42 million revenue, with $9.25 million pre-tax earnings which is an EPS of $.02 in 2010. With an EPS of $.02 per share, a P/E of 25X gets TDGI to a share price of $0.50.
Yea
I agree the explosion of TDGI is on the horizon. Its been long over due
Profitable company, great expense controls, making sales and more to come
Just have to be patient those lawyers going back and forth
We have traded and built a great base here
Good Old days
of 2 Nr,s per week maybe coming back i sense
Boom or Bust
after the cc
either he has money from Newby FINALIZED anything less will not be good enough
12
alot riding on 12 for starters
i hope the lawyers have not gagged Chance, does not seem to be getting ot there as i had hoped
Eric
Time to bring it on and bring us to fair value for starters
.13 to .15
Lawyers
I think the deal is probally in lawyers hands , going over fine print for awhile now
Everything has been delayed due to the dealy, financials new movie announcements on and on
yes meant well but the damage has been done
I hope he closes the financiing and then lets a new face take over, he can do what he does behind the scenes
Dividend
IF TDGI offers up a stock Dividend into another Company, i can see a good run coming up here to the dividend date
.15 to .20
Seen a few others run pretty agressive and they had no sales or profit, just pipe dreams
Buckle up folks
New CC
Well i guess Dean has some good news for us or he would not be going public
He has meant well all along, hopefully this time luck is on our side
i think we get an distribution agreement or basically tdgi picking up distribution for some entity
Than TDGI moves their library and the new distribution deal into a new company and higher exchange thus at same time we get audited financials and valuation of tdgi library
The actual movies TDGI is releaseing will be spun out into another entity and maybe producing films too with another partner
Drop any news and up we go this thing is coiled tight
Once the deal closes than we get financials and the book value of the libarary its all needed for the deal
i have no idea
theres always delays, with all companies, but Eric has always delivered in the past , so i figure were getting closer
I agree with some of what you said, but someone from the company is going to have to start sharing info or answering ?,s at some point
I was wavering on to buy or sell as of late, many unanswered ?,s in my mind and many others too i bet.
Then we get the Ryan email response from Eric which was outstanding.
If i would have known about the book strategy, new racing Dreams direction on and on i would have bought more and maybe some folks would not have sold
Yes TDGI a diamond in the rough, can,t wait for next week
Crazy
look around in pinky land, lots of companies with products or pipe dreams with no revenue trading alot higher than TDGI, meanwhile TDGI hads actual revenue and a real product for all to see
Patience is a virtue , and i think the tide will change here soon
TDGI the real deal
yea flying under the radar big time
July 28
50 cent doing the view and Letterman, hopefully Chance is accompaning him that would be great
There should be quite the buzz going on about 50 cent than , he was making headlines a month for losing weight for a movie
Mineseeker Video
Did Dean not say on last CC that a crew was being brought down to video the demonstartions?
i agree with Jason
Christmas in July is coming our way
I still they we will see a spike on the news over .20 with a retractment to .14ish or so depending on dividened date
i agree , i also like the fact he has recently hired all those corporate folks to help grow TDGI, we are on the cusp
Js thanks for PM , i don,t have PM appreciate it thanks
TDGI is profitable now
Did 2 million in sales last year with 1 video and we were profitable, EP shows great cost controls
If this keeps up and we get off the pinkys big money may and will come in here
Delays
All the delays TDGI has provided us eg financials movie set backs, not releasing new movie titles acquired are all due to the deal, so we suffer now but once all this info is allowed to be released than we go
EP mentioned July 16 financials out so between now and then we get news
Oh yea the book delays 4 titles in sept that will be great right on time for xmas
Volume
the low volume is a good thing now
ONce and if we get the expected news we could see buying interest , he,s hoping
Strange
with all the subs they have we hear little or news on any of them
Hey JS
JUST wondering your thoughts on where you hope to see TDGI long term say a year from now
With TDGI 3 to 5 year game plan accelerated to 1 to 3 year , makes you wonder
I,m long here as you mentioned it maybe a life chager for some of us thats what i,m betting on i still think we see plus .15 if the deal is real good
Jshook
BIG thanks to you for your efforts in supporting the stock and hitting the ask.
Last Chance
This week coming up to get in before the news hits, sounds like it will be good stuff
My tale is it sounds like he will do a deal with a major to distribute more films and than part 2 would be the spin out and joing forces with another entity and an uplist
Say good bye to the .03,s
Momentum
Has officialy swung our way again
Increased volume on its way in anticipation of deals

The Canadian Press VANCOUVER — Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. has adopted a shareholder rights plan to guard against unwanted takeovers like the one billionaire activist investor Carl Icahn has been pushing for several months.
The Canadian-American independent movie company’s latest move comes three months after Icahn successfully convinced the British Columbia securities regulator to block an earlier attempt at enacting a so-called “poison pill” provision.
Lions Gate said it implemented the poison pill plan particularly to discourage a “creeping bid,” under which a shareholder acquires a controlling stake not through a general offer to shareholders but by buying up stock a little at a time through markets.
In recent months, Icahn has gradually built his position in Lions Gate from around 19 per cent to just under 34 per cent.
Mr. Icahn has led a battle to gain majority control of the Canadian-American independent movie company for months. His offer of $7 (U.S.) a share – repeatedly deemed too low by Lions Gate – expired Wednesday.
“The rights plan encourages the acquisition of effective control of Lions Gate only through means of a permitted bid or a negotiated transaction that treats shareholders equally and fairly,” Lions Gate said in a statement late Thursday.
Under the plan, each Lions Gate shareholder will get one share purchase right for every share they hold at a discount to its trading price, which will become exercisable only if an individual acquires 38 per cent or more of Lions Gate stock.
That would allow shareholders to inflate the number of Lions Gate shares outstanding and make a takeover bid more difficult, if not impossible, to achieve.
The two sides have been trading increasingly vicious barbs at one another.
Mr. Icahn has expressed dissatisfaction with the management team at Lions Gate, which he says has failed to deliver value to shareholders and may have steered the company towards a potential bankruptcy filing.
He is also opposed to Lions Gate’s rumoured interest in buying another studio – Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, or MGM – and its library of other titles.
“Tying two one-legged men together does not mean they will run faster – in fact it will slow them down,” Mr. Icahn said in a statement last week.
Lions Gate, meanwhile, has sought to reassure its investors it is still on stable ground.
Lions Gate has called Mr. Icahn’s bid a “financially inadequate, coercive and opportunistic offer.”
It also questioned some of Mr. Icahn’s business decisions, including an investment in financially struggling Blockbuster Video and home builder WCI Communities, which filed for bankruptcy when Mr. Icahn was on its board.
Lions Gate is based in Vancouver but operates out of Santa Monica, Calif., and is known for high-profile films like the Saw horror franchise and the Oscar-winning movie Precious.

Daw: Don’t use new fund facts form to bet on soccer, or retirement
I would not be surprised if we see a good spike inTDGI once this news lands
Wh knows but i think we could spike into the .15 to .20 level, depending on the possibility of AMEX listing of some kind or form
even with the other 4 books being released , profile books supposedly we could easily do over 1.5 million in book sales in tha last Q of year
Book Sales
They sold 40,000 copies of Made in the USA, not too bad hopefully when the Bill comes to the floor more attention and more sales
40,000 at say 16.99 roughly $675,000 in retail sales
retailers mark up is about 50 to 60 % on books, so lets just go low and say TDGI sold the books for $6,00, TDGI,s take in less than 2 months would be ball park $240,000
4 more titles to be release and the timing could not be better the fall XMAS season
i know EP explained book margins previuosly just don,t recall
Communication
Part of the problem for past 2 months with lagging share price in part maybe due to lack of communication from TDGI
I don,t call or email as i realize they are busy, i menatlly ?,d how long i want to hold here over the past several months because i was unsure of many things where they stood, originally i was long
Todays answers , re affirmed many things for me and whish i knew some of this stuuff earlier and i may have bought more
Hopefully we get a monthly q and A for tdgi
Great job ryan and thanks
ck
you did a valuation of TDGI BACK IN April just wondering have you re adjusted any of that info, based on updated facts
Just a Guess
But Dean has the money and may actually be buying back at these levels as we speak.
I said this awhile ago it would not make sense to announce Ms closing and 6 acqustions closings and than do a buyback at higher prices
At some point we may hear the buyback is complete
Great find
I can,t see Best Buy doling out that kind of money , with these retailers its always the supplier vendor that pays for prime space
