Sellout ? PT's Golden Goose ? Not likely. Always remember, PT is there for shareholders.
Mr. Thompson stated that although the plan is to continue to move forward towards production, the company will consider offers and opportunities that would maximize shareholder return."
Contained in a MXSG PR
Globe Newswire Feb 25
The company has removed approximately half of the material from the existing leach pad in preparation for the soon to be mined Julio II quartz vein material. Mexus President Paul Thompson believes the company can achieve one gram per ton gold recovery along with 4 grams per ton silver. This small but important production amount will give Mexus the funds to begin its second stage of drilling and meet ongoing obligations.
"Recently, there have been two major mining companies who have visited the mine reviewing grades and current infrastructure. Mr. Thompson stated that although the plan is to continue to move forward towards production, the company will consider offers and opportunities that would maximize shareholder return."
The key word being > revenue < with emphasis. Something that has been missing even when it was announced that 8.2 ozs had been recovered. Mexus thus far has proven incapable of producing, much less at a profit. Producing continuously (?) appears to be problematic.
That is your photo of a vein ? Looks suspiciously like a lump of quartz. No evidence of surface veins .... just a quartz outcropping here and there. I can show you photos of many similar samples of quartz, all bereft of gold.
Regardless of photos or lack of them, the proof will be a declaration of sales of PM. I’m waiting for that event.
With all of the boots on the ground cavorting about on the Caborca claims, why is it no one has photographed the quartz “veins” or the “seams” or the gold glittering in the sunlight ? Does no one have a cellphone with a built in camera ? Or were the photos confiscated as part of the NDA ?
The sampling of the leach concentrate which showed “good results” was evaluated how and by whom ? Given the total lack of credibility Mexus has displayed in the past why believe anything they promulgate now ?
If it sounds too good to be true.... it is.
An NDA would obviate the whole purpose of the procedure.
It would call for a statement that says I found this to be true but
I am unable to state my findings.
Hiring a competent mining engineer in Mexico would not be all that difficult.
Hermosillo is relatively close by and there are engineers available there who would be happy with the work, I'm sure.
One such engineer...

To see a quartz outcropping on the surface and call it a vein clearly shows the depth of knowledge exhibited in the "report".
The Mexus Report Summary
In lieu of the highly anticipated "pour" there is a boots on the ground report albeit somewhat vague because of an NDA
Mexican obreros with busted humps breaking bread with visitors and moving and maintaining the earth. Intercepts and quartz "veins" (maybe outcroppings) everywhere and SEAMS, lots of seams.
Then related stories ...second hand accounts of glittering gold in the sun.
Not verified but who's quibbling ?
When is work accomplished with visitors wandering around ? Anyone see a great mound of earth piled up on the pad ? Anyone see the pad being loaded. Anyone see the pad ?
Important to keep spirits high when nothing of note is happening. Thus, break out stories erupt with great frequency, if not reliability.
Wonder how they are "maintaining" the earth ?
OK I have a question for those who are in the "in" crowd and have access to a plethora of information.
In the past from what I gather, the "ore bearing material" has been that which has been scraped off the surface OR gathered from tailings from old mine workings or both.
What is the source of the material now ? Obviously Mexus is not operating an open pit mine so what is the source of the material they have been loading on the leach pile ? Are they using a back hoe and loader to dig holes in "likely" areas?
And if they are digging holes how do they determine where to dig ? The old divining rod ? Toss a coin ?

Big, big news this week l heard from my sons friends, fathers, father in laws, uncles, aunt...who cares where l heard it from...you know and l know we are going to .05
-.08 this week..
Don't know about anyone else but my knickers are in a knot awaiting the BIG, BIG NEWS. All of those inspirationals that boosted spirits will finally be justified......or not.
And then there is this...one year, one month ago. Results are expected momentarily.
"In June 2018, Mexus completed its first test of the VAT leaching system and the Merrill Crowe gold recovery plant at the 8 brothers/370 mine project. The successful test produced 70 pounds of precipitate which is currently being dried and prepared for smelting. Results of this first run will be released soon."
Maybe I am being too critical and should wait for today's inspiration invocation exhorting all to just believe. I know that always elicits a response in ME or maybe it's a reaction.
The contentious MXSG back and forth exchanges are pointless. Since (some) people are convinced the first pour is to take place, the results of the hobby miner's efforts will soon be known...or will they ? As I expressed before, until a verified sale is made I believe nothing that comes from Mexus or it's spokespersons.
Using previously developed geological mapping the company plans to mine the Julio quartz vein and the adjacent shear zone via open pit mining. The existing Julio vein, with depths to 30 meters and widths from 1 to 4 meters, has values ranging from 1.5 to 186 grams Au per ton.
I believe this is what you are referring to...from the 10K
NO THIRD PARTY ASSAY >> PREVIOUSLY DEVELOPED GEOGRAPHICAL MAPPING
Really...mapping ?
Regarding the Mexus claim of "bonanza grade" assays.
There is no official definition of bonanza grade for gold but analysts say most gold mines around the world only produce about 5 to 6 grams per tonne. One of the highest grade mines in the world is Klondex’s Fire Creek in Nevada where reserves are 42 grams per tonne, the company website says.
Forty two GRAMS per ton.
In general usage, bonanza grade is considered to be far in excess of any of the Mexus assay results.
The argument is moot considering Mexus has not produced a significant amount of gold to date regardless of the yield per ton of the material fed into their backyard MC system.
Please post the assay results from a third party that shows 5 ozs.Au/ton.
Or maybe you are referring to...
"the east dipping Julio vein is averaging from 2 to 3 meters intercept width and about 1.0 g/t gold with intercepts of 1 meter of 1.4 g/t gold in each hole. Holes 1 to 3 intercepted the Julio quartz vein with high values up to 6.2 g/t gold and 34 g/t silver"
Slight difference between an ounce and a gram but who is quibbling. I don't believe it has been stated anywhere that MXSG cost per oz. would be $1000/oz. The article quoted stated that costs were very much understated in the past and the cost today would be substantially higher. Some mining companies have incurred a cost of$1000 +/oz, others have incurred less expense.
How Much Does it Cost to Produce an Ounce of Gold?
BY PROVIDENTMETALS.COM
How much does it cost to produce an ounce of gold? It’s very difficult to determine exact numbers, but mining companies have methods of estimating production costs.
Mining costs were grossly underestimated up through the 1990s. Companies would report “cash costs” on their financial statements, which measure the costs specifically tied to extracting gold from the ground. These costs ran from $500 to $800 per ounce, depending on the location of the mine. But these cash costs failed to consider the expense of running a company, buying and repairing equipment, adhering to compliance regulations, and such.
A new metric has since been developed by the World Gold Council to report the “all-in sustaining costs” of mining gold. These numbers report that the cost of extracting an ounce of gold is actually over $1,000 per ounce, well above the aforementioned numbers.
The majors are all aware of the costs. The hobby miners...not so much.
Maybe Lemas can make another estimate on the precipitate gold in the pregnant pond as he did once before. That way the accumulators can get a real handle on the riches awaiting them. Last time it was 2000 - 4000 ozs AU. Unfortunately, the precipitate was lost (or stolen).
That is surprising since, like all Mexus consultants he was supposed to be world renowned.
If you think that is strange, try researching Paul Dwight Thompson and some of his previous enterprises. It's almost as if any record has been purged.
I can only agree.
The term believe is usually employed when speaking in altruistic terms. Belief in country, teams , heroes, family, have little in common with believing in a pink sheet penny stock.
Throughout history, people have been misled by jingoisms, slogans, symbols and a belief in a cause that was not worthy. What has MXSG done to warrant such belief ?
There is nothing altruistic in hoping for a payday from Mexus Gold U.S. It is hope based upon greed.
Just my humble opinion
Anagramatic disquisitions explaining Mexus with “nonsensier” nonwords don’t impress you ? A failed point -counterpoint exercise that further muddies the already disreputable Mexus actions. Quite fitting.
If admin and “general expenses” in the forthcoming 10K are comparable to those of last year, it will only take
1600 ozs of gold to offset. Only 1592 ozs more than what they have produced thus far. Hernandez should be able to fine tune the process to produce that weekly.
Admit failure ? Hardly. Beyond that, there is the question of honesty regarding “production”. In the past, there
has been no declaration of revenue which would reflect sales of PM which indicates there was nothing to sell. Eight plus ounces .,,, no revenue. Pulling half a million dollars out of San Felix every 12 - 14 days, no revenue declared. This calls into question whether there was ever anything to declare. There is something terribly wrong going on with Mexus. Given past performance why believe anything they say in the future ?
Mexus Gold U.S. 10K 2018
"We had a net loss during the year ended March 31, 2018 of $3,909,961"
Let's see if there is a new loss record set in the upcoming 10K. Records
are made to be broken, especially MXSG loss records.
The Mexus 10K a.k.a. Paul Dwight Thompson's submission of errors and omissions, is as always highly anticipated. I always enjoy the General and Administrative category. Last year it was $972,309. Gee, that's close to a million dollars.
Everyone should have that item to submit on their tax form. No need to justify the figure....whatever sounds good and can get away with.
Consultation services, $1,306,013 and everyone knows consultants are/were worth their weight in (non existent) gold.
You know what they say, a million here a million there....soon you are talking real money.
You can be funny when it's OPM Other People's Money
" One of Mexico's biggest 30 KM on same mega shear cross the next valley been doing pretty well last 30 years less than half 1.8, .86."
Gigantic difference between REAL miners and play pen hobbyists. The difference has been evident for all to witness for quite some time.
The question would then be what is a "respectable" amount of gold ? From what Thompson posted, he anticipates, "With 1 g/t gold recovery we hope to produce 5,800 oz. gold and 35,000 oz. silver". Now that's about $8,000,000 in gold and $5250 in silver.Thompson doesn't say over what period of time he expects these results... 1 month ? 1 year ? biennially ?
Not too long ago I remember posting about a company that was anticipating a $500/oz. profit after all in expenses and they were thrilled with that figure.
So what is a "respectable" amount of gold and a dollar figure derived from its' sale ? And most important...over what period of time ?
Just right. The PR from two years ago reads almost exactly like the latest.
I've been saying that until gold sales results are confirmed it's just the usual hype. Even sales should be viewed with skepticism...MXSG is not known for its' honesty.
"We will smelting and selling gold dore in the near future." That's like saying sales are "imminent".
Absolutely correct. The failure of Mexus can only be attributed to the ineptitude of the sole member of (mis) management.
Listen to his interviews and it immediately becomes apparent that there is the intention to deceive. It takes very little time to determine his program.
I have attempted to discover what happened to his previous attempts to run a company. I have had no success. Thompson Mining, Inc., Thompson Yellowjacket Mining, Inc. and Golden Eagle Drilling Corp., all seem to have just disappeared into the ether. Looking into companies that have done business in El Dorado County, California yielded nothing. It is as if an attempt has been made to erase all records relating to Thompson. Usually, there is a record of the sale or the abandonment of a company but I find no record that any of those companies ever existed. I found this to be quite interesting.
It appears you are subject to disapproval for pursuing scams other than MXSG
Personally, I feel you should be awarded a DSM (distinguished service medal) equivalent to a DFC only for earthbound mortals. DFC’s are much easier to earn. Just need a little time learning how to become an Air Farce sycophant.
“The share price inevitably rises after the split” . Not certain that statement is accurate. Can you cite a case where that has happened ?
According to the Motley Fool investing in a company that has done an RS is a losing proposition. Of course there is nothing that ensures action either way but generally speaking but certainly not inevitably speaking, the trend seems to favor a decline.
According to a 2006 study that looked at 1600 stock splits between 1962 and 2001 such stocks substantially underperformed the overall market during the 3 years following the Rs.

Getting rest while son does truck repair for early AM departure. All items loaded Hernandez requires to begin leach flow on arrival
60% recovery before leach process begins.....like everything else Mexus, simply amazing !
Doesn't explain how that figure came about since the leach process has not yet started or has JUST begun. You don't develop recovery figures from calls to hobbyists selling shares ands snake oil. Unless you have a mining background, a trip to Caborca will do you no good, you won't know what you're looking at and will be at the mercy of people who are trying to convince you what a fortune awaits.
So all of your research and phone calls and imagined trips have yielded nothing of consequence other than a figure of 60% recovery derived from someone's imagination.
Joined Ihub one day and posted what a bargain MXSG is ? Magnificent DD accomplished without the benefit of the information on the board ? Outstanding. Guffaw
Mexus litagation.
Bad man charged with assault, libel, slander.
Obviously no assault. SPOKEN statement? Don't think so.
Libel...a published FALSE statement that is damaging to a person's reputation;
Now here's the wringer. Wonder if they're going to attempt to extradite me. Not certain if Thailand has extradition treaty with U.S. First, they must prove what I have written is false. Think I'm safe. LMAO
SLANDER....The act of making a false SPOKEN statement that causes people to have a bad opinion of someone.
No reason to assault the poor old codger. He's barely functional as it is.
Well, they're both shiny in the sun. Easily mistaken.
Up to the point where you printed the court record, it was said to be "unproven or dismissed". Therefore no need for litigation right ?
Re: Post 30187 from a MXSG investor
1.They (MXSG) need to first produce gold. 2.Then do it at a good profit. 3.Then do it continuously for a while to build up and expand operations.
That is the criteria for MXSG to become a viable gold producer.
Production
Profit
Sustainability
Reference post 29872 which states a position that has been long held. The question is and always has been..... is the mining effort economically feasible. Has not yet been established. When it is, I shall recant.
If a story is to be fabricated, make it appear to bear just a little truth.
