Absolutely correct. The failure of Mexus can only be attributed to the ineptitude of the sole member of (mis) management.
Listen to his interviews and it immediately becomes apparent that there is the intention to deceive. It takes very little time to determine his program.
I have attempted to discover what happened to his previous attempts to run a company. I have had no success. Thompson Mining, Inc., Thompson Yellowjacket Mining, Inc. and Golden Eagle Drilling Corp., all seem to have just disappeared into the ether. Looking into companies that have done business in El Dorado County, California yielded nothing. It is as if an attempt has been made to erase all records relating to Thompson. Usually, there is a record of the sale or the abandonment of a company but I find no record that any of those companies ever existed. I found this to be quite interesting.
