they know illegal sales have gone on--assume more issues will arise--will allow you to get out before it gets worse--dont want to allow people to be exposed to greater risk in a known compliance situation------PEOPLE----they have done this FOREVER !!!!----I guess it only sucks if you are trapped.

one of the greatest dis-services being done is using the misnomer----"supercar"-----the original designation was for a 100mpg magnet/hybrid engine-----I dont think ANYONE thinks there will ever be an operational unit as an option ( much less produced ).

there have been illegal shares sold.plain and simple.time will tell as to responsibility.I really dont understand the anger against the firms making the restrictions---they all have policies regarding how they respond and when---and of course they are protecting their own assets(believe it or not--investors as well).restictions are implimented on nasdaq and big board as well------being aware of the rules is part of the game.
the trading restrictions are really just a legal formality------the real impact will be the day the reality of the ceramic magnet hybrid becomes more clear.

carnes has been around a LONG time and has gotten very good at what he does----that is why he is never at a loss for business.having been around this long-----yes,he knows the MMs,the TAs,the brokers---has contacts everywhere.the pink sheet arena is not as big as some think.once he makes it clear he is an authorized party----he will get anything done he needs to.

I think it has been the plan all along to sell what vehicles they could with a standard v8-0---I think the promotion of the "magic motor" was just that----promotion to stir up interest,tough to generate interest in a $ 180k fibrekit v8.

whether intentional or not--some are creating confusion.E85/100mpg/roush/hybrid/500hp.In the beginning--the excitement was over a 100mpg hybrid engined verde.it seems that the story changes daily.what might be a benefit would be to hear from rvgd what their engine plans for the verde actually were.There will be a world of difference in interest in a standard v8 with standard mpg@ $ 180k and a vehicle with an advanced ceramic magnet hybrid offering 100mpg.
yes,wikipedia,the benchmark for research.so lets take a poll------when does everyone think rvgd will install a ceramic magnet hybrid (operational) as an option ???? my guess---it will never happen---the verde will appear at 3 shows--all w/some sort of a "standard engine"---then the PR will state "due to certain production constraints,rvgd will no longer proceed with the magnethybrid--however we are proud to introduce the new mega v8 (500 hp-19 mpg)as an option"------@ $ 180k,may sell 1-2.

I cant think a "link to magnet/hybrid" technology is needed---I dont really think ANYONE is doubting it exists----but just as it would be possible to make a nuclear reactor small enough or external combustion engine powerful enough to place in an auto-----------does not mean it is a viable option---------just an opinion--------I doubt the ceramic magnet hybrid EVER comes to fruition as an option for the verde.

I dont doubt a verde rolls down the road in 2010.I dont doubt the technology exists for a ceramic/magnet hybrid engine.I dont doubt Roush is a real company that may sell some engines-------NOW-------if there is ANY correlation between them----time will tell.Magnetic hybrid technology has been around for decades--the big 3 (and all others) have poured millions into research(in good times and bad)--dismissed the technology----IMHO-----It will not be peter that makes a go of it-----Roush may put a mega motor into the verde (aint gonna get 100mpg)----so will rvgd sell the proposed 750 v8 fibrekits @ $ 180k ?------imo---I doubt they sell more than 1-2 -------but hey,just an opinion like everybody else.
