As you know PFOB moves on very low volume as evidenced today.
The free trading float must be very small, just a few million.
Believe that today's volume is in anticipation of the reopening of the BK on April 1.
Keeping the faith.................
Nobody but you cares about the web page.
Robert Paterson, President of TzuFuma Inc., commented, "We are in the middle of vertical deployment of several white label lines, including, but not limited to the US Military. This is a very exciting time for the Company and I personally believe 2010 is going to be a bumper year."
The Q1 revenues WILL BE higher than Q4 2009.
T trades showing up after hours do not necessarily mean those are newly issued shares, they are just trades done during the trading day at various prices and not posted until after hours.
The only reliable way to see if it is dilution is to call the TA and ask for the O/S share count.
Try E*Trade, $7.99 trades in my margin account and no restrictions on EXPH.
Doesn't look like anyone is selling because the news is actually good. JD wore out his welcome and it was time to go. Fresh blood should be the impetus that EXPH needs to get the ship righted.
Their core business is sound with many large customers.
The ETC business stumbled becasue of the passing of WW's leader. One large customer will get the ball rolling.
Financial mess still needs to be addressed. There are many unemployed accountants that can help.
Yeah that's right. Keep talking it down so I can load more.
Company needs money for expansion so sells some shares. Big deal.
No after hours selling, we are a pinkie.
We might look like bagholders now but too much positive things going on to keep it down. Increasing revenues, profitable, hot market segment (E-cigs), court ruling on FDA appeal soon, also good volume daily.
I don't lose any sleep over this one. Holding tight.
So a company with a pretty website is preferable in your eyes to one that is making money?
They don't need to make a statement unless they have material information that we should know. No fluff PR's please. If you want fluff PR's then invest in SFIO.
Third leg mentioned that he will not post here as often.
IMO this stock is going to light up the charts soon and I will be a happy man.
The company is doing fine as evidenced by the financial results.
For some reason the stock price has not followed suit.
Dilution is part of the problem so if they would come out and explain what the shares are for that would help matters.
I am holding out for much higher prices.
One MM left at .015.
All big buys in last 15 minutes.
I remember those times last year very well. That is what I see here again, a nice multi-day run.
Let's punch through .015, it is offering strong resistance.
Big orders coming in.
350k and 250k.
News must be on the way after hours!
"Are they going out of business. "
You gotta be kidding me! They just reported $8M in revenues for 2009 with 1.8M in profits with their revenues increasing dramatically every month. Do you know how to read financial statements?
They are a wholesale distributor, web page unimportant. Deals with retailers are done in meetings with them, not through a form that they fill out on a web site.
You are not good at bashing.
topdog, get a hold of yourself. Our day will come. SFIO has nothing on MMUH. Did you see the financials? You would think that would satisfy everyone here but I guess you can't please everyone.
They need to make a statement?
No, they only need to PR when there is a material event like a signed contract.
Did you see that they expect to have $32M in revenues in 2010? That is huge and should have propelled us higher but many just can't see the big picture.
I am holding onto my millions. The story is just getting interesting and I want to stick around to see it develop.
Sub to Stanley's prime contract, no dilution, 51% of OS held to ensure disabled veteran status, no pump and dump PR's.
No selloff at the end of the day which is very encouraging as most here expect much higher prices.
Next week should be very interesting.
It appears that our patience will pay off here. I feel bad for those that sold at the bottom.
I have always thought that this would be a good long term hold as the feds (DOD) take their time in awarding contracts and issuing task orders.
2010 should be a good year for all that have stayed the course.
stervc, that is what I am waiting for, confirmation from STS that they are indeed included on the Stanley contract as a sub and maybe even tell us more info like when the work could commence and a rough dollar amount.
.02, that would be a 10 bagger for me. I am okay with that.
Up 50% now. Wait until we show up on some scans tonight and see what happens tomorrow. We could have a big multi-day runner like we did in November.
the company is a shell of what it once was
They still have 41 ships last time I checked all producing revenue. Canceling those ships on order cost them a bundle of cash but that is behind them. Not many new ships coming on line now due to recession.
All buys today as most did not like the dividend idea.
I expect more PR's soon on the 3/4 qtr financials, Form 3 and 4, and Window World explanation.
"The PPS determines the market cap."
Yes it does and IMO there will be pps increases up until the April 1 date. Float is very low and if you don't believe me just place a few buy orders. This one moves fast.
This action took longer than I expected and we are not out of the woods yet but at least we are headed in the right direction.
Okay, we get it. You don't like DRYS. But did you know that most of that debt has been renegotiated with the banks over the last year and is very manageable given the current revenue stream.
Revenues will go up this year and then the share price.
That is the way I see it also, Ace. The only way they can value the shell is to partner with a private company that wishes to RM into the shell. IMO they have already found one.
My concern is will the valuation be high enough to satisfy the creditors and leave enough so that our shares are not worthless.
The only way I see this happening is if the creditors are forced to take less than face value on their claims which is a strong possibility.
You can bet Skip is pulling the strings behind the scenes which can only bode well for us as he is the largest shareholder.
Remember all of the players in this drama are in the DFW area (many in the same building) and so it would not be hard for Skip to conduct meetings with them.
Task orders are definitely what we have been waiting for.
Still hoping and praying that we get some this year. They have a lot of irons in the fire and one of them is bound to produce a TO for us.
Back to lurking...................
Yeah, it looked like the MMs got bored and were trading 100 shares between themselves at .0041 and .007. Have seen stranger things.
In the infamous words of cane players everywhere, "You just wait until that first storm approaches the US coast."
I like Dryships as a turnaround play. Imagine that it used to trade over $100 just 2 years ago. They have canceled orders for new ships and renegotiated their debt with their lenders to clean up the balance sheet.
The only thing missing now is increased revenues which will happen when the BDI rises.
BTW, considering that China has over a billion people, why is there only one guy waiting for the train?
tnzalu, solid post, much better than mine.
MMUH is looking golden here.........
Looks like we picked a winner.
According to the income statement the revenues for TzuFuma are increasing about 30% a month.
June $119,568
July $219,210
August $311,054
Sept $501,232
Oct $680,316
Nov $923,492
Dec $1,245,606
Wow, that is huge!!!
Name another business where revenues are increasing that fast.
EDIT: Sorry, above numbers are gross profit, revenues would be double those figures.
While all of you are arguing about the 900m o/s I have been watching L2 and the action is starting to heat up.
13M shares traded and climbing fast..............
Does anyone know why the big buying today? Other e-cig companies are down today.
550k buy at .0137 just went through.
Hopefully some news on the FDA appeal soon.
Why would it have been different if Ike had hit Florida?
I was in Houston during Ike and we lost power for 10 days.
NSMG has operations in Texas and not Florida.
They will both make it to $10+ this year IMO.
Real estate industry will recover and all builders will benefit but I believe that with BZH since it has fallen more than the others that it could be big mover when things start to heat up.
I did answer your question, MMUH has not provided fees or information so pinksheets.com now says 'Stop No Information' but who cares.
Last trade 1.90. Yeeeehawww!
Who cares about pinksheets.com? I mean really. They extort money from small companies or they will get the skull and crossbones. What a joke.
Build the business and the stock price will follow. Simple as that.
Probably because pinksheets.com requires an exhorbitant price to remain current and MMUH would rather use that money to grow the business?
E-cigs are here to stay. The people have spoken. The benefits are tremendous. FDA and big tobacco can't stop the trend.
Estimates between 800k and 3M users in the US alone.
They are huge in Europe and Asia where smoking is more prevalent.
Our day will come soon. Many players entering the fledgling industry and there will be winners and losers but I am betting that MMUH will be one of the winners.
Buying is steady today.
How many shares does DOMS have anyway?
This should be the story stock of 2010.
Fuse is lit, waiting for ignition and liftoff.
Dean is the man. Hopefully the Chicago trip is doing well and we have resolution on some of these pending acquisitions.
