Doesn't look like anyone is selling because the news is actually good. JD wore out his welcome and it was time to go. Fresh blood should be the impetus that EXPH needs to get the ship righted.

Their core business is sound with many large customers.

The ETC business stumbled becasue of the passing of WW's leader. One large customer will get the ball rolling.

Financial mess still needs to be addressed. There are many unemployed accountants that can help.
