The National Board of the Screen Actors Guild is already approving that certain types of feature film productions can proceed during the strike. The primary consideration is that the financing for such a project is not occurring by an AMPTP member studio, or through a pre-sale contract to such a member studio. Essentially, if a film is independently produced and funded - such as the sorts of movies that Hannover House has been involved in - then actors will be allowed to appear in such projects. Accordingly, it is possible that higher stature stars may elect to appear in such a film, due to their availability.

24/7/365-Shorts are LITERALLY-DYING to know CPA's identity, which the CEO is WISELY keeping from them. Shorts have NOTHING but Tortious Interference (smear campaign) with businesses they short, and HHSE CEO is STARVING them of the ammo they so pathetically-need to harm the company.

Screen Actors Guild Strike - Could Offer HUGE Opportunities for HHSE Facilitated Productions
Monday, July 17, 2023
Greetings HHSE Followers - Management has been asked if the current SAG Actors strike will have a detrimental impact on HHSE or MyFlix operations? If the strike ends very quickly, in less than 60 days for instance, there will be no noticeable impact to HHSE. However, if the strike results in a prolonged work stoppage, the impact is surprisingly positive.

Of course, this is only a theoretical benefit, but it is one that is already beginning to manifest in just the first few days of the strike (see DEADLINE HOLLYWOOD story).

Who ever said the duration of this "quiet period" ..IMO it is arbitrary.
And when the F10 is filed will be the end..Make sense?
Who knows? That's what I thought.
And in the absence of share issues for persoanl gain like in many P+D Pinks, how does Eric benefit from that?
Everyone will find out the identity of the CPA when the F10 is filed, and not a minute before.

The new CPA doesn't need phone calls from crackpots prior to the F10
HHSE also was never responsible for actor salary funding, but it was a bad look anyway and Eric cleared it up pronto.
It's also nearly 4 years old with explanations right afterwards..
Didn't you sell your position 7 yrs ago?

Pinks that run big w/o fundamentals are promoted for the most part by the company itself with a professional promoter, and reckless diluting helped somewhat with social media.
Eric isn't doing that at all so any PRE F10 rally would be limited IMO.
7/14/23 SS No change

Bullshit
"Nothing left to say" But yet you say something anyway. Therefore what you said, self admittedly is worth nothing.
Why not lighten things up with some humor..
I like this one too.
Perhaps a stock for you to refrain from then.
It was ignorance, NOT intentional to mis-lead investors. which may be our main point of disagreement. Regardless of that and the present SP,, IMO the Company is in the best shape it ever has been.
And i agree, that wording was very ill-advised. It was also over 7 yrs ago and lot has happened... Take a couple of hours and follow the details of subsequent events in detail.
Have a nice day.
I explained my thoughts as to why on my last detailed post. No point on going on about it. But I thank you for the discussion.
Also: It isn't just going thru the process of filing the F10 It is filing the F10 with the Company in its best possible condition, business wise (Copyright laws+technical issues with MF+C19), judgments dealt with (and dealing with Fred's mess+lawyers), etc. Also the Libr. Eval+ the many complexities of the audit ....All of that was a real education for SHs and Eric himself, add that to not hiring an experienced CPA much sooner., all resulted in a much longer than expected wait.
TA UPDATE: No Changes
It seems we have differing definitions of that phrase.
I know he has in the past if it was nearly due anyway, he waited, but it is not required was my point.
There has been false implications before (not from you) that the last filing period , had to not become stale at the end of the 60 days, at the time of the filing.
Best to do some research on the F10 process rather than guess.
I thought my 3rd cousin possibly heard a possible report that possibly a big investment bank possibly will be offering possibly $20/share possibly.
It doesn't matter either way.
All that matters is that after the 60 day period after filing, a company must be current to be in Fully-Reporting status and off the pinks.
In this case the Q2 filed by mid Aug. which can be done during those 60 days.
Off Shore Naked Shorting. Most of the Shorting was likely occuring years ago when they likely thought, mistakenly, that
HHSE was just another typical Pinksheet. for scammong or failing.
I think it is more a case of work for the Stuck Short's. Anyway long time no post. Welcome back.
40 posts since 6/2021 and 38 of them since 6/2023 tells us a lot regarding Off-Shore Naked Shorting
I'm not saying targeted criticism isn't justified. No CEO is above that.
Underestimating the massive complexities of the registration process and slow on hiring
a professional CPA for these things come to mind.
THE SHORTS, OF-COURSE. THEY KNOW THEY'RE ROYALLY-$CREWED. FIGHTING 24/7/365 TO AVOID THEIR OWN FINANCIAL DESTRUCTION.

Again, look at the SS over time and ask yourself what would have Eric gained by lying.
A Fortune 100 experienced CPA at the controls for Eric.
Most longs understand that blogs are snapshots of what's going on with the company, and they prefer to know what's happening rather than be in the dark till EP is ready to announce names. Hiring a CPA is definitely something longs wanted to know, even if the name can't be announced yet. Most longs don't need to assume (or pretend to assume) that everything coming from EP is a lie or blarney, simply because it can't be proven/verified quite yet.
Most longs rationally-understand that a CEO of a public company is obligated to tell/blog the truth as it stands at the time they tell/blog, unlike anonymous 24/7/365 "shorts/watchers" on message boards.
If there is any rational assumption/presumption to be made, it's that anything a CEO (of a publicly-traded company) puts out is the truth (they're obligated to do so, and they use their real name) whereas anything from 24/7/365 short (a fake alias who pretends to have spent 13 years on HHSE board for "entertainment") is a lie.

Hint: Increasing the Pre-F10 Filing SP is clearly not a priority. Nor has it been for many years now.
Same reason he isn't disclosing the auditing firm.
