Yep, and read it again. It is the entire Pacific Rim including Australia.
$40 mil assets WITHOUT our products added in. $15 mil sales WITHOUT our products added in.
Sales just went to $35 million based on Kenny's guidance. So, at the DKAM going rate of 3-5 times sales for this stock over the past three years, Kenny's guidance price says the hedges run it to well over a dollar immediately.
But, for those who live by filings, I imagine we'll be hearing, "How they gonna pay for it?", so do I hear a nickel??
LMAO
Don't run with scissors son to get your order in when it gaps for triple. Who am I kidding. R&R will have everybody buying.
LOL It has begun, right on schedule.
But! OMG wait! We have to ask about that Super Bowl and that timeline and....and....and....and.....and
Mommy! Hold my hand Mommy!
Yes, Trump Vodka on Apprentice tonight. You are correct! I saw single bottle of regular Trump next to the container of chilling champagne and some empty martini glasses next to it. You are also right, since Dennis is heavy on the Vodka and Cranberry, it is probably specifically for him.
Next week's sshow will focus heavily on Dennis' drinking problem, so we will probably see more of the Trump Vodka. Let's hope it doesn't get too bad a rap from Dennis "abusing the privilege."
But at least we're there and as I said before, no telling what gets knocked out on the cutting room floor in the final editing.

NEW YORK (Billboard) - Kid Rock says he's "on fire" in the studio, which has led him to scuttle plans to tour this spring in order to finish work on his follow-up to 2007's double-platinum album "Rock N Roll Jesus."
"I really feel like I've kind of got this figured out," the rapper and singer-songwriter tells Billboard. "I think I can make an equally good record, if not better than the last one -- which is once again putting quite a weight on your shoulders. But I do like the pressure."
Rock has been working at his Allen Roadhouse studio in the Detroit suburbs with his Twisted Brown Trucker Band -- particularly guitarist Marlon Young, who co-wrote several songs on "Jesus" -- as well as good friend Uncle Kracker, longtime engineer Al Sutton and producer/engineer Mike E. Clark (Insane Clown Posse, George Clinton, Primal Scream). Rock hopes to have the album finished before he hits the road this summer and put it out in the fourth quarter.
"Obviously I had a great year in 2008," Rock says, "one of my best since (1999's "Devil Without a Cause" album) -- maybe even better considering the times we're in. We're at a point where you do something and then it's forgotten, and I'll have to prove myself again, and that's just incredible. People need to be reminded sometimes, and sometimes being humble doesn't do that so well.
Sorry, I'll take a pass since none of those are questions I don't already know the answers to. But I appreciate the over the top attempt at baby sitting and warm hand holding. My questions will be the right ones based on what the state of the business is tomorrow. Yours are so 4 months ago.
That's correct, and it will. Because the news is 826 times stronger. So, put that sell order up at .25. Seems about right.
You have got to be kidding. "Sales commence in February & March" in no way shape form reality or alternative reality represents...
"The beer will be out" or "the beer will be on the shelves"
Sales and the pre sales process are the same thing. And as hard as you are trying, you cannot do one single thing to preent this company from succeeding.
Thanks bashers for the help today. Top 10 Board on The Hub with more than 200% average volume. Volume always precedes price. So you guys helped set up this big breakout. Enjoy the ride and make sure you cover, and go long at five times the price.
A gapper over a buck?
We'll see.
Seems to me to continue to be an awful amount of work being spent to drive anyone positive away from this board. Try going back to the Shareholder Letter AND the Kid Rock news release. You know, the one that says, "Spring is just the right time to introduce any beer."?? Then go to where it says samples will be available in February. Which of course they were. Nobody ever said, the CEO or otherwise, said the beer would be out in February.
Seems so much emphasis on negativity, we cannot even get our made up negativity to have credibility.
Two 100%+ avg. volume increases this week, and a 50%+ increase in stock price just doesn't happen on its own without something out there that has dramaticy changed the face of this company. I guess that is why so many sellers trying as hard as they can to block it. Thank goodness. It would be over 50 cents otherwise. Glad they have such savvy at being wrong.
Too funny you say that! I just got the Red Cobb Alert we have been looking for.
Better stand back baby!
And you can start using our new catch phrase where ever you go....
"You better stand back baby! There is no telling how big this is going to get!"
Thx Rilo!
$4.23 is a good number. I can live with that since we need 30 days above $4.00 for the Nasdaq listing. We will have the other standards met with ease. All that is left is the price and once the flippers and short sighted retailers give their shares away for nothing to the hedgies, they will get it there and hold it virtually overnight.
Yep, and the new tequila even comes gift wrapped!
Just maybe Aguila has been repackaged? Hmmmmmm? Wouldn't be the first time.
I am so glad, and .30 will get the rest of it gone. Finally.
Good job. But we need more sellers on the board. We cannot afford to have any of these shares in these people's hands come Monday. They do not deserve one single dime of profit from this big run.
Yes. A qualified iconic relationship. Beyond that I am not at liberty to say anything else. Sorry.
Uhhh hello. They can put out the beer and they will. That is what is called "excess capacity." While Kid may have wanted to make sure it got in front of his fans that the beer was being produced in Michigan, they had to know capacity would be an issue at some point. Just nobody expected it before it even hit the shelves. That is what Cold Springs, St. Louis, Latrobe, and Rochester are for. Oh wait, those are for every OTHER beer company out there to use. not us, we couldn't possibly think of such a thing. Of course, if you just go buy a beer company, it solves all the problems. Well, except for one. The bashers have nothing they can do to prevent it.
That's the problem. He won't leave them alone long enough to even sell one case of beer.
This is EXACTLY what PK, the new Nationwide Sales Team, and Bobby Mason are going through for this over the top Kid Rock Beer introduction. (Yeah, you were watching the basketball and thought the exact same thing.)
LMAO. A hedge is buying up all those .20's for the big run to the upside. Love to see people make it so easy for everyone else to make money.
IP valuation. Check the website and PK's presentation to Maxim in October.
They get roughly $12 a case when they sell it to retailers for calculating sales.
You are correct on all counts. But as it is going, now it seems the 3 mil case revision is going to be too low.
I want to to click on this link, and look at the "Latest News." Just what you see. When you see these headlines, I want you to think about everything around us; and the great stock stories in history. When you see news like that, it is followed by a $25, $50, or $75 stock price. Then think to yourself 20 cents. This could be the best our front page has ever, ever looked.

That is the news you see for a company planning a major sales expansion and increases in sales. That of course leads to profits and a soaring stock price. As hard as everyone is trying to ignore it, or call it a pump, or put any other label on it, they cannot prevent the inevitable. They cannot prevent it from happening.
Halcy? I figured you of all people would find a way to find out. Good job. Awesome huh?
I know. We couldn't have planned this any better getting this many people to sell and have no shares.
If what you're referring to also includes buying a company with loads of cash flow then I think they are pretty well covered. In the mean time, you put that credit facility on that list of stuff you're looking for.
What you are witnessing this week is a supreme exercise in just how much effort some people will put forth to prevent themselves from ever making money. Case in point, sell now no matter what because next week they just couldn't bear to sell at dramatically higher prices.
OMG!!! $1000 equals "load the boat"?? You sure it doesn't cut into the bubble gum fund?
Glad to have you on board. Wise decision on your part. Obviously if you've been lurking, you know there is a dichotomy of faith among those who pervade; those who feel as you do that you get in at the front end of a concept and see the vision of the results down the road. The others, well, the road is six months ago, a year ago, an endless road of negativity, and of course, the back end of anything that is good.
The CEO came out and said, "this is technically the best product we have ever created." This comes from a 25 year beverage veteran who is confirming the same thoughts of a 25 year beer man.
You made a wise choice and do tell all your friends. Things are about to go nuts here....price wise for sure.
Exactly Carl. Because that would make it an investment. And we all know we have no control over our investments. We must maintain total control over the things we do not invest in. The only way to do that is to talk negatively about something for 3-4 years.
Did you catch that margin dump today? That means that not only was one of our beloved shareholders stupid enough to be "over invested" in something else, but he was so ridiculously wrong that he got dumped at a significant discount to the market. plus, and a big bonus for us, he no longer has his shares. That is the level of mentality that has ownership in this company, and of course from there we digress significantly.
:)
Yep, his prerogative to go where the most momentum is. You know, buy at .15, sell at .24?
Yeah, on the radio. You know that means it is all a pump. It will never happen. In fact, Kid Rock might be a doll. These guys Lynyrd Skynyrd, who are they? Kid Rock Beer won't ever happen. All these $millions in pre sales are just monopoly money. Summer concerts? Yeah, it's all smoke and mirrors. We have to rely solely on what is in the filings! And wait! How much did we sell last November? That is what is important!
Perspective alert. Nobody here knows more about what is going on than I do.
Monday's report calls upon the business from the height of the economic meltdown back in November. Patrick will once again state we are still here. In comparison, AIG loses $61 billion and still here. Drinks could do nothing in sales and the stock will go higher. They could have a great quarter and the stock will go higher. The emphasis of the call will be focused on the business right now WHICH IS the best it has ever been. Therefore, the stock is going higher. I can tell you for a fact, with 100% conviction, any caller who wants to know about where they can buy Leyrat, or why no Super Bowl, or why no Apprentice, will be laughed at with reckless abandon. It will seem like "whatever" in the grand scheme of things. But, Patrick is Patrick. He will stop everything to hold your hand if you need it. Meanwhile everyone else will be picking their jaws up off the floor going, "Finally, finally it is all happening just like PK said it would."
Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. You remember the 20-30 outdoor summer concert promotional events we are going to be a part of this year? And PK's mention of our pending tie with Live Nation?Monster sponsored their Monster Bomb parties last year. I wonder what this will do with us now for the sales of Kid Beer?

DKAM: Huge runup and here's why. You all saw JSDA take off on the introduction of GABA. Still, they have big losses that are larger than DKAM. DKAM is introducing Kid Rock Beer over the next month. The pre sales on the beer are more than the company's largest sales year to date. The company has done that in just the last three weeks with only a 4% nationwide sales penetration. Face it. You buy low and sell high. The stock just shot up for its largest one day rise ever on Monday BECAUSE of these numbers starting to make the rounds. You DO NOT chase the end of a run up. You create it. The company has done it's part. Whoever acts right here, right now I am 100% convinced will easily quadruple their money. After all, if the company plans to be on Nasdaq by this fall, and they guided monster growth in the Wall Street Journal in January, of course you will get a quadruple. That will be the least you make. The nice thing is those who play will make a fortune. Those who do not will be right back here chasing the end of somebody elses run. And of course, it will be DKAM.
