I'm optomistic at these levels. Shorts should be covering and the run should be soon. All 'Cane" stocks are beaten up!

That said,
I love ECCI here and I think that when the MEX,TEX,OK, and other storm/flood ravaged contracts start to get awarded we see a nice move..negative pps momentum vis a vis dilution and Cat5 miss have people running to way oversold here. IMO
Look at PLUG today with a direct hit in their territory.
ECCI will have its day!

First,mea maxima culpa and thank you for your noticing my mathematics indiscretion.
I did mean to add another 0 as evidenced by a total market cap figure of 4 mil for a fully sold 200 million shares. The greater point to be made was that this is NOT massive dilution for a company that is penetrating new markets and is in the middle of a high momentum storm season that should soon build demand for more product.
This company is FINALLY looking to grow its business;
that it needs cash to do so is no secret.
Second,I did not forget my words regarding debt reduction.
I do not like dilution...........BUT.......back then in MARCH
ECCI was selling for 2 to 3 times what it is now with NO immediate prospects. My warning at that time (to temper enthusiasm)seems to have been on the money in light of todays pps.
Regarding the sale of large blocks of stock 800k to a million shares.........the price has to be right or no sale. Hundreds of small sells will drive pps down as well.
