Absolutely correct greentim...the future looks very bright.
1st Quarter = $866,176
May of Qtr 2 = $935,000
June Projected = $1,000,000??? possibly even higher.
>>>KMAG Provides Company Update and Shows Significant Financial Progress<<<
KMA Global Solutions International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS:KMAG) has continued strong sales growth in Q2 with sales SOLELY in the month of May 2012 of $935,000 surpassing all of 2011. June 2012 results to date are exceeding May results making for an exponential Q2 growth. KMAG has finally hit sales volume which allows economies of scale producing greater profit margins.
To clarify Q1 sales results of $866,176 exceeded the previous entire fiscal year of $858,802 by $7,374. The month of May 2012 had greater results than both of those.
Continued development of products which meet our targeted market are allowing for very strong growth supported by orders that have been booked through the balance of the year.
CEO Jeffrey Reid states, "KMAG products are meeting the markets demands and will continually be developed to meet our customers specific demands. Existing solutions are growing in market share and our customer specific orders are keeping innovation at the forefront."
Sound advice...I'll tattoo it on my tail.
Hopefully, Jeff will be a nice Canadian lad & drop some more good news on us before the 4th...
it would just make the fireworks that much more exciting...dontcha' think...
My eyelids are fine...but my stomach is feelin' a bit heavy...
guess I didn't cook my gruel enough.
I guess we close up @ the crack of noon your time on Tue...and closed all day on the 4th...
so we'll have 3 1/2 days of trading this week. Hopefully...Monday & short day Tue will give
us enough of a pop so we can eat steaks instead of hot dogs on the 4th.
Edit: Well...you can eat steaks anytime you want...you grow em'.
Yep...one thing about getting older too...forever gets shorter.
And speaking of shorter...
Gonna' be a short trading week...so at least it won't take forever.
I think that sums it up pretty well...
Geaux KMAG
In my experience of waiting for audited fins in pinkyland...
it always seems to take forever...
but, it depends on how many accountants are tasked
with the job & how much is being audited...
I would think doing a qtr with this company wouldn't be
too long but I can't give you a specific timeframe...
maybe Monarch would be the best one to answer this.
I can guarantee that whoever this manipulating seller is,
they see the very same things we do, ie; major upside.
Yep...I remember...the O/S scare (which should never even have been brought up...
as he stated he would NOT DILUTE in the SST interview) was the cause of that.
And in all reality...how many shares were actually able to be bought there...
Our nimrod seller still seems to have a self imposed bottom in the mid/high 003s.....
so anything less than that would prolly end up being another panic...but can't imagine
what would stir one up again.
Just keep the news coming Jeff...let's break the seller thru attrition.
236mm shares traded in a dozen days since we've seen the
002s...that's half the float of consolidation in the 003s & 004s...
not bad.

Unfortunately...logic doesn't dictate in pinkyland...momo does.
It is a trader's venue & fundamentals mean much less than the
popularity & momo potential of a stock.
Sad...but true...IMO.
Plus...the cretin that continuously wants to squash any upward
momo doesn't help either...as we all still ponder their motive.
Frustrating...to say the least...
The more positive news Jeff churns out...the sooner we deplete
the arrows in the seller's quiver.
Got it...will check it out...thnx.
You lost me on the andi board thing...
Are you saying you've been privy to a nobo list?...
name, address & share position?
Expound please...
Company's eyes only...
I don't think Jeff is gonna' go dark again...and am actually
looking for a steady diet of info leading into Q2.
Strictly JMHO...no emails.
Wow...all of this...and so many peeps think we're gonna' drop down into the 002s...and even teens...
may as well go back to playin' the scam companies if a million a month in profits is just gonna' tank
us back to the 002s. (sfo)

Good observation najrebe...u may be on to something there.
These don't feel like starter orders. there is a fully
developed relationship in the sizes of these orders.
I would think so...big specialty contract that can be used by many big shoe stores...
I would think that is a "material event"...and I look at any material event that would be 8k'd
(if we were SEC compliant) as something he should PR...even if he is not "obligated" to.
JMO...I like lots of PRs & lots of liquidity...and all the MMs in the game.
Altho this might be a wee stretch for an 8k...lol.
Guidance for the rest of the qtr...I really like this line from the PR:
June 2012 results to date are exceeding May results making for an exponential Q2 growth.
Hey...the big companies have something to PR everyday...
You can have the best mouse trap in the world...but it will
sit there getting dusty if you don't market it.
And...when your mousetrap can be backed up with financials to prove it works
as advertised...then you're just tellin' the world you got it & it's for sale...ha ha.
You said it all right here jdk...
Good news will keep coming

It is a conundrum...
I have asked some of the most knowledgable people I know what could be happening...
and it's even got them scratching their heads. I guess all we can do is ride it out till they
have exhausted their stake. I sure wouldn't go dark on us tho...I believe I would be putting
out everything I've got in a timely fashion. We ain't gonna' get to the QX by roostin' in the
subs...that's for sure.
Yeah...buying the dips is SOP for anyone investing...or trading for that matter...
and yep...he's obviously growing the company...when he can do numbers on the
edge of one milly in one month...dontcha' know he's beatin' the streets for sales...
AMAZING gross profit for May...WOW!
And...with the volume they're doing now...you know the margins are getting much better too.
I don't think it's in Jeff's nature to purposefully hold a shareprice at
undervalued levels so he could take advantage of buying personal
stock for himself...he seems way above that & with one main goal
in mind...to grow the company.
But we all have our own opinions...
If a CEO were to do that...personally, I would consider it very unethical.
Fiduciary duty comes to mind...
Seen a ton of stuff in my yrs down here...but it could always be explained...
by the usual pinky scam reasons...which this company just doesn't have.
And now, I'm trying to think of a motive behind the seller...but other than a vendetta (and that seems pretty lame)...I just can't
come up with a logical reason for the continued dumping. Everyone has an agenda to make money...what is this one???
I agree...supposedly he's got his suits checking into it...but who knows...
I suggested he get a NOBO/OBO list a couple of months ago...
even suggested a cusip change...
I see absolutely no logical reason for this to be happening...
I'm perplexed, puzzled & baffled.
It's an enigma...
They're farging bastages...and double sheesh.
Anyone having trouble with their Etrade Pro L2 now?
I'm not showing any MMs on my screens...
In pinkyland...when good news is released...SOP is for it to be able to have a 3 day momentum run...
3rd day of most good runs begin heavier profit taking & pps retracing back XX% points. Yes...Friday's
are generally "get out for the weekend" days...but it all depends on the quality of the news & whether
one is dealing with a typical scam pinky or a "real" company like ours...so nothing is written in stone.
All IMO...
Yep...and make it today please Jeff...not EOW...timing does count down here...
Definately overdue for another one.
Check up near Thibodaux...they're always hungry up yonder...
I was in that one...d'oh!
You're a true team player my friend...
now, take those cattle to some nice green pasture & fatten em'
up real good to help pay for that addictive KMAG itch.
Copy that...sometimes I wonder why he even stayed public after his extended illness...
if his personal finances are as good as is perceived...then he could've assumed the debt
himself (which would have put him into his company apprx $600k)...instead of spreading
it out to 6 or 7 different debt holders. He could've then paid himself back probably within
a year. But...not knowing all the details from those days...it's just mild speculation on my
part. Hopefully, we will all be thanking him for staying the public course & affording us the
potential to grow with his/our company. Time will tell...
Well...my aim was to question one of your statements & answer one of your questions...
not sure what I was "biased" against...or for. Regardless...
I just want to see an update on where we presently stand.
You read what I said with a biased outlook.
