If you have Mike's ear, could you ask
him to release current share structure?
tia
Not making fun of others,
making fun of you. lol
TRY HARDER THAN THAT MM's! Youre not getting anyones shares here @.0003. NOT-A-CHANCE... take it higher or risk running out. Up to you boys. I know they are reading this.
Yes, I'm sure the MM's are watching this
board intently since posters have been
spot-on with predictions of news, direction
of PPS, ect. LOL
Next we'll blame "shorty" for the lack of gold.
I can't verify this but, I heard
he gave fins to the renown Black Pete of
Sulja Bros.
SafeGuard can't protect their own fins! LOL
Do you think the "Mikes" believed
just mentioning fins would cause
this to spike?
Fins being released after hours to keep
people from pulling money out of DOW 30 to
buy here, causing a Dow meltdown. right blue?
Let's turn this into a buying contest and
who ever ends up with the most shares wins
a trip to the office in Florida.
"Tell em what else Johnny"! You will get to submit
a PR draft written by your team.
For you newbies that think PR's are urban myths, I have
included the definition of a PR below. Wish I had one
to show you, but none of my computer programs will
convert hieroglyphics to English.
What we'll do is divide up into teams of 3.
The object is to acquire as many shares of
SFNL as possible. You may use existing share
counts in the total.
Team one

Not sure how you know business is
very good. Except for a private convo
with Jeff we may not know anything until
10-K is filed in about 4 months.
Our new theme song with a few verses:
Tired Of Waiting For You--Kinks
I'm so tired, tired of waiting, tired of waiting for you
So tired, tired of waiting, tired of waiting for you
I was a lonely soul, I had nobody till I met you
But you keep-a me waiting, all of the time
What can I do
It's your life, and you can do what you want
Do what you like, but please don't keep-a me waiting
Please don't keep-a me waiting
'Cause I'm so tired, tired of waiting, tired of waiting for you
So tired, tired of waiting, tired of waiting for you
How can you give a target price without
knowing rev's and O/S?
Oh and btw, SSHS TO DA MOON!
From the 12/13/10 PR:
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Safeguard Security Holdings, Inc. (OTC:SSHS), a leading provider of corporate, industrial and residential security solutions, announced today that it will release its fiscal year end financial results and operational highlights for this year on Friday, December 17th
If the results are from fiscal year end (6/30), we will be getting almost 6 month old info.
Maybe the share structure given will be current.
I am beginning to believe business as
usual is ramping up revs without a
large contract to PR.
Even a "We have not forgotten about you"
shareholder letter would be good. Jeff
evedently pumps people full of expectations
when called and then no follow-thru news.
He could even send out personal notes since there
are only about 10 shareholders now.
Everyday Secured is looking & acting more & more
like the other co's in Pennyland.
No news is never good news!
Today is the last viable day for a
PR this year.
No PR=lump of coal in Grinch Jeff's stocking.
Then again, maybe the Chili's waitress will update us!
Down to 3 MM's on the ask at 4
Of and btw, EMLL TO DA MOON!
Welcome back Liable,
I am long, but it's always refreshing to
hear from the other side.
So far you have been right, sorry to say.
Oh and btw, SSHS TO DA MOON!
SFNL reality check:
Pros
Increasing sales
Lowering debt
Loyal shareholder base
Cons
4M debt
O/S increasing
Stock promotion apathy

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Safeguard Security Holdings, Inc. (OTC:SSHS), a leading provider of corporate, industrial and residential security solutions, announced today that its subsidiary, SYSTEMSgroup Protective Service, continues to expand its security technology services for its largest utility client.
R. Michael Lagow, CEO for Safeguard, stated, “Our largest utility client continues to invest in mitigation technologies to secure its switchyard sites from theft. We are again expanding security coverage on these types of sites for our client by deploying security applications to deter and mitigate the threats. We see this trend continuing as the threat continues to increase due to the rise in the value of copper.” Lagow added, “During the last quarter of 2008, our Company downsized its security technology group due to the economic conditions of the US construction market. Since that time, we have focused on our major clients, supporting their service needs and maintaining their existing security systems. Within the last few months, our sales have increased with our security technology group and we are again focused on building that division, returning its annual revenues to the $5 million level by year end 2011.”

.70 for me
Welcome aboard!
Not sure about the reason for the news blackout, but
it has allowed the Stuckerts' to average down with
new shares. I'm sure we can all imagine scenarios that
would contribute to a no news policy and who knows at
this point. Maybe there is no news.
The big 3 are buying and maintaining over 50% control of
shares for a reason, I would assume (i. e. take-over/merger vote,
control freaks, thinks the certs are pretty, scared one
of the posters will vote, or they might just think this
is a good investment).
In the future, if there is some type of merger of buyout, JS and MF would probably end up working for the combined company or
get a golden parachute. Either way, they should make out very well.
Now we get to the Stuckerts: as far as published documents they
are shareholders just like us (albeit larger) and if they profit, we profit.
Would love for James or Diane to post here and give us a sense of
belonging, as most of us feel voiceless and clueless.
In Pennyland large sums of money are controlled by message board
readers and it is hard for us to tout this stock due to limited info.
Secured People That Read This Know The Meaning Of Verbose.
I believe your Lawn Chair Scouts may boost
sales of Identa's BTK (Bullet-hole test kit).
There will undoubtedly be an increase in
drive-by-shootings with your team in place.
And staying with your Yogism theme:
"We're lost, but we're making good time!"
I used all the colors of the rainbow!
Sooner or later you will be right
about something.
IDENTAians Do It On Faith!
I believe we may see an amended
Form 4 very soon for the Stuckert clan.
Seems James has stock in an IRA, Family Trust,
Ten Grand LTD and direct ownership. Not sure why the
last 950K shares wasn't added to his previous
total of 17,396,000.
Looking at some of the other companies filings, his wife's
total is separate from his total.
I would like to see a Form 4 or statement with grand totals.
If the above is true, the Stuckerts' control almost
27M shares. IMO, this accumulation could be part of
the reasoning behind the news blackout.
Another possibility, (tho highly unlikely because of IRS rules),
is the trust has been split and some shares went into
Diane's name. This would make their total around 21M shares.
Somebody that is more versed in Form 4's may be
able to shed some light on this or correct my assumptions.
Bottom line is, if they feel comfortable soaking up Asher's
shares, then we should have nothing to worry about.

Real Secured People Only Love Other Shareholders!
LOL, I think your sarcasm went undetected!
ATWECians Unload A Small Boat!
I am tired of a few posters always
claiming "Look at the sales". There
is nowhere to look at sales, so you
could ne saying "Look at Anything".
The truth of the matter is a few people
talk to Uncle Alex and get excited because
he says "We don't want to release info till
it's done, but I'll tell you" and people
think it will come to fruition.
Just look at the indictments and
the sales, they're listed in the
same place!
ATWECians Do It In Fantasy Land!
Just look at the indictments!
And before you ask, this has just as
much validity as "Look at the sales"
Oh and btw, ATWT TO DA MOON!
JS or MF, we need an explanation and a
peek into the possible future of SFNL.
The O/S has risen over 25% in the last year
and I see no end in sight. It is understandable
you need money for day to day operations, but
when are we going to see more conventional
financing.
6 Secured People cannot absorb many more shares!
Is this a good stock?
8/18/10 Press Release Source: ATWEC Technologies, Inc. On Wednesday August 18, 2010, 8:15 am EDT
MEMPHIS, TN--(Marketwire - ATWEC Technologies (Pinksheets:ATWT - News) CEO Alex Wiley expressed today ATWEC has submitted its registration fee to Pink Sheets to begin its transparency for the shareholders and future investors. We expect to have our classification fully upgraded within the upcoming weeks.
The problems with the KS crowd should not have had an
effect on this missed timeline.
Transfer agent could update Pink Sheets.
Okay, it's almost Turkey Day, time to start
a rumor.
The reason for the media blackout is JS has
begun talks with a buyer for SFNL.
Secured People Don't Let Facts Confuse The Issue!
If I get back in time, I'll try to
tidy up the close.
To anyone that talks to Jeff: ask him to
do a shareholders letter explaining plans
for Secured's future.
Oh and btw, SFNL TO DA MOON!
Pumper-Boy, a/k/a SS,
That was me doing most of the buying today, so
next time you speak with Uncle Alex, tell him I'm
loaded back up and he can now
"RELEASE THE HOUNDS"
I got 3's today, not sure who
get's the 2's, MM's brother perhaps?
Please do not agree with me,
it ruins all my retorts. lol
Secured People Are Disagreeable,
Don't You Agree?
Okay you two knuckleheads, a couple
of my thoughts:
1) JS knows SFNL will be a buyout in the near
future and could care less about share price.
I'm sure Mr. Stuckert has Jeff's ear and
would not tolerate this share freefall without
knowing the plan
2) Without some stock promotion and with the
same type of financing, this PPS will be stuck in
the mud for a long time.
3) Asher Ent. is a business like any other
and if they see that holding stock is more
profitable, they may put off some selling.
This could only happen with stock promotion
4) And I bought a few more shares today
5) Secured People Do It With Convoluted Reasoning!
No, this is the sum total of stock payments
To Asher Ent between June & November.
Discounted price for shares was $75,000,
non-discounted price would have been
approx $130,000. Or said another way, they
received 75K and sold for 130K. Cannot be
sure about the selling part until co verifies.
On another note, What country are you from Kun?
Inquiring minds want to know.
Oh and btw, SFNL TO DA MOON!
Looking at the quarterly, I am glad to see
increases in revs and less debt. Now to the
money borrowing aspect.
If my math is correct, it seems we would need to buy
approx. 433K shares a month to keep PPS stable just
from Asher Ent. getting paid back in shares.
This is assuming Asher is selling all their shares
given to them.
When you figure Asher is getting shares at 58% of PPS,
they would be crazy not to immediately sell new shares
before PPS drops.
Asher has received & sold the equivalent of $130,000 of
full priced shares into the float in the last
6 months. IMO
I would like to hear someone with the company explain
how 6 well intentioned posters can buy enough shares
to offset future discounted share selling.
This may be the only financing available right now and
if it is to be continued, the process should be
explained.
If I am looking at this wrong, I will not be offended if corrected.
btw, why does Ashton Kutcher loan us money anyway?
mmm, maybe the Chilis' waitress knows!
The story I am hearing is there was so much
revenue the abacus caught on fire.
