converts to 0.26c US currently. Not sure if there is straight correlation for share price similar to CAD stocks and their pink sheet equivalent, but I think it gives good indication of trend forward looking since they are trading sentiment ahead of us. I think US market usually dictates other world market moves better though.
can't help thinking that there are similarities and also important that NEOM was a nasdaq stock prior to agreement break down and financial troubles
PTSC chart was pretty insane when it happened to them:
http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/advchart/frames/frames.asp?show=&insttype=Stock&symb=ptsc&time=100&startdate=2%2F4%2F2006&enddate=3%2F9%2F2006&freq=1&compidx=aaaaa%3A0&comptemptext=&comp=none&ma=0&maval=9&uf=0&lf=1&lf2=0&lf3=0&type=2&style=320&size=4&x=43&y=12&timeFrameToggle=false&compareToToggle=false&indicatorsToggle=false&chartStyleToggle=false&state=13
So I ask this, besides the difference in debtload which creates obvious dilution consideration, what is the difference between the situation with NEOM and the one with PTSC back in 2006? Seems very similar to me and once PTSC patents were confirmed for them through a court win, look at the stream of licensing agreements that followed:
http://www.design-reuse.com/news/provider82.html
That ran from 0.09 to $2.25 in just over a month and had a market cap of 812 million - they had no revenues prior, and pulled that on $40 million in licensing agreements for 2006.
How important is NEOM's patent portfolio compared to what PTSC had? I don't know...the company can't put a price figure on their patents, but believe they are in the best situation of their history (that was said even prior to this announcement), and the temporary CEO now decides to come on full time?
Probably kool aid, but you have to wonder about deja vu.
As is, this would need to go to about $1 to reach the market cap it was in 2009 before their portfolio got challenged.
NEOM - cap was 52 million in 2009 when the patent challenge hit - thats equivalent share price of 0.9 now...food for thought - add ebay agreement as well on top
sorry for the double..lol
FWIW guys - the cap of NEOM back before they got into patent conflict was 52 million.....work some math from there and add an ebay deal into the mix
FWIW guys - the cap of NEOM back before they got into patent conflict was 52 million.....work some math from there and add an ebay deal into the mix
lol, you probably think it was actually trading at $9000 as well don't you......sigh
there you are with that magic word again...scam....what a broken record you are...quote an article from a spam newsletter that doesn't even understand what he's writing
“well positioned in the market place at the intersection of three mega-billion dollar industries: coffee, wellness and energy drinks, and has quickly moved into international markets by establishing offices in 14 countries, and distributors in 29 other countries.” What constitutes an office is unknown and 29 distributors obviously means 29 individuals who are now trying to market specialty coffee at a time when coffee prices are at a 34-year high, not exactly an easy sell.
29 individuals? Is he really that dumb to not realize what they mean? Friggin classic:
http://alfreg5.healthycoffee.com/healthycoffeeim/founders.html
5x that just in US....that cluelessness writes off that article right away...
lets see the rest
integrity blah blah blah...thought about the fact that they may be just talking about the company themselves, and not how they take care of the public side of things with the SEC? As I have mentioned before, LVWD, same deal - I questioned their lack of IR - response, we'd rather focus on the business right now. Sure, it bugs me that they don't have an IR and don't have filings, but thats why I don't hold a long term position and just look at trading opportunities. I don't hold that against the private entity of the business though.
Costs tied to becoming a distributor - made sense to me, but I didn't fail math, so maybe thats why....pay $25, gets you in the door to setup an online store and get supplied at wholesale...alternatively, get someone else to pay the $25 worth of product a month and you stay in business. You don't think they don't provide more information about it once you contact them per email as suggested on the site??? Weak man...weak!
Give back to the community....who the hell says it must be a scam just because they have a photo of a few possibly poor children and say they are donating 0.05c/coffee to them? Why is that not believable when all the coffee is manufactured in such a poor country as Malaysia? Perhaps that is necessary part of doing business to have an accommodating government over there? You can speculate they don't donate just as easy as one can speculate they do.
(oh yeah, it does come from Malaysia too - far right packaging):
success stories....means nothing...haven't officially rolled out yet so who cares?
Anyhow, comes back to what you totally ignore...scam=phantom company - SAEI, makes everything up. When I have a product in my hands that is more than you can probably get from 90% of pinksheets, I don't consider scam at all...dilute out the ying yang in the past is all there is going on here...perhaps it still is...we shall see.
Anyhow, they have a product and that is likely more than enough for the SEC when there are probably 2000 pinks that don't.
any relation? They don't usually work on the same plays do they?
lol......'newbees'
Due to an over whelming reponse from my members asking me to wait because of Memeorial Day I am going to delay the pick until Wednesday June 1st.
There was also an enormous amount of newbies that wanted me delay too because they were not ready as they needed to get set up to be ready.
The page link will stay the same but if you have not done so yet...
You must Click and Bookmark This Link Below or You WIll Not Get My New Pick On Wednesday June 1st at 9:32 A.M.!
http://www.bestdamnpennystocks.com/v2/new_pick.html
This Next pick is coming from the source that gave us all of our record memories including High Plains Oil and Gas which jumped 150% first day after our alert and is STILL up over 350% today 7 months later!
Now remember High Plains had only 800,000 outstanding when we first alerted it 7 months ago…my new pick has under 400,000!
So using the high plains bench mark of 150% first day and over 350% days later and STILL there today…. and my new pick having half the amount outstanding could it be 300% first day and and 700% long term?
No Hype Is Needed For This One, It is just going to be massive…PERIOD!
if I were a betting man, I would say its nothing more than SEC flagging the company because of the spike in price, nothing more...they don't know whats going on in the trading world, they don't realize coffee sympathy was hot, so they would just assume it was promo based end of story, so attempt to protect the investor.
Get it through your thick head that it isn't a scam in the true sense of the word...geez
Can you show us an example of a company that got halted by the SEC, accused of being the next big scam, but was just a real company with just a bad history of dilution? Just curious. I cant think of any.
I'm not arguing about it being a the next big deal or something, I am just arguing the creep stalkers obsessed argument that its a scam (in the true definition of a scam).
SAEI is the true definition of a scam....is this the same? Of course not. My only point.
not happening...
The Commission has warned that many publicly traded companies that fail to file on a timely basis are 'shell companies’ and, as such, attractive vehicles for fraudulent stock manipulation schemes.
Its not a shell...duh...they won't be halting this. You think they randomly just shut down all companies that don't file on time on the assumption they MUST be shells? No...they will contact the company and look for confirmation of an actual business...if they can prove there is a business there, they leave them alone.
Better yet, they spend the 2 minutes it takes to see there is a legit business and move on to the next instead of wasting everyones time!
dude, you are starting to sound creepy - don't you think its about time you got a life and move on vs repeating yourself over and over like an annoying 5 year old? I think the long timers get it already...if they didn't get it with your 1st and 2nd and 3rd warning, I'm sure they have figured out your message by this 20th warning of yours.
This is a real coffee play, end of story...there was mass dilution in the past, for sure, even atrocious dilution, but that was two year ago and perhaps they haven't split since because the networking is finally getting established and the company can grow without diluting the shareholder out the ying yang. I will be contacting the CEO when he returns from overseas to determine what the story is in regards to that huge past red flag....then I can make a sound judgement myself over listening to mr boy who cried wolf all day long.
Get over it broken record.......
Scam=not real, fake, fraudulent...the company is real, the products are real, the past dilution methods however, irresponsible and unethical when considering the public shareholder. End of story.
coffees runnings huge, JCOF not rolled yet
lmao, I do fine without you Sykey...small detail, Shaq is no Bieb...Bieb is pretty much the hottest thing on the friggin planet right now so big difference.
Bieb is an ethical boy as well, he isn't just going to turn around and dump shares on everyone...
you obviously don't get the power of Bieber...without him, this is obviously nothing, but with him preaching at his concerts, tweeting about it, and his face on the product displays, it will get noticed, sales will blow away the competition.
You don't get it because you aren't a tweener, but they run the world when it comes to retail and such (uh, see how American Idol votes???)
So basically you are agreeing with me and your whole scare is invalid as now your argument is 'doubt they will sell enough'. They are licensed, they won't get dropped, end of story.
so?? You never responded (clipped below)....please enlighten...I get they don't own it, but the licensing is fresh (signed last year), and I don't believe there is any risk the company would pull the agreement per your big scare...rational thoughts?
think you are wrong - I would have to assume they have different agreements with Cellular in place and its the anti-spam software that they mention can be cancelled any time because of the milestone problems. They just entered in the licensing agreement for the driveguard last year, unlike your years ago thing...
you are talking 2 different items
Following PG’s acquisition of the Software, we began to focus on better serving the mobile communications market. Our senior management realized that texting while driving was a serious national problem. At the time, NetQin was unwilling to commit resources to enhancing its anti-texting software. The principal shareholder of Cellular found an anti-texting product that had been partially developed. Because the Company did not have the financial resources to acquire this other anti-texting product, it permitted the principal shareholder of Cellular to use Cellular’s existing cash balances and personal funds lent to Cellular to acquire and enhance the product. We agreed to provide the remaining capital to complete the development of DriveSafe and in furtherance of that agreement, we paid cellular $110,000 to complete its development. In exchange, we entered into an agreement with Cellular in August 2010 giving us an exclusive license for North America, Central America and South America.

not much besides perception - the stock went up out of the blue sky high, so they put out the warning to protect people on the assumption it was promo based...end of story...combine that with a few guys like you that probably whined and complained to SEC about the company and voila, there is your caveat emptor...
I bet there was no other good reason besides that....
from 0.04 to 0.08 buys, selling .18, .22, .305....I'll take it (but I still say its not a scam in the true essence of the word - their crime was major dilution in the past, but I don't think they diluted a single share this time around...insiders/distributors likely sold shares already held, but who the heck wouldn't after that kind of pop? Will certainly watch for beginning of June once CEO comes back to NA and MTV gets in play.
keep an eye on subber EMPZ for CNOZ sympathy if CNOZ keeps going crazy
sorry man, i still think you are out to lunch on that one. The volume was easily daytraders picking up sympathy off BCCI, JCOF etc etc. That's why I liked it because it wasn't promo based and it can move before the company can get shares in place (CEO left to Japan mid last week).
Doesn't matter though, you can say what you want to feed your ego needing a boost from missing how many % of a gain????
I sold at the open yesterday...regardless of the story and what may be here, you have to take a gain like that when its extended and all its peers are dropping like a rock (my main judge was the performance of the peers). Also, the change to caveat emptor is concerning, so you have to respect that (probably some people 'complained' to SEC or something so it got flagged - I would be surprised if they did something suddenly in the last few days to deserve it, but still...no sense taking chances when up 660%!
its pretty dicey up here in the nose bleeds - with the crashing the other coffees are seeing as well, new positions would be pretty crazy. Free shares gamble holding from much lower, sure.
Just keeping it real expecting more red regardless of the future potential.
Well, he missed out on 5700% so far....gotta sting!?!?
your definition of a scam is hilarious - they diluted, must be a scam...you don't have anything more.
Guess these celebrities are in on the scam too:

The ironic thing is you seem to obsess about the pinksheet site. While the caveat emptor is one thing to respect, I tend to think all the companies that roll out PR after PR saying where they are on the pinksheet rating ladder tend to be more scam than ones that don't give a crap.
lmao...they are pink sheet so there is no law requiring them to file audited financials...duh. I am involved in a private placement with a company called Cistera. They dropped to pink sheets to reduce costs for survival because regular quarterly filings cost alot of money - they have close ties to Cisco. I guess they are going to get shut down by SEC as well huh....
Dude, yes, 90% of pinks are scams, but there are many that aren't...don't umbrella them all. Part of the challenge is to find the real operations, not just say scam because its on the pinks, thats the easy way out.
this isn't a shell, there are no stock promotions happening, they didn't state any false or misleading information, they aren't a PO Box so spare me your big SEC freak on....this is not on SEC radar I guarantee. As I said, i believe all the pinky coffee penny plays are legit and none will EVER get halted, so spare us the SEC stuff unless you can come up with anything more than bad dilution 2 years ago before this MLM was even really getting established.
it reminds me alot of LVWD - they could have totally taken advantage of the STVI/PLPE/QPSA facebook hype, but they weren't interested. The guy there told me they weren't interested in IR since they wanted to focus on operations for now. They had a great story, they could have easily pumped up the business for a 10 bagger, but chose to focus on the business instead. Perhaps these guys are the same - they are focusing on business, not worrying so much about public info until they are ready for rollout and getting the word out. Hopefully I can get the response as to what 'rollout' entails like I said. She was very excited about the near future.
As to cargo trying to scare about SEC shutdown - dream on. Not happening here unless they PR blatant lies (see SAEI). If LEXG got shut down, then maybe you need to think about it. These guys aren't even doing any promotion right now - this is purely speculative trader/sympathy runup...nothing to do with anything the company has done. SEC couldn't care less.
lol...who did you contact so I know who not to try? Doesn't surprise really, they would feel pressure to get as many people under them as possible before rollout as it only pads their pockets and bumps them up the ladder. They don't have a CFO listed, so if I can't contact CEO, not too sure the next best avenue
Doubt it's a scam CH (doubt any of these coffee plays are true scams actually), it may be extended much like all the coffee stocks are and an eye raising dilution program a couple years ago for sure, but this is a legit MLM distribution setup not yet launched. The founder of W Washington distribution is presenting at MTV Awards in a couple weeks on two days. They are setup in 17 countries with members in 40 countries and well, her thoughts as to why the filing was not current was because they haven't done the launch yet and IR and public information will roll out with the launch. I asked how long that would be and what that would involve, but haven't heard back today. She seems excited for the near future and her story certainly appears to be legit (although dry to listen to)
HCEI 0.29, going to 0.50 on monday
mostly sympathy with JCOF, BCCI, JAMN, but there is also the MTV Awards and red carpet (mtv not oscars) serving of their product and here is coffee that can help shrink cancerous tumours - the kind of health angle hollywood often eats up. Apparently China has been looking at things as well for a long time and the CEO just flew over there for 2 weeks. That could be a trigger as well.
From what I was told by Cynthia, they haven't officially rolled out product yet also, so I'd expect IR to pop its head up pretty quick. 5x less cap of JCOF (very similar) doesn't hurt either. Lots of decent reasons to believe it could keep going.
HCEI is going to rip again with BCCI on the move big
hey, coffee that can cure cancer, how can that be a bad thing??? lol
HCEI still hold my original from 0.04 and been taking gains on the way up - can't believe none of the rah rah ihubbers have been on this. Only one of the biggest % gainers of the last 2 days. They waiting until 0.5 or something to get in?
must explain all the trade shows, radio and tv interviews and news articles etc etc...do yours, besides a typical pyramid like Mary Kay, this is definitely legit and IS a concept that could take off big for sure...even at that, compare cap to JCOF which is pretty much the same boat and you will see R/R definitely favors this one.
HCEI going over 0.5 by end of May - no brainer
