Fired BP contractor spills all! Don't know if anyone has seen this?
http://www.wdsu.com/video/24205811/index.html
That would be an oversimplification of MOP's pps situation. MOPN has more going for it than just BP.
For one, the oil spill has not stopped, yet. Hopefully, soon...but then there is months of clean up to do, spread over an incredibly large area of land and sea. More than one solution will be needed and used.
That said, MOP has received an incredible amount of press and public attention due to this Gulf Oil Disaster which in the end, an increase in the usage of MOP will be better for the environment. This current public exposure for MOP is also essential for it's growth stage.
MOP already had other business/revenue and is still working on several other joint ventures. So no, BP is not the be all and end all for MOP and it's investors...it was a quick ticket for day traders, who are generally the ones that generate a run up on news/PRs.
With any stock, especially pinks, there are day traders, traders and long term investors who participate. It's the day traders who will lose their patience with MOPN if it doesn't run with every PR. They sell their positions and cause(and hope for a panic sell off so they can buy back in again on the cheap) the pps to drop. This is especially easy to do with a small float...even if MOPN's float doubles to 60 million(and I'm not saying that it is), it is still a small float in the world of pink sheets.
Once the influx of new trading shares stops, and is absorbed, MOPN will run again on news. This is what all the day traders are hoping for...in addition to a cheaper pps to buy back in, sooner than later.
Looks like someone is trying to create an opportunity for cheaper MOPN shares. Not the first time either.
NP sunbunz...Wayne is definitely an asset to MOP and with his skills and expertise in business communication and innovation, he will help MOP and all investors to get to the next level...a solid growth company.
This is just a growing pain step for MOP...funds are needed to ramp up production. Once shares are absorbed into the market, the pps will soon rise again.
Good points.
This is Wayne's title at MOP Environmental Solutions -
Wayne D. King
VP Communication, Business Development and Innovation
MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc.
And all the better if Wayne is paid in shares...they'll be restricted and he'll want the same thing as all investors here - for the pps to go up and stay there.
MOP needs Wayne's communication expertise.

Yes, generally courts do not pierce the corporate veil and FDMF is a completely different type of company.
Hopefully Brian will issue an update soon.
I emailed Brian and he said that "appropriate actions will be taken."
That looks like a law suite as opposed to actual charges being laid! There is a distinctive difference between the two, as you already know.
Contacted Brian regarding this article. He is not aware of any charges that have actually been filed regarding Robin.
Perhaps this reporter spoke prematurely or without full knowledge. Not the first time.
That's pretty much my impression too. em.
lol...selling in earnest?? 1.4 million in trades today does not constitute selling in earnest. Nice try to get your .006 though.
Try to get some facts straight, at least, regarding Hunt "the nature of the charges was unclear Wednesday."
As I've said before, the whole mortgage industry fell apart in the last few years, with the Lehman Brothers leading the way in mortgage fraud...along with many other major banks and institutions including Washington Mutual.
That's quite common for pink sheet companies as most don't submit documents on a regular basis. Once FDMF submits financials then they will be upgraded to 'limited information' once again.
That's one thing we're waiting to hear more about. The other is FDMF's financials due on July 15th.
Looks like all is quiet before the storm or the next FDMF PR!! em
What? .007 isn't cheap enough to get in? Lot's more going on here other than the Gulf Oil spill too. Thanks for asking.
Freedom Energy Submits Proposals to Plaquemines Parish
Freedom Energy Holdings, Inc. Common Stock (USOTC:FDMF)
Freedom Energy Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FDMF) CEO, Brian Kistler, announced today that company representatives met with Plaquemines Parish President, Billy Nungesser, in Belle Chasse, Louisiana to discuss the merits of KC 9000®.
As a result of the meeting, Freedom Senior Management was escorted to the affected areas in the Parish shoreline to personally view the damage the oil sludge has created with water plant vegetation within the Parish marsh.
After a review of the disaster area, Freedom was then able to recreate (in a controlled atmosphere), the devastating effects the sludge oil is having on the marsh grasses. Tests conducted showed that KC 9000® could effectively assist removing the sludge from the marsh grasses.
It was observed that as the KC 9000® was being applied, the sludge oil was being repelled from the grasses, which will allow for a more complete collection of the sludge from the contaminated areas. If treated prior to contamination, KC 9000® could be used as a preventative measure to help the oil sludge from sticking to the grasses.
With this relevant information, Freedom was requested and has submitted two separate proposals to the Parish. 1) To supply KC 9000® to service providers that will have the ability to apply and clean the marsh grasses and collect the sludge; and 2) To supply KC 9000® Special Blend to service providers that are responsible for the processing of the collected sludge oil.
Mr. Nungesser requested the proposals be delivered to him personally and he would handle the review process. Even though no time frame was indicated as to the review process, the problem area is growing by the minute and one could feel the sense of urgency in the Parish.

Looks more like some are trying to scare up some shares of FDMF this weekend in anticipation of news.
Everyone is expecting news shortly for FDMF...maybe next week.
No...go to others, then to image upload.

Let's see...Corexit is on the EPA approval list http://www.epa.gov/emergencies/content/ncp/product_schedule.htm and can cause nerve damage. The British have banned it from being used in their coastal waters (rocky shoreline)...but it's ok, apparently to use it in the US Gulf?
KC 9000 is environmentally friendly at least.
Quote:
Oil spill treatment products approved for use in the United Kingdom
The following products have been removed from the list of approved products because they did not pass the Rocky Shore Test when submitted for renewal:
??
Chemkleen OSDA JAC (removed from list 21/01/1998)

Corexit 9527 (removed from list 30/07/1998)

That would be great Admiral :) The interview has a lot of important information.
I think Brian's interview is available on this link until the next CEO interview. Don't think the next interview on stockgoodies is until July now?
This is the link for the interview, I believe - http://www.blogtalkradio.com/stockgoodies/2010/06/30/stockgoodies-radio
These volume levels do not indicate dilution...more so impatient day traders getting out for the long weekend or otherwise, attempts at throwing the pps under the bus, to get in cheaper.
Kistler already said no dilution and management is buying back shares...pretty much daily.
Actually, Wayne said that they are in the process of designing 1 to 2 pound packages for smaller in store purchases of MOP.
I've contacted headquarters at a National store that specializes in automotive, boating supplies/cleanup and also runs car repair shops across the country to see if they would be interested in MOP.
Home Depot should be interested in an environmentally friendly product like MOP, too.
Another good potential revenue source!
Looks like two more buyers today - LAMP and MAXM. So 16 buyers to 14 sellers... maybe we're getting more interested in joining the FDMF party.
Only nine days until the financials are due and nine market days too. And there should be some revenue reported.
Still think it's good FDMF are getting ~ 16 barrels per day of oil from one field... ~480 barrels per month, @ $50 is $24,000 per month.
That should more than cover some basic bills...and only accounts for one source of revenue for FDMF and shows why they don't need to dilute.
It's been pretty obvious some are trying to 'inspire' a sell off...so far, it's not working well. Shares keep getting absorbed by smarter investors with some foresight.
Actually, today...I'm guessing investors are laying low and trying to buy shares before the next PR.
IMO, when significant news hits...FDMF will run high and hard, especially now that we know about the float and insiders are still buying back shares.
Some good news here could change everything very quickly.
Thanks Admiral for giving the board the heads up on insiders buying back the float and further increasing the number of restricted OS.
Brian confirmed it tonight...and even the hosts from stock radio were impressed that Kistler is still buying back shares, at any price on the open market.
You've provided some much needed and solid DD.
State Trouper and Ex-Marine (Semper Fi) - didn't know that before. Also, mentioned he worked in financial industry overseeing something to the effect of $1 Billion a year...I believe??
Three Revenue sources:
1) KC9000- large quantity sales, some repeat customers
2) Oil fields - from one field, ~ 16 barrels per day.
Another field - 1 or 2 barrels per day.
Though believes millions of barrels are potentially available
3) Contractual income from different sources - I believe that's what he said.
Financials will be available on July 15...(as the Admiral previously stated) for the first and second quarters.
Expects "2010 to be the turn around year"
Still has a representative in Middle East, since March, working that connection.
Also said that he is constantly buying back FDMF shares even at the highs, so he must be confident.
Still waiting to hear back from BP for approval to level 4 and approval from Billy Nungesser for FDFM proposal.
I'm doing the same. Hopefully it just starts - http://www.blogtalkradio.com/stockgoodies/2010/06/30/stockgoodies-radio
Thanks for the intelligent response Admiral. Much appreciated.
Then why does the chart title state: Sample Monthly Oil Production, (bbls)(from 2005)
Doesn't sound like actual 2009 data to me.
Good questions. Have you tried to contact ONCP to ask them?
Apparently, that Demo was supposed to be just a small sample of what Trade Tablet can do. And I think it's supposed to be for professional traders rather than investors.
Investors could sure use some more information all around though.
Is Paul still trading ONCP's own fund to generate revenue?
I find it interesting that this is an after hours interview too. Most I've seen or heard have been done during trading hours for the effect.
Be nice to get some solid updates tonight. Sure would make trading fun tomorrow.
