Nice repeat post...it is clear to me that 4.3 million is an UPFRONT (good faith down payment) for the whole company. Lock, stock and shares. $$$ when the deal is a wrap. Wrap is near with CCAA out of way and Delaware already acquiescing to CCAA decisions. Bankruptcy was head fake to shake Comerica momentarily and set up successful restructuring, including refinancing, paying down, or making lucrative pps shares available to creditors.
