I accept there is a design behind the curtain that was/ has been crafted by PWC, Ex BioAmber execs, KKR & their LCY component companies. Do I think it was crafted, prolonged to shake shares...not sure, probably. But it damn sure was crafted to grab the NOLs as well as to be the lynch pin in the soon to explode next generation biotech market.
