1234 it reminds me of the same thing that happened with my trash service several years ago... the price of gas went up considerably so I received a letter to be charged a gas surcharge. Ok I got that but once the price of gas came back down I called the company to reduce the charge .... well guess what THEY WERE LIKE DEER IN HEADLIGHTS. 1234 I asked my accountant about the the delay with filing 10-q. He stated that something is wrong and the co. is trying to cover up or they dont have money to prepare. They must file for an extension before the deadline. Did IR address the reason???
