1234 it reminds me of the same thing that happened with my trash service several years ago... the price of gas went up considerably so I received a letter to be charged a gas surcharge. Ok I got that but once the price of gas came back down I called the company to reduce the charge .... well guess what THEY WERE LIKE DEER IN HEADLIGHTS. The charge remained and the company made more money. I just do not understand why management is paid so much... for a company who has not delivered the prize... THE IND
