This will soon be gone ... filings are coming
This is just a waiting game. They'll file for pink current soon.
Knowing the O/S will be reduced and will be low, we're merging into, I expect us to be fine. I'm patient on this one and I'm counting to be rewarded.
They're not diluting. Ref my previous answer on your posts.
Broke 7 ... yezzz ...
LOL Cup and handle forming on the minute chart, could this be the break through the 70s ... sure hope so
LET THE BEAST GO ! :)
Hope so as I have 16 million of those surprises ...
But if you hire 11 people, there must be some revenue linked to it ...
way down ... looks the coming month will be interested
All my tickers were red the past days, not only this one. OTC ... never a dull moment.
Shorts are really doing overtime on this one
If it breaks .7 we're off to the races
We want a long long long candle
100 million float x 6 ... shorters must be crazy ...
Look at that volume
False, since this year the number of shares has been
2,962,627,176

That's cool
I would assume the confirmation comes fast, so rather days/weeks then months.
Quite excited on this one. Been in, I believe like you, for a considerate time. I added in June as the strange trading (sales of 10 to 100 shares at a time going on forever), pointed out to me that something was going on.
Did not sell any shares till last week (only 10% of my position), so missed the $1 3 years ago. Expecting this to go way higher on the confirmation and roll out of the merging of Everdime into RGST.
Knowing John kept the shell clean and has pointed out in the past that the match needs to be there (some months ago I had a mailconversation on it with him), I'm counting on more news to come out.
Note : did you look at everdime's site and their CEO/ Directors ? This isn't your 'normal' OTC gang starting something up. These people have experience and seem to be well connected.
We'll see soon if I'm right. Getting the popcorn and the beer out to see what plot unfolds :). Holding my shares close to my chest as this one is (1) still under the radar (2) has an extremely low float (3) no debt (4) will boom on the crypto news when the LOI is closed.
No sell them to me :)
Shopping day :)
Yep, and shares getting into stronger hands
It is ...
Well, I was out mostnof the day.
Good to see you all back plus see the pps go up.

Updated the ibox with the LOI news
31 wall under attack ... let's go for it
We'll end up trading plus 50% of the float
Market cap at current 0.266 is around 8 million. Not much for the LOI candidate.
I think there's more in the pipeline ... 5 million float, no debt, O/S small ...
30' of trading and nearly 800K changed hands. Float is less then 5 million. We know most shares are locked, so ... I think this will go way higher, would hope it crushes it's preivous high of $1 soon.
John, nice :)
If this is to go to NASDAQ and limited to what they stated in the fillings (1-20 to max 1-4000 R/S), why would we mind the Reverse Split?
Allow me to explain ...
If we hit the 10 billion shares (ref the document) after the offering. An R/S would mean an O/S of 2.5 million to 500 million for Nasdaq. Anyhow, they can only R/S based on the NASDAQ $4 limit if the PPS hits 0.001. (then they could R/S at 1-4000 which equals $4). My take on things : there's news in the pipeline to get there or beyond it.
Out of the document :
* In August 2021, at our annual meeting of stockholders, our stockholders approved a reverse split of our common stock at a ratio of not less than 1-for-20 and not more than 1-for-4000 with our Board of Directors to have the authority to determine whether to effect a reverse split as well as the reverse split ratio. In addition, at the annual meeting, our stockholders approved an amendment to our certificate of incorporation pursuant to which the number of shares of common stock authorized to be issued by us can be reduced in a manner proportionate to the reverse split or to a lesser or greater degree. The share and per share information in this prospectus do not give effect to a contemplated reverse split of our common stock at a ratio to be within the above range to occur prior to this offering.
* Common Stock to be Outstanding after the Offering: 9,371,197,386 shares,
Our common stock is presently traded on the OTC Market under the symbol “BRTX.” We have applied to have our common stock and the warrants offered pursuant to this prospectus listed on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbols “BRTX” and “BRTXW,” respectively, which listing is a condition to this offering. No assurance can be given that our application will be approved. On October 7, 2021, the last reported sales price for our common stock as quoted on the OTC Market was $0.0034 share.
SEC Form S-1/A
IPO Investment Prospectus
Filled by BRTX ...
Well, that would be good as the pps then would be pimped hence give you the opportunity to sell your shares at a higher price.
I'll be back, seems we're back :)
What was that 25 million traded at 0.00089. ? That was a strange one when the bid is at 9
Adding today ...
Well, I'm counting on this as well. Pink current as of tomorrow would be nice.
Not clear to me. This is trading it's normal volumes versus the float.
I think some impatient hands are getting out. Lots were in at much lower prices. I myself am already over one year in this one. Starting adding to my free shares the past days (so unlike some I'm still adding to my position).
