I don't have access to any inside information and why Dr. Torres may have left the company. In regard to the current events, I can only speculate that an improved technology for mapping the sea floor is a goal. The team assembled is incredible, and the use for such a technology and tool is priceless. For a penny, that's a bargain in my judgement.
NOT! I didn't "claim" anything, I shared the statements made by the company and staff that all of you have access to, and gave the references per your request. Drama has little value, even facts are useless if filtered or perceived incorectly.
Without all the facts, I am not going to pass moral judgement on anyone. Nor am I interested in the drama. Current developments are very positive and risk is low for SFRX. This path should lead to the .013 levels and then test the April highs. Good news could then break the .02 and on, IMO.
...and your point? So what? Fact or fiction it changes nothing. The combined team of S&P and the Manta scientists and engineers remain a promising concept, I would expect new and improved technology will come out of it. Which allows for potential cashflow and profit. Of course it also improves the odds to finding various treasures. At these stock prices, I see that as a good investment.
I've tried it, wishing and hoping won't make you a dime. Nor any help from pumpers and dumpers, or cheerleaders and bashers.
Only solid due diligence, good technical chart skills, ideal timing, minimum fear and greed, along with controlled emotions will allow you to profit in DVLP or any stock.
Risk vs reward, with good probabilities and patience. Know your buying price and selling price before you pull the trigger.
It does us no good to try and speculate on third hand hearsay. Or spend our time only focusing on everything someone perceives as bad. We all know the company has a long history.
As an investor, I have to focus on current information and circumstances. Allow me to ask a few civil questions? Why would someone that owns the stock, try to convince others it is a terrible investment?
Why, if someone lost money on a stock due to poor timing, try to convince others it's a terrible stock?
Why would someone hold on to what they are convinced is a terrible stock?
On the other hand, if you have done your DD and you think a stock is a good investment and buy it, why would you spend time on a board pissing on your own shoes?
There is little logic in any of the behaviors.
Not privy to inside info, don't trust rumors. All I know for sure is up over 50% in this leg, and the immediate future is promising. Improved technology will probably come out of this, more government contracts, and any treasure would be a bonus.
...and look at all the progress in recent months! DVLP has record sales and revenues, massive expansion, great quarterly reports, filed for OTC tier upgrade, new 25,000 sq' facility, based in Denver, multi marketing channels, manufacturing, wholesale sales and services, affiliate sales, phone app sales, and retail sales. Quarterly reports are right around the corner and so is the potential OTC upgrade.
An expanding product line and cash flow to expand their business. All from a company that you can buy for a couple pennies. I own the stock and will continue to accumulate. There is risk in everything, and there is reward.
The probabilities look very good here, while risk is low and potential rewards very high in my opinion. Show me a better CBD play and I'll buy it. https://cbdinfusionz.com/
Have you lost money in DVLP? That's right, you don't own any shares. You are here to save us from our ignorance. Thank you. I was just reviewing the DVLP web site, https://cbdinfusionz.com/ quite impressive.
It's quite normal technical behavior, for a stock to drop after a dynamic run up, as short term players take profits. However, a company that continues to expand profitably like DVLP will then retrace on a steady climb up, IMO. CBD is here to stay and grow.
Indeed, I looked at one that went from pennies to $4 in a day and has never made a dime. It is a wild tier.
when DVLP is up Up UP, are you out of a job?
Probably mid July if they are on time.
Breaking that .01 barrier!
So your investment strategy is to buy the stock, then piss on your own shoes, beating it down, then sell? Go figure...
Then move along, we'll take your shares, if you have any.

Yes, I guess some missed the SFRX +1000% ride, and the +300% profit a couple months ago, and the current +30% ride in progress. That happens if you don't buy and sell, now and then. I've learned if you only watch and complain, it's hard to profit, imo.
Looks like a few civil cases from years gone by, with DISMISSALS. Little to make any decisions that affect his current performance and continuing to make DVLP successful.
Performance and results are what count in my book. Little else matters. My god, we would have to fire half of corporate America executives and all of Congress for trivia like this.
Not so much wishful thinking, I did look hard at what we know and beyond. DNA Brands signed a preliminary agreement with (DVLP), to reformulate the two-time award winning energy drink line with CBD and natural sweeteners. Allowing DVLP to work with the scientific team to reformulate, market and distribute the two-time award winning line of energy drinks. As part of this agreement (DVLP) will bear costs associated with reformulation, production, packaging, advertising, distribution, etc., upon completion of a licensing deal.
*Looks like DVLP is potentially trying to pick up the reformulating rights and licensing of the award winning drinks of a failing and mismanaged company cheap, to infuze with CBD and market them selves. I wouldn't touch DNA stock, but grabbing the drinks could be a good play for (DVLP). IMO
Too much positive potential to walk away, more money to be made here, imo. Perhaps quite a bit, and at these low prices. Risk vs reward, and probabilities are just too good.

Most of us are Long and own DVLP, on the other hand, one of us has 256 negative comments and does not own the stock, which speaks volumes. Just as these promoters carry little weight with the real investors here, neither does the constant negative rhetoric. Grab your junk if you must, but do it quietly.
More popcorn please. Yawn, quietly enjoying my SFRX paid for several times over .0043 shares, added more at .007. Holding for a bigger payoff than the 4x this time.
Frankly, none of us want to know about your personal habits ...and we already know the stock is under promotion, like most companies on the planet.
Nice run last 2 days. Going to take a bit more to break that .018 level though, IMO.
Quote: "Hot air' profits are profits just the same. Right?"
Much of the stock market is built on it. Electric car companies with nothing but debt, selling for hundreds of dollars per share, taxi companies with a billion in debt, IPO buyers pouring billions into hot air. Countless trades every minute based on hot air.
At least here, I make a profit and every trade has a seller and a buyer that make their own decisions. Right?
As much as I enjoy all of your company, I am in it for profit. I have made a lot of money from Seafarer over months, and expect to make much more. Others can too IMO, is that so bad?
I hear you loud and clear, I imagine most players holding Long positions feel the same way. It can be annoying and also frustrating. Yes, they have third party audited filings into the OTC.
I like the Infusionz product line and wholesale angle, better than the partnership with the vitamins. However, I would speculate we will find more supplements with CBD from that, as FDA makes more decisions soon.
Don't matter why price goes up? Building new technology? More Gov contracts? Archaeological discoveries? Treasures? Excited investors? ...or piles of gold? Not to me, profit is profit.
Sure we can. It's nothing but an awareness campaign. It's not for our benefit, it's to put the stock into the net algorithm for search. This stock lacks volume, it's very new and unknown. Don't let the little crap bother you. The OTC upgrade is something that will also increase awareness; to institutional investors and a much larger audience of Buyers. The company is making money, aggressive, and growing. It's also in the wholesale end of the business and upcoming FDA decisions will also effect it, IMO.
It makes more sense than people who own the stock, pissing on their own shoes.
Indeed! well put.
Quietly enjoying my SFRX paid for several times over .0043 shares, added more at .007. Holding for a bigger payoff than the 4x this time.
Yes, I'm okay. Got in at a penny and have not been paying attention. You have my attention now.
Impressive performance, from .01 to .035 in less than a month, with little news in months or profits. Not complaining, good play. Just wondering what it runs on?
I don't understand your comment. Making money is not a valuable asset??? You value a company that is broke over one that prospers?
There are countless stocks selling for 10x, a 100x that have nothing but zeros on their financials.
