Interesting read. This was as of the 12th. I would think things have improved a little since then

Lol, where in the world do you come up with this stuff? Sounds like something a penny stock trader would say. ET is in good shape and these lawsuits you refer to are pure fiction.
LOL, ET will be fine. I see absolutely no basis for your statement. Have you even looked at the financials?
Zacks now has PVG a buy.
I still have a small position.
Well, I guess the prediction that this will hit .30 by next week will not materialize. LOL
Wow," Now waiting for the share price to drop back to the .30's to reload". I though I saw you saying it was going to be .30 next week.
Why would you be willing to pay .39 (which is in the .30s)This position has not sold for .30 in a very long time. These posts are confusing.
I think I said "Dynasty will never build this mine" but somebody will IMHO. I dont need to look up any history, I have been around for a while. I was buying this when nobody was posting on the board and did quite well when I sold. You are entitled to your opinion, and I am entitled to mine. Good luck.
Lol, this has not been at .30 since 2016. It is not impossible, but highly improbable. I have not been messing with penny stocks since I last sold this (for a nice profit) to invest in real-estate and dividend paying stocks. However if this gets anywhere near .30, I will be loading up again. I dont believe NAK will ever be mining the property, but upon obtaining approvals, it will be a very marketable asset. I do believe they will get permitted eventually and possibly fairly soon.
I totally agree, "$NAK We will cash out through buy out long before any mining is done."
You and me both. Just could not pass up the opportunity. "Buy when there is blood in the streets". I must admit though, I have sold about 50% of my last lot. I dont like having as much invested in one company as I had. I am very happy with the result though.
I have done well on MUX. I thik it is because I dont buy with the idea of flipping. I have sold some at times just to lock in some profits but always held a core. I dont buy or sell often and to this point I dont think I have paid more than a dollar a share ( I would have to go back and check to make sure) The last lot I bought was the cheapest to this point in the .60s and still holding them.
That is a misconception that many investors have. That is true for reits, but::::: But unlike a REIT, which is required to distribute 90% of its income to shareholders, an MLP only has to distribute the amount set forth in the partnership agreement – but that amount can increase. https://www.wyattresearch.com/energy/mlps/
The big risk to the pipeline companies in this environment is Bankruptcies in their client base causing evaporation or restructuring of their fees. Also the distributions are not all return of capital and even the return of capital is not always free from taxes. The return of Capital reduces ones cost basis. Upon the sale of the shares this increases the profits and unless one is in a very low taxable income situation this can raise both their tax bracket and taxes owed. I do like the MLPs and do think the risk reward is excellent, but some folks do not.
Thanks. That pretty much sums it up.
Are we not glad that DWOG did not restart production too soon. Wow, that would have been a disaster.
First Quarter 2020 Operational and Financial Results – Webcast and Conference Call
Pretivm plans to release its first quarter 2020 operational and financial results after market close on Thursday, April 30, 2020. The webcast and conference call to discuss these results will take place Friday, May 1, 2020 at 8:00 am PT (11:00 am ET) and can be accessed
I hold all of my K-1 positions in my Ameritrade account and simply import it to my tax return with Taxact. It puts everything where it needs to go on the return. I would never hold a K-1 in a tax deferred account though. You are correct, that would get very complicated.
I do agree with most of your post, but you had better talk to your accountant. Part of the distribution MAY be return of capital, but the part that is not is taxable.
Not much risk at these levels. I seriously doubt they will be going out of business. I expect there will soon be a tariffs on imported oil.
If you can sell me a brick wall that makes me as much money as this position has, yes.
I am out.
OUCH! for the oil industry. It will come back though.
The price of oil has scared a bunch of folks out. It seems I heard something from Warren Buffet about buying when there is blood in the streets. I dont have the guts that he has and am not loading up, but I have added a few here. I unloaded some of the smaller midstreams (pure luck) before the crash and am putting those $ here.
Earnings will be out Wednesday.
Yes, it seems they did over promise and under deliver, but those are still good grades.
Yes," they get their 30k a month" but one must understand that it may be a while until this takes off.. I don't mind that, but some folks are not very patient.
Better to have the negatives happen before start up than after.
Added a few more on the dip. Also added some a couple of ETFs
Picked up a few more shares in the .90s just like I did last time it tanked.
It may be they are being much more conservative on their predictions.
"Due to limited stope inventory, production mining in the fourth quarter will focus on maximizing tonnes to the mill, and all stopes above cut-off grade of approximately 5.0 grams per tonne gold will be mined and processed as they become available. The updated life of mine plan, which is planned to b"
I may be wrong, but I believe that the decision to process lower grade ores may very well greatly increase our mine life. We will know the answer to this on March 31st.
I did sell some immediately when this Q was released, because I felt it would drop, but yesterday and today I replaced what I sold. If they dont preform over the next few Quarters, they may very well get bought out by one of the big boys. JMHO
7th Feb 2020 Drilling at McEwen’s Grey Fox target delivers promising results

This is the time of year when oil generally hits its lows. From the middle of Feb forward it should improve.

My thinking is that they have learned not to over promise.
Let us keep in mind the season. Oil prices are likely at or near their lows for the year. In a couple of months from now, the picture will likely be different. But yes, even if it only maintains the dividend is a good pay check for holding. JMHO If I had bought in the $17 range however my attitude would be different.
No offense taken. I was simply stating my thoughts and opinion.
