This property sure does meet the description of the recent PR. Except the PR said "lake front". I'm very worried that the Ontario province may soon be entirely under water due to global warming. If you Google map the address, it was certainly not "lake front" a short time ago. Lmao. I certainly hope there is some clarification coming out shortly regarding the most recent PR.
Assuming you are talking market cap right? I agree 100% if your referring to a $79 market cap. That is probably what the real estate equity is worth after the taxes and fines are paid on it. Jmo of course
Based on past performance? Based on pumping? Based on they finally have a bank account? Based on a casino deal in Greece, possibly the worst developed country at the moment to invest in? Based on what exactly? 50 million shares traded and this thing didn't double? Where are all these shares coming from if longs are locked? Is there shares being thrown out to the market thus diluting any possibility of this company actually being productive? Curious to see outstanding share count once the dust settles. I'm wondering if you will get the, "we are going to rs to get our pps up to uplist to QX." Lol;). I think that will come eventually, only depends on how long this recent cap raise last for the paycheck takers running the show. Imo as always
Well, let's all agree that we are responsible for our own investments. If we need constant reassurance that we are invested properly, let's admit we are pus.ies. Either we're in or out, bullish or not. In between is for the spineless and weak. I'm niether, I've averaged down since my first buy. Could I be wrong? I'm 99% certain I'm not. Find another CEO that panders to weak minded investors. You won't. You'll find ones that take advantage of the weak. Straight business here at AMFE, and sometimes straight businesses are irritating. Takes patience and self confidence that what you have learned about a company is marketable. Not a pipe dream. EAPH registration in WY recently makes me wonder if that is how they are purchasing the property from themselves and putting out a nice fresh PR as though it a brand new deal. Imo of course
I read all of those complaints about the current owner. I had no idea he was the subject of the complaints... I can't believe he would throw that PR out as if it was a brand new property. Now that's some shady sh.t. Must have felt like enough time has passed to pump the pi.s out of it again. Oh my. Oh yeah, I think a casino in Greece is about as good idea as a tree farm in northern California. They have no disposable income. Economy is barely alive. Just a little DD to find what EAPH is pumpin... Ridiculous imo. It will cost millions to get this officially condemned building up to code. Any construction on this building requires the entire building to meet ALL codes. It has been vacant since at least 2006. Terrible investment Imo

Had to go in halvzies to buy this dump. I like the boards on the windows lol. They say they are going to make 2 mil off the first 6 units going in this existing building? Cmon now. I'm in the industry and am not sure what these guys are thinking. I can guarantee you the only tool that should be used on this building is a match and or lighter.

I guess I didn't realize this company hasnt reported any revs... So actually the $.014 valuation already has this $.013 real estate development priced in. Wow, hope the real estate market is strong for the foreseeable future. First things to drop in value when the markets tighten is typically real estate, especially speculation real estate.
If this real estate transaction goes exactly how the pr stated, it is worth .013 cents per share. How long before, if all goes perfectly, EAPH collects their 15 million in profits? Years I'm assuming. Developments take time. Could be years before receiving permits... Just trying to put in perspective the last PR. I can see profit taking early this morning once people realize how little this deal actually is in relation to o/s and lack of revenue posted from prior deals. IMO of course

The only reason I ask this is because they have no other product to market. This is it. It has been compared to a biotech, but I don't think that is reasonable. Most biotech have a few products in their pipeline. One fails, the company isn't worthless. Seems as though if these lawsuits don't pan out, this equity just desolves...

Is this a biotech? I thought this was a Telecom tech.... If they have patents why are they not using their patent to make money? Since 1997? I understand they feel they have been screwed, but are current shareholders funding new r/d or just hoping to capitalize on the lawsuits?
