I agree with you on the vomit part. Well my philosophy going in was I am either going to make $100k or lose my $18k investment. I liked those odds and felt good when up 100% at one point.

Had I timed the market perfect I could have had the same risk reward with an $8k investment.

I guess at the end of the day if I get the $100k ($.10 share price) who ultimately cares about what happens in between.

A few questions come to mind after re-reading this. First, the company has strategic partnerships with banks in the credit card processing sector. Seems like we should know who these partners are.

-We have relationships with multiple processors off-shore and domestically as well as confidentially agreement(s) protecting these relationships. In obtaining a relationship with partners we scrutinize their reputation for each niche of business we bring to them, their payments, rates, process and system flow as well as their financial stability. The nature of each relationship is customized to fit the needs of the dispensary or product.

Second, Kush has a management team with "15 years of experience." We know that's not Tom nor Micheal Hill. Who are these people running Kush? They started offering Kush services back in January, seems like introducing the players at startup would be standard procedure upon opening.

-Kush Processing has taken the long and educational road coming into being. We are fortunate enough to have a core group of business associates at TSMI who have decades of experience with industries that have had their share of legislative challenges. We have the faith and determination to find revolutionary insights when others seem to be content to offer patchwork solutions or sit back and wait. The banks that we work with have serviced online gaming, off-track betting, payday lenders, call centers, monthly membership programs and just about any other high-risk merchant.

Third, over 500 dispensaries listed on the LCD? I was just on the website and counted a lot fewer than that, I wonder where the 500 figure comes from. Not saying there isn't over 500, but if you visit the website you won't find over 500 there on the LCD.

-There are currently 538 listed on LCD

Fourth, "we anticipate significant near-term demand for the service." With all this pent up demand for merchant management solutions, we should be rolling in new clients by now. I'd love to see a progress report on new signups. At $30k a pop, it would be easy to calculate how much revenue is being generated.

-We intend to provide periodic statistical updates in our disclosure documents.

Fifth, not Kush related, but is larger picture. How much traffic is hitting CannaNetTv on a regular basis? This figure is going to drive advertising revenue. How are we doing? I don't expect Amazon-type traffic, but it would be really nice to know if we are trending higher.

I have no doubt this will ultimately go up from here and is not a scam, yet it is very hard for me to buy for fear of throwing good money after bad...this is the psychological challenge of buy low and sell high. I also didn’t sell when up for fear of missing out. Very hard to act against human nature.

Yes that is exactly my point. The auditor is a business partner with you or you will get another one. I am in the middle of several audits and I can tell you with certainty at this point that we will be done before 4/30. Tons of companies have filing deadlines so planning and timing deadlines is normal.

Internally issued financials still showed over 500 million. They haven’t converted the shares yet.

I’m a CPA and you’re obviously not. The process is not nearly as random as you make it out to be. They will have a good sense of timing at this point.
