So we are just missing Q3 & Q4 for 2017 and then we are up to date.
Fingers crossed by end of week. Let's go UHLN!
Why do you keep pushing this scam business....
After a year of being live, having gone through many vetting processes to get here... don't you think the people overseeing these transactions would have pulled this stock if it was a scam?
Amazing how many people think that they are better sleuths than the people involved in finding these corruptions...
This is not a scam.
Not possible... minimum of 6 Months...
Very good. Thanks for the info. Definitely something to look out for.
I'm still learning here, so finding this very interesting.
Appreciate the feedback.
What is the APO Process? Learning op.
(Stolen from Wikipedia.... )
For those who are new to this process like me, read below.
An APO is a quick transaction compared to an initial public offering (IPO). At the closing of an APO, the public shell and private company sign merger documents to complete the reverse merger; file a 8K with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which is the required public disclosure of transaction; file a registration statement with the SEC to register the PIPE shares; release PIPE funds from escrow; and issue a press release announcing the completion of the transaction. The company’s stock now begins trading on the OTCBB, reflecting the new valuation.
A company can close an APO in as little as 30 – 45 days. After the close of an APO, the company is funded and has exactly the same SEC disclosure requirements as an IPO. Approximately 3 to 4 months after the completion of the APO, the company’s registration statement should clear comments and “go effective” with the SEC. When this is accomplished the company can then submit its application to obtain a listing on NASDAQ, AMEX, or NYSE. Listing approval for the exchanges typically takes about one month. At this point analyst research coverage begins and the company focuses on IR efforts, non-deal roadshow, conferences etc.
At the conclusion of a successful APO transaction, a company has received equity funding and has a base of institutional investors. The company has the sponsorship of an investment bank and is exchange listed with analyst coverage. There is now a true market value for the company and the company is positioned to raise additional capital in PIPE transactions.
Isn't NASDAQ a bit pre-emptive? Wouldn't it have to be an OTCBB first if this was truely an APO?
(it might sound like I know what I'm saying, but I just researched what constitues an APO, and this was the process....)
So let me get this right - The point of this is possibly to expand the offer of the company shares to an international market (understood to probably be the Chinese Market). Would this Increase the value of our stock, or not effect it as it would be trading on a different exchange?
Where is this from?
Lol.... or the one after...
Hoping by April.
Really? You know that?
Based on what info
No one even knows who the CEO is...
Sounds like a statemen UHLN made about 9 months ago.... still waiting on that one....
That is what I have been speculating... but according to his screengrab, it it the email address listed online. I cannot see an official listing providing incorrect information.
I don't know... we are all just basing a timeline on information from an unknown ihubber.... Not anything official. No offense to anyone on here, but who knows who is sitting behind these monikers and who knows what type of fakery is going on.
I'm skeptical of everything. I want it to win so bad though.
Mighty Bull - how about sending that email?
We are now over the hump of "early next week"
Still waiting for any type of response from the company...
So far it's only EF that has been responding to my messages... doesn't give a good sign, but we'll see what happens.
I tried to get them to confirm Everett's email or contact details, but they don't want to get involved in anything UHLN, which I understand.
I've emailed EVERY single email address related with the company, and have received ZERO.
Nope. I think something is still happening.
I don't want to bail yet. Been here too long. Fact is, this was still registered in NV, and new accountants have been brought in.
That is more real information than many of the stocks on the OTC.
Looking forward to what's ahead.
The only thing that seems to be fake is any link to EF, the UHLN website, and potentially the UHLN twitter feed.
Yeah... checked that out too...
EF is not listed there.
I noticed this too....
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/replies.aspx?msg=138313548
I just realised you can play around with the address bar and have the Nev SOS say basically anything with the US Highland update...
for example....
http://nvsos.gov/SOSEntitySearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=%252bphHp%252f6%252b4F1I%252bWgJt0W%252flA%253d%253d&CorpName=Fake+Chaddy%2c+INC.
I am now an incorporation.
What I find interesting is who sent that message, and how it was put forward before anyone noticed anything... then it was followed up by a statement by Everett as "proof"
it is beyond bizarre.
I also received that pm....
This is very peculiar...
I think you are right.
Same situation that happened before with the other website... I also think the twitter is a fake...
Look at what is listed on the .net website tab at the top of the page... "247 Stock Reporter - Just another wordpress website"
It's an amateur website purchased at GoDaddy.com
Yeah... there are too many obvious connections. They got sloppy.
From the wording on the websites, to photos of them all together for CG's dead deal, to Sal's recent consultant website listing the EF website as his website, none of it makes sense.
The only big mystery in my books is where the heck is Everett in all of this? He barely has an online footprint.
While I would like to believe that out of a whim Mighty Bull received an actual email response from Everett, I'm still skeptical that it's real.
I've emailed him several times, simple questions, basically asking the same thing as MB, and no response. Up to now, i've seen about 4 different email addy's listed on official documents, phone numbers for dead lines, and nothing official which would indicate anything is actually real. I mean Sal doesn't even associate with UHLN or anything along the line.
I'm still all in, because I like a good gamble, but I really do not know what to think... is it just someone pumping the stock to make up a shortfall, or is all this real?

Appreciate all your messages over the past quiet periods and it's good to question the DD that's put out here (I do it all the time!)
Just thought I would loop you into the conversations this past weekend. Not sure who Carl is, but he went to town with the tweets, and EF replied. Samantha Identified herself as the person responding.
It's very interesting that they are taking the position of "we were never associated with UHLN" like they don't understand why everyone is making the connection assumption. Maybe they forgot all their photos online. Many of which we can pull up from past posts on this forum, should they need a refresher.
I'd like to take their word on it, but definitely skeptical. There is not much we can do other than that I suppose. Time will tell. Hoping for a big surprise this week.
According to a tweet from them, it is not EF.
See below:

Ugh.... wish I understood this....
Rising Phoenix?
We might see news soon though... looking through the 8-k, it shows that it was reported on Jan 12 that the change happened. That was almost a month ago. If this company did not have any sales or real transactions, it shouldn't take long for financials to be up to date and filed.
I doubt this is what Everett was speaking of.
NEW EF Tweet!
It appears they are now getting agressive in distancing themselves from UHLN. I don't think anyone knows what Everett has up his sleeves. I also think it's interesting that Sal's name is not on the new Nevada Listing...
It's hard to believe that there is no interaction with EF & UHLN when you have photos with BOTH companies together for the last deal (CG), Sal posting EF on as his website online which was uncovered a week ago, and all of Sal's comments on the EF/Greg George/Samantha' LinkedIn account.
It's all quite baffling. Anyhow, have a look at the tweet below.

@*** hey Chadwick figured I’d just get it out there, I can 100% assure you and all the others messaging me that Emerging Franchises never has and will NEVER have any association with UHLN
Understood.
Looking forward to seeing what's in store.
One would think... yet the still have the facebook link there, which is dead, and a phone number that is not in service.....
Thank you MB.
I don't quite understand the actions of the company sometime. Why would they change the email address from what is listed on their own PR?
http://www.advfn.com/news_UHLN-Us-Highland-Inc-Makes-big-Strides_75958807.html
I've been trying to connect via the email listed on the official PR from the company. Now I'm seeing that the address is not the actual address.
It makes no sense to me for a company to switch from a company branded email server, to Gmail.
In any case. I've emailed him again. We'll see what pops up. Thanks for sharing your screenshots.
What side of the fence is that???
I've sent 4 emails so far, and tried calling twice... No responses.
I'm not following....
Dear John with UHLN or with CG?
What makes you think he did that last week?
It's interesting to note that on his new website, there is a review from a Spencer Yarborough who is associated with Charlie Graingers
Except he underestimated it....
Do you have a phone number you have for Everett?
You make it sound like you are connected with him like it is no issue getting a hold of him....
The question is why is Sal not associating himself or responding to ANYTHING. It was released in a PR that he was affiliated. This should not be secret news. He should be able to respond at least indicating his involvement.
Do you happen to have a Phone number for Everett?
Why did he only respond to your email?
Can't post photos here but below is a word grab from Sal's LinkedIn:

I'm not sure what the angle is here... my biggest questions are 1) Why have we not heard from the company yet? 2) Why has Sal rebranded himself as a consultant, apparently breaking away from what was thought to be his involvement in UHLN, 3)Is UHLN actually real?
4) Why did Sal unfollow me on LinkedIn :P
Also, the messages you linked are still posted. That was not anything important. Sam regularly posts online, and Sal usually either likes or comments. Same thing happens with Greg George's posts.
In any case. This was the first time Sal in a long time where the link was there for everyone to see.
