I see it a different way. If the results were bad, a phone call would have done it. If the results were borderline, a delay tactic would have been employed. If the results were good enough (read NSAI plus) than meetings following the drilling campaign are in order without delay to meet JDA timings and National interests.

Therefore since they are having meetings in March following a first round of drilling which just concluded in Jan can be considered pretty quick, I would chalk up results as a "positive".

We have to remember that the JDA includes STP reps, so the way SNP conducts itself in these meetings or in the JDZ, will be fully known by STP for their EEZ auction. In other words, if SNP tries to play hardball here (JDZ), they may end up cutting off their own lifeline to further expansion into the EEZ (unless they are happy with only two blocks from ERHE :0) )

Overall, I don't think the discussions that are taking place in boardrooms are whether ERHE is going to survive or not. I think the conversations are "are we worth $10 PPS or $3 PPS?". No matter what, that's a lot more than current .64 PPS!

I also do think this is interesting. The first time I read that article about the Arrow buy out.

They received $4 cash per share and shares of a new listed company. Now, the article did say that they expected other bidders to bring the price up. But the mechanism of the buy out is what I found interesting.

What if, we did receive the rumoured $3-4 cash plus (this is the part missing from Marks contacts) shares of the new AIM listed ERHE?

interesting to say the least.

In my opinion, I don't think blck 5 and 6 really matter since they are relatively small with no free carry. If they do matter, than the 2x15% blcks in the EEZ matter as well.

If a company buys out ERHE, let's say SNP or Total, they would also buy all there rights. This means that the courts would not have a small little minnow fighting for their rights, they would have very big companies fighting for what's their's!

The big hurdle was the drilling in block 2,3 and 4 and making sure that STP gives us our 2 x 100% blocks. Those were the core of our holdings, we got them, we are now ready.

I really like the way you come across as a genuine guy that seems to know exactly how to brush over the goods and accent the perceived negatives. If you were genuine investor or even a genuine trader you wouldn't try to engage the board in idle chit chat about really stupid stuff, other then using it as a jumping board for your own agenda.

You have been here for what, a whole 2 or 3 days......wow well done.

The stuff you are asking is really basic, I mean, my 14 year old would grasp it quicker basic. C'mon, don't try to save us, we are beyond saving. Don't try to sway us, we are way beyond that. I'm a short timer here with 7 years in this stock and every March of every years, guys like you show up. Just study for yourself and really think about how you formulate your next post. Since you didn't get the hint, before, perhaps this post will help. If not, well it wouldn't be a surprise.

Well, since we are talking real money here, why don't you read every single link in the iBox. Once you're done that, read every single news release on google for ERHE for the last 6 or 7 years. Then scan through every single iHub posts for the last 7 years or so. Then, I think you will have a good understanding as to where your money is going.

At that point, you too will realize that what Mark is saying is pretty much withing the realm of what most of us here believe.

We are not discussing how much the sale price is, we know "a" price in some form or other of greater than current valuation will come.

We are not discussing SNP will buy us out, we know Sharks are looking at us and they will come.

We are not discussing a PR arriving Monday morning at 9 am, we know release of results are innevitable.

We are not discussing the 100% accuracy of anyones posts, we know that we are looking at different pieces of information and triangulating a likely outcome.

But since we are talking about real money here, perhaps you should go back to the top of this post...

I agree tamtam, they went too cheap. But then again, I did not realize the cash crunch that was looming for AXC. Therefore that, I'm sure, played on the "available" buy out price!

This is not the case for ERHE! We have cash to sustain 5 years, we have free carry throughout, we have great rights that will bring us more money and free carry.

I agree with today and tomorrow would be very telling. I maintain a "reserved optimism" for this week. We have been here on the charts before, but never with such great events;

1. 4 blocks drilled in JDZ
2. 2 100% free first choice (imo) blocks from EEZ
3. All SEC legal stuff done and over with
4. Chinese courting us (imo, the same way AXC was courted for months before anyone knew)

yep reserved optimism, but damned keen on seeing today's trading!
