I don't think any of us should make any assumptions regarding the details of a private company's deal. Bruce keeps his cards so close to his chest, I wouldn't make any assumptions regarding sales either. I think it's impossible for us to conclude that bad stuff is happening or that no stuff is happening. He's always been pretty secretive.
Not sure what price you're looking at. It's not below. 025
Good call on .0241. Third-party certification is not needed if VP is only a protective and connecting layer of the overall application.
It's all meaningless unless you are a swing trader.
Secrets are not held this long? Why aren't they? Do any of us know all there is to know about VLDI? Or are there still secrets being held? None of us have seen the product demonstrated. That tells me that secrets are indeed held this long. The engagement of basic logic would serve this forum well.
Psychology 101. Covering up for being caught by using humor. Nice try, Dave
Quantify the phrase "roof caves in". Give us a few predictive events that will happen due to the caving roof
Yeah, the RSA conference has done such a bang up job of solving the world's cyber security problems in the past. If it wasn't for the RSA, the world would be experiencing massive security breaches.
Oh..... Wait
Only 14 trading days AFTER your prediction
Those aren't facts. Those are characterizations. They're meaningless. There's nothing to quantify those statements. Basically as worthless as the cut and paste crap I see everyday
Thou shalt not defend the company.
Thou shalt not offend the detractors.
VLDI iHub Commandments
BigBaboon, you say that 2017 will be the year for VLDI to grow. What does that mean? What will that look like? The growth of this company.... will it result in a higher stock price? Will it result in user endpoint accumulation? Result in revenues? I'm interested to know what your opinion is and how you characterize this company's future growth.
I am troubled by phrases such as "in the weeks to come", "as we move forward", and "qualified prospects".
There are always weeks to come. It can be said that we are always moving forward even if it's in the wrong direction. And anyone can be a qualified Prospect. What does it take to qualify them? That's a completely subjective definition.
I am equally troubled at the integrity of this forum. I still want to know what the penny preachers question was that was not allowed to stand even though the answer to that question was allowed to stand. If we're going to engage in an honest and open discussion, the admins of this board can't have a hidden agenda or edit the content in such an unfair manner. If you're going to allow the answer to a question, you have to allow the question itself as well.
None of the posting rules apply in this case. Someone is allowed to answer a question that is not appropriate to the discussion? But the question itself is allowed to be posted? That makes no sense

Yeah. How can that be? I want to know what the Penny Preachers question was.
LTG, I'm still waiting for those 2s you spoke of. When is that supposed to happen again? I need to accumulate
Dead Rabbits!!!
It's impossible to know if his information is baseless. In order to determine that, you have to know everything that he knows. That certainly calls for speculation.
Without a doubt we, as investors, need answers to the questions presented on this board. Not because they have been presented on this board, but because they are good and prudent questions. We deserve to know the status of the rollout, the progress being made within the sales process from a pipeline that should have been built months and months ago, and possibly even share an online demonstration of the product.
Anything less is disrespectful to investots that have a significant amount of money put into his operation. It's not fair to insist that we just trust him without any concrete reason to convey that trust.
Surwin, I completely understand where you're coming from. Trust me, I've had a moment to regret a time or two during my investment with this company. However, I think I know what Bruce is trying to accomplish and why the extreme secrecy is necessary. My theory on Bruce's approach is that he's busy building a bigger bowling ball to try and knock down all the pins at once. He's not trying to pick up the spare or taking a chance on washing out or a1,2, 7 split. Sorry about the bowling analogy, but that's really the way that I see it.
I think there may be a ton of things going on behind the scenes which is the nature of a company that has mid-ware. If that's happening, we wouldn't be privy to such activities. I also think that's purposeful. Knock all the pins down at once
A proven product that you can actually see or a proven product that you have actually gained some knowledge of is not what this company is about.
This can make being an investor in validian frustrating from time to time. However, I think we all need to get over the idea that we are so self-important that Bruce would just start handing over the nature of his technology, it's code, and it's business relationships on the level that we demand.
You can try and base your judgments of what Bruce is doing on past press releases, at cetera. I don't want to. I base my beliefs on the idea that this is a rapidly changing sector full of pitfalls. That's the nature of cybersecurity itself. Those who would make a living by breaching the security infrastructure of Industries and agencies are in a constant state of metamorphosis. The Advent of mobile communication and the complexities of an ever-changing enemy in the cyber world requires diligence, research and development, and the ability to stay on top of the enemy.
Much like an Olympic wrestler, the opponent is constantly changing his tactics in an attempt to wear down the wrestler. The opponent is constantly moving which requires a changing defense mechanism. This is why I am patient.
It all comes down to trust and believe. I, for one, believe in Bruce Ben and those he has contracted to Aid with the development of the product. With that in mind, I believe that vindication and the payoff will come soon. It could be today, it could be next month, it could be next year. For those that believe as I do, we are riding the wave. Surf's Up!
Pal, I'll buy your shares at twice what you think they're worth. Pal, I'll buy them at .002. That should relieve you of any further stress.
Just because you DON'T WANT to read between the lines doesn't mean that you SHOULDN'T read between the lines.
The fact that you don't want to read between the lines certainly indicates that you will not and have not read between the lines. It will cost you. Be warned
Tuesday Newsday! Thanks dranesthesia
Charts and other predictability tools are utterly meaningless in this particular case. In addition, breaking through the dime barrier is completely meaningless as well. None of that stuff is going to mean anything once the business plan takes effect.
Clean it up, painted down. It's all about the acquisition
Yeah, there are no short sellers in VLDI. The 111 shares that were utilized weren't a paint down at all. That was just some big investor trying to liquidate some assets. Come on guys, are you kidding me?
I also detect a slight scent of big news in the air.
Surwin is indeed correct. If vldi doesn't have a working product, then they would not be able to command even two hundred million dollars as a buyout. The problem is that VLDI does indeed have a working product. The detractors on this page think that if they haven't seen it, it doesn't exist. This is specifically part of Bruce's plan. That's not spin, that's his plan.
And Validian is not banking strictly on a mobile messaging app. I don't know where that characterization comes from.
And again, you can't claim that Validian failed every beta test and field test. You can't move to a field test without having passed a beta test first. Still haven't heard any explanation for that.
That certainly is true. I'm not going to pretend to know exactly how Validian would be valued outside of endpoint population. However, as the application modules begin to create more end points, it can only help the valuation of the company. Good point though
Dranesthesia is correct. If Bruce has the technology he says he does, AND HE DOES, then 100M endpoints becomes a probability, not just a possibility. Validian could conceivably demand a premium acquisition price of $10B. That would place the share price somewhere near $15. I think that 300M-900M endpoints is a definite possibility, IMO.
The long-term investors in this forum have one General belief: this company is creating a technology that is so revolutionary, it could change the entire mobile web. If we are right, then this would become one of the single greatest investment opportunities of the 21st century or 20th century. I for one am in this for the Long Haul! Good luck to everyone.
I guess we're all supposed to conclude that Solana has decided to partner with a company that doesn't have a working technology. Is that going to be the next argument?
The time to get in is right now if you haven't yet. As sure as the sun sets, this is about to go dark forever. Get your shares now! Build a strong position or wallow in regret. It's up to you. Get it done now or lose out on the greatest stock opportunity of our lifetime
This stock is about to make history. Contrary to the detractors, the stock is going to absolutely explode. The technology is solid, it is being utilized, and it is receiving glowing reviews from very large corporations. Just because it doesn't show up in the normal sources, doesn't mean it's not true. Secrecy is a brilliant plan and I want to congratulate the longs associated with this stock. You're about to be rewarded handsomely
Nope. You're missing out on the strategy. But since you believe what you believe, you have decided to get out of this stock right?
The product rollout is going well and we are about to be acquired. Proof? It's there if you read the previous PRs and understand the rules that I believe Bruce is operating under.
So you've gotten out of the stock then, right?
What? How does that work?
Fascinating. How did a company led by an utter failure manage to drive a stock to $7 per share?
Is it your contention that you would rather have him watching the calendar than securing a more solid Financial footing or securing end points?
Here is my future PR.
Ha-ha ha-ha ha-ha ha-ha ha-ha!!!!
