Since the entire industry has floundered it is not to late for TRTC.
Or it's to late for the entire industry. Which would be a stupid idea now that 2020 elections will be using the mobilizing force of putting MJ on the ballot in several states that don't like plants they can not chew things will be changing quicker.
Fact is there is cash on the balance sheet and every minute their stores are open generates more.
August the 8th will show a positive cash balance. You want to bet?
Revisiting Sacramento Grow operations
Terra Tech Corporation is listed as being the 'tenant' of 76,800 square feet leased in the same complex where one unit,Suite A, 8040 square feet is being advertised as available for $3,750,000.
It looks like TRTC uses all of the space except the one unit being sold.
And within that 76,800 it appears there are four units with cultivation and two units doing manufacturing.

Tornadoes in Kansas - either a shelter or a solid basement. I was newly stationed at Ft Riley and had no idea how numerous the tornadoes were.
But with earthquakes probably a slab is better.
Shipping Marijuana across the seas is a ridiculous idea. Every country there can grow their own when it is legalized in every country and the cost of a ship is not variable it's a fixed rate.
If you don't understand, get a case of your favorite water shipped to your house and look at the cost of the shipping and then think about trying to sell that water by the bottle to make up for the costs - it ain't gonna happen.
Nope, Canadian MJ companies have to have access to the US market
New startups always have dreams bigger than their abilities. In my lifetime only two have actually dreamed big and gone further than those dreams- Amazon and Tesla.
I would have loved to be alive with Edison and Carnegie. Now I wish I was young enough to see the end results of Bezos and Musk.
The worst part about the whole mess is that there are kids getting arrested in one state doing what is legal in another. What happened to equal treatment under the law?
It's not so much the companies - except the ones like Canntrust that are actually caught cheating. Looks like their name should have been Can'ttrust - it's the rules, regulations and enorcement from the states/provinces and the illegality at the US Federal level.
My #1 rule - Follow your own council.
I would not recommend any OTC penny stock or MJ stock if you are investing money you care about. I can not stress that enough. Anyone's money would be better spent paying off personal debt than on any of the stocks on that list.
That said, I like several and have had traded almost every stock on that list. All of them have their problems and I would not keep any of them permanently. All of them need the US to legalize the plant on the Federal level to actually do well.
Best of luck
This is the OTC penny market and anything more than a quarter is just ancient BS for the Manure Moguls. I don't see you as part of that crowd but don't understand your concern for a stock you don't own.
No one in their right mind would see The Green Organic Dutchman as a failed company yet it's high to low was 80% loss.
If Canada does not have access to the US market they might as well grow tulips in those green houses. Even if the US legalizes cannabis tomorrow it would be a long time before the Canadian companies can ship any MJ across the boarder - that has to pass the Commerce Department and they always protect American business interests.
So while the US companies are stuck the Canadians are screwed.
Losses in the MJ industry are industry wide
The lows stated were the low prices after the yearly high.
Disclaimer I have owned most of these stocks at one time or another and watch them daily.
The dull knife in the rack would see TGOD at 1.61 as a disaster. I saw it as an opportunity.
TRTC could be either and I will rely on the CEO doing what he stated he would do, stop relying on dilution to grow and increase margins while using low performing entities and unused licenses to grow the business until better financing can be found. You are free to rely on folks who have no stake, often lie, and seem to have an agenda not aligned with investors or the company.
In the last year TRTC had a high of 2.53 and is now .37
The below shows that we are having an industry wide problem due to inept state, province and federal governments along with supply inequities, unclear regulations, banking problems in the states and a ridiculous tax that was originally formed to insure any illegal businesses do not profit from their illegal conduct.
Or the entire industry is trying to steal your pennies.
Only a real dull knife would believe the latter.
Many of the below have no issues with financing TRTC did finance millions in growth with shares. That is the nature of virtually all Publicly traded US OTC penny stocks.
Only a dim bulb would think growth is either to be avoided or believe it will not dilute the price.
The real buried landmines in this list are the Canadian stocks with huge debts and with revenues that would be unable to equal their stated value in several decades. If the US continues to be illegal federally then Canada's market is Canada and given their spending sprees they will not survive if they can not get access to the US market. TRTC, on the other hand is having issues because of the inability to obtain decent financing and the CEO stated plan if followed will yield benefits.
So in reality our uninvested pests should go do a public service at CGC. The first landmine set to explode with US Federal legalization.

With training - yes. Or do you actually think Science is fake news?
It's the market.
Or they are all in a death spiral.
Several are on their way to a new recent low CVSI almost in the 3's HEXO at 4.3's ACB back in the 6's
No mystery involved. Growing weed is no different that growing any cash crop. Every farmer goes through the same issues.
I have heard it all kiddo from former employees who thought their jobs were safe because their abilities were irreplaceable - no one is irreplaceable and everything is trainable. It's why we are the super predator on this planet, we learn.
What a master grower does is exactly what any farmer does.
Once farmers became college educated Agriculture specialists is when Jethro the 'Corn and Wheat' master lost his job and farms became consolidated.
It is absolutely hilarious how some folks think weed is rocket science. It's growing tomatoes. In fact, tomatoes are probably harder since there are so many varieties.
When the spread sheet says the cost is down and the revenues is up the business blooms and that's a fact jack and that grower will be label ed 'Master Grower' until he fails or the company finds a cheaper, better, faster grower.
It almost sounds like somebody got fired by DP. Who was that dead beat?
Who tends the Course in Augusta? Some guy with a degree from a good AG school. Again, nothing special about marijuana. It's a plant.
Anything one can do, we can all do. It's a teachable job.
University of Maryland is already starting to teach it.
As for the 'Master' designation it would either be management or law enforcement to designate that title given the illegality of the job for decades.
Heck, I know a guy who grows all his weed and has done so for years. He must be a master grower. His one customer loves his shit.
Who's Derek's brother in law?
"The future Blüm CBD is positioned to be easily accessible and draw high volumes of customers on North 4th Street, located just 100 feet from the world-famous Fremont Street Experience which attracts more than 14 million annual visitors. The design of the store will be reflective of new Blüm store concepts and the artful vibe of downtown Las Vegas. Blüm CBD is expected to have an eye-catching façade and a bright and modern interior with modular displays in place to keep the visual merchandising of the store fresh, clean and organized."

Not talking of management. Low level employees are abundant. But you are right I am not in California now. I lived in Sacramento. Stop over thinking what people say. Read the words and don't assume.
But here's the thing, pot heads seem to think there is something mystical with a plant.
There is nothing mystical.
The hedge funds are building the industry and they don't give a flip about the smell, taste or effect. They are interested in the cost vs profit - nothing else. So whether one is investing in camel dung or marijuana it's all the same.
Everything one needs to know is knowable and it doesn't take much effort.
Well, MJ is now legal in California. Before that there were plenty of folks employed in the illegal market. Now those folks can work legally. A boon to the employers of experienced MJ folks.
I did not say they did not know about. I said they did not care. Apparently if they grew for a decade - their neighbors did not care.
One thing that Trump has right is debt is good. You don't pay taxes on debt.
I watched a video of a system in Europe several months ago, (I think it was Europe), for growing crops indoors that was a racking hydroponics system that was working great for those plants. The racks would rotate the plants in and out of the sunlight based on their needs.
Nutrients, sunlight, atmosphere and room.
Isn't that about all a plant needs?
The engineer side of me seems to think you can create the conditions to grow any plant anywhere.
Kinda like kids. Dress and feed them for the climate and stand back and watch them grow to big for their britches.
The illegal market may be the cheapest way to acquire shake and bake grow areas. If they operated illegally for years apparently it's not going to be a problem for residents plus there may soon be a resource to get experienced MJ folks.
It was such an easy stock to trade back in the day. Lots of pay days.
Two thumbs up - U Cmon
Food for thought - a mind is a terrible thing to confuse.

August 2019 the new tenant will take over - TRTC.

Apparently the City knew it was for cannibis. According to what I see it won't be TRTC's until August. Looking for previous owner. Supposedly a Cannabis grow operation legal? illegal? Who knows.
I'm guessing legal since the city approved a cannibis grow operation in that building according to the city.
Looks like a lot of work was done or is being done.

Thinking of writing a book -
Once upon a time a mean old rag writer and a greedy little short pig got together to take a stock price down in order to profit from impending good news twice - down for the pig and then up for the rag writer and his shares in the company.

Short reporting is difficult to find except after the fact. Our shorts keep up on the companies they short and pair it to normal dilution or poor report. That said you can get an idea by looking at the OTC reports that report interest and volume. both tell you something different - best to google what they are actually able to tell you.
One dead give away is when the pests all show up - especially a couple that always seem to predict the swings.
I began keeping book on the pumpers and dumpers 5 years ago and it pays off knowing.
3.7 million for a sizable, already ready, grow operations. Not bad!
Sacramento.
