Word is finally starting to spread! This should see 500+ retweets by the end of the day. And as a numbers game, that should result in a couple people adding here or opening a position. This is about to get fun!!
$TPAC Good points! Only $260k in non-convertible debt to repay $TPAC co-founder for factory loan. That is going to be a drop in the bucket for them. And the best part, it can be repaid on any schedule they determine; need not be paid in full, all at once.
$TPAC Meeting should still be on for Friday. This approval was likely made to happen before the meeting so terms can either be discussed or finalized. This is just the start.
$TPAC Oh yeah!! Here it comes!!!!

$TPAC Let's make it happen. Going to be spreading the word between now and then!
$TPAC Nice work, everyone! We're up to over 100 retweets. Let's keep this spreading. It's going to be crazy once enough people get word of this. We have the products, the certifications, and the developments behind the scenes; and also, let's need not forget the huge O/S retirement going on as we speak.
It's a numbers game from here. The company will be landing more and more meetings/contracts, which is on them. It's a numbers game for us. How many eyes can we get on this one? We've gained over 100 boardmarks since the 17th; we had 399 then and 503 now. Also, in Dec, there were 1909 shareholders of record according to the company profile on otc markets. We may have over 2000 people in this by now, and more on the way!!
$TPAC Thanks, Freshy! It sure was. This is only 3hrs old. Wait until it catches on!!

$TPAC (Speculative Calculations Based on Boeing; Updated 12/27/15):
Here is a quick speculative calculation on potential Boeing orders; just being based on the recent 737 advanced orders. These calculations will not include other aircraft nor will it include repairs and replacement parts needed by current and future aircraft in operation.
Boeing Sees 3,000 Advanced Orders for New 737 at low key event:
http://www.hngn.com/articles/158504/20151209/...vent-3.htm
$TPAC 2014 Business Plan; pg 1 states that each aircraft needs 3,000 bearings at a value of $500,000 per aircraft. The infogrpahic on the bottom of pg 10 confirms that 3,000 is the correct number.
Quote from pg 1:
Validation of Business Model
The Company has established a manufacturing facility in the Luogang Scientific and Technology Center
in Guangzhou, China through its subsidiary, Godfrey China, to manufacture aerospace quality selflubricating
and standard spherical bearings, rod ends and bushings (collectively, “Bearings”). Over 3,000
of these parts (approximately $500,000 worth) are used in every aircraft and must be replaced regularly.
Source: http://tpacbearings.com/sites/default/files/t...s-plan.pdf
3,000 bearings * $500,000 = $1,500,000,000 in bearings for all 3,000 of the 737's on advanced order.
Will we land all of these? I highly doubt it. Instead, I'm going to divide the order by seven, seeing as we are only one of seven bearing companies in the world that is NAVAIR certified.
$1,500,000,000/7 = $214,285,714.29 (pennies to the right of the decimal place rounded up from .286 to .29).
This is what I believe to be the higher end of our potential. This does not include COMAC, the other international aerospace parts distributor, automotive, marine, alternative(robotics, heavy machinery, industrial application), nor does it include any other present or future relationships within the aerospace industry.
Our bearings are currently NAVAIR tested and approved at 25,000 rotations; as we are upgraded to 100,000 rotations, as previously discussed some time ago, we will likely acquire that much more business.
$TPAC (Updated DD: 12/27/15)Here is a company with no convertible debt and that has stated repeatedly that it will not R/S unless to uplist while already in a position of strength; company will also not take on any new convertible notes. There is a wealth of information on TPAC to take heed of, some of which I will provide and other info which can be turned up doing your own independent research as I have. On top of being a stock free of toxic financing and that will not R/S, we have a CEO that communicates regularly with shareholders via email and Twitter.
Bill McKay, CEO, strikes me as a gentleman and a person of integrity, something rarely seen in the OTC. The management team here consists of many aerospace veterans with ties to the major players in the field. Bill was also CEO and founder of Harbin and of CEO Acromil Corporation: http://www.acromil.com/ He is a B.A., J.D., and M.B.A. His bio can be found on the 'Management Team' link pasted below.
Greg Archer, Director for TPAC, spent 24 years as an executive with Northrup Grumman. While this is impressive, both in terms of loyalty and position, it is the connection to the higher-ups in supply and procurement that matter, seeing as Northrup just won the Pentagon bid - for the first time in decades - to an $80B dollar bomber contract for the Navy and Air Force(see 'Bomber Contract' link below).
In order to sell to the govt., a company needs a CAGE code. TPAC has one. In order to sell aerospace parts, NAVAIR certification is needed. We are one of only six companies in the U.S. that is NAVAIR certified, and the only one company in China that has NAVAIR cert. China just announced COMAC's 174 passenger C919 as competitor to U.S. counterparts Boeing and Airbus. We are also the only producer of self-lubricating bearings in China and thus serve to provide them with deep discounts on importation and taxes. Our bearings are approved at 25k rotations and are soon to be tested at 100k rotations, with degradation rate at the aforementioned turns being less than the thickness of a human hair. We also have a few very coveted aerospace certs: SAE-AS 81820 and SAE-AS 81934. As a quick aside, NAVAIR takes, on average, 5yrs and several million dollars - not to mention patience and meticulous completion of paperwork - to acquire; we have.
In the works are two acquisitions and a joint venture. Upon completion of the acquisitions, Mr. McKay will be buying back $2M in TPAC common shares. We are also looking at purchase orders of varying sizes coming down the pipeline. Many parts have already been trialed and some have already received approval. Substantive PR to come. (See Twitter conversation below).
****Update 12/8/15 TPAC Begins 1.8B Share Buyback: http://www.marketwatch.com/story/trans-pacifi...2015-12-09 *****
***********UPDATE: ( PR from 12/10/15; First, I will post a quote that aligns with the Twitter conversation below, and then I will post the link to the news itself)
Quote: ". We have worked very hard in the development and marketing of these bearings and are the only company in China able to meet the exacting blueprint requirements for performance"
COMAC may be a strong possibility as a current and future partner. This is China's version of Boeing or Airbus. The C919 is COMAC's new 174 passenger jet. $100k purchase order is in my opinion a test run; and should it go well..... yes, exactly - money in the bank and a lot of other smaller companies ordering from us, COMAC's bearing supplier.

Boeing in Brief:
Boeing is the world's largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial jetliners and defense, space and security systems. A top U.S. exporter, the company supports airlines and U.S. and allied government customers in 150 countries. Boeing products and tailored services include commercial and military aircraft, satellites, weapons, electronic and defense systems, launch systems, advanced information and communication systems, and performance-based logistics and training.
Boeing has a long tradition of aerospace leadership and innovation. The company continues to expand its product line and services to meet emerging customer needs. Its broad range of capabilities includes creating new, more efficient members of its commercial airplane family; integrating military platforms, defense systems and the warfighter through network-enabled solutions; creating advanced technology solutions; and arranging innovative customer-financing options.
With corporate offices in Chicago, Boeing employs more than 165,000 people across the United States and in more than 65 countries. This represents one of the most diverse, talented and innovative workforces anywhere. Our enterprise also leverages the talents of hundreds of thousands more skilled people working for Boeing suppliers worldwide.
Boeing is organized into two business units: Boeing Commercial Airplanes and Boeing Defense, Space & Security. Supporting these units are Boeing Capital Corporation, a global provider of financing solutions; Shared Services Group, which provides a broad range of services to Boeing worldwide; and Boeing Engineering, Operations & Technology, which helps develop, acquire, apply and protect innovative technologies and processes.
Boeing U.S. Impact:
Boeing in the States 2015: The Boeing Company and its subsidiaries had over 152,000 employees working in 49 states as of December 31, 2014. These businesses include production suppliers and non-production vendors, as well as subsidiaries of companies to which Boeing made other payments. In 2014, Boeing contributed over $127 million to U.S. nonprofit organizations. In addition, Boeing employees invested more than $41 million into their communities through combined giving programs, including the Employees Community Fund, one of the largest employee-owned funds in the world.

Recently, the 8k was only supposed to have 200M shares retired and instead showed 300M retired. The full buyback was only supposed to be 1.8B, a billion of which is already retired, and he then announced the company will continue buying back after that is complete. I see this is good, through and through.

$TPAC Well said, Jonny! This is not the time to be selling. This looked like it was going to be a red day early on, but then out of nowhere, Boeing approval is announced. Company is buying back shares too. They want the float as small as possible on the day they announce the actual Boeing contract. Today was just the approval and a big hint to get in or to add.
$TPAC Thanks for the backup on that, TIWARIG! I'm getting word out on ihub's most posted boards, and on another investment site as well. This update is only an hour old and is the start of something huge!
$TPAC Today's Boeing Announcement has less than 30 ReTweets as of this posting. Let's get the news out so people know what's going on here!!! This is the start of something big. The next news to come will likely be contract news. I would not expect a PR until after the meeting on 1/8/16 or upon the completion to terms of a secured and finalized contract. We may get a mega PR that announces quite a bit more than just Boeing. This is headed nowhere but good.
$TPAC Way to play, Mach! 2016 is going to be great!!
$TPAC Boeing would not approve anyone they do not actively intend to purchase from. We are only one of a few NAVAIR certified bearing companies in the world. We are the only NAVIAR certified company in China. Boeing China is damn near in the bag. Why would Boeing want to pay import taxes and shipping when they can get a premier supplier that is domestic? This may be the start of something international, but China is almost as sure as a lock.
Company is buying back shares. Per Twitter, 1B O/S have been retired so far as part of the 1.8B share retirement program. Company will continuing buying back after 1.8B O/S retirement is fulfilled. All of this information is now public knowledge.
We're off to the races! 2016 is going to be big!!
$TPAC I'm very much looking forward to our first big bullish candle. This has been a nice, steady rise. Now we have Boeing approval as of today, a meeting with Boeing on 1/8/16, and the company is buying back shares to retire alongside the longs, the flippers, and the shorts looking to cover. Institutional buying may begin in large blocks at any time now. Looking forward to seeing a SEC-13G Statement of Ownership filing pop up. $TPAC is doing it!
$TPAC Much appreciated!
$TPAC Exactly. This was not an announcement of a contract. This was $TPAC getting formal approval to be a Boeing supplier. The meeting with Boeing is on 1/8/16. We will likely get details within the couple of days or weeks to follow that meeting. All that said, we are in the door!
$TPAC You and me both, Beepah. I was going to load until 100M shares but somehow talked myself out of it and just held what I currently have. Either way, this is going to be great. Hope you have even greater fortune and get your wish to be an insider here!
$TPAC It sure is, Abazaba! You and I are in a couple amazing plays together. I think SIRG is going to be one of our other big ones this year. Patience pays! This one really is a gem!!
$TPAC Nice work! I can't wait until this hits +.02 so you, your family and the rest of your team have $1M or more! I'm holding +20M here since .0004. Congratulations to all of you, Sbetten! May this be a wonderful year!
$TPAC Looking great on today's Boeing Approval! Congrats to anyone on the $Pistol Pete$, $Mick$ & Friends Stock Picks Board in on this play!!
$TPAC This just a whole different kind of exciting here!
$TPAC Great chart, Pistol! Thanks for all of the great DD!! Looking forward to a great year here!
$TPAC I'm very excited to see what info is about to surface. I think there is a lot more lined up behind the scenes than any of us have been privy to!
$TPAC Welcome to the team, G_Lee! This is going to be an awesome year here!
