Patience? Been here 3 years, been through it all except through the first rise from .002 back in 2017.
BYOC team has been making great progress and now it's ready to grow and expand, as can be seen with PRs, contracts, dollar volume, pps, etc
Umm, it ran 1600% BYOC
Clearly nobody cares if there was dilution. I really don't think there is anymore dilution at this point based on dollar volume.
So who bought up all the dilution, which was for debt, back in June/July and October? Hmm
That last debt is Discover Growth and based on filings, that most likely is bye bye.
So you guys have not much if anything to complain about, lololololol
Seeming that the chart is well intact considering the drop, we're still very much in an uptrend like somebody just mentioned. In fact the chart is reset, ready to head back up.
But keep up the scare, you'll probably get some weak minded fools.
Buhahaha... I couldn't agree more, exactly how we're seeing it, as well. We rose 1600% and now the sky is falling, smfh.
Got to love those opinions by people who have never posted on BYOC before February, to try and persuade the weak and weak minded to sell thier shares. Yawn, it happens
All it takes is to read the following:
1: filings on otcmarkets.com. Read between the lines in some sections.
2: PR's from as far back as 2017... you'll see Boustead Securities involved way back then, and now there's Mr Gurley on the BOD.
3: Recent contracts last 6 months
Among many many other facts and tidbits.
People do DD in the OTC? ... on penny stocks? Is that what it takes to find the 1%s?
You mean BYOC is a life changer 1% out of all the other 99% that are scams... wow, who knew.
It's been a long, rough 3 years, but its going to be well worth the wait, plus what I've learned through everything will help me for the rest of my life.
Lastly, let's all keep in mind the reason why we're here... Geordan, the BOD, and the rest of the BYOC team! Nobody thanks them for their hard work day in day out, plus all the other "riff raff" they get (which is absolutely crazy the type of people there are in the world!!) due to being an OTC pink company. Those people should be ASHAMED of themselves!
The NASDAQ photo is also NOT photoshopped, I just posted the original on Twitter and Sticktwits.
Qualtrics is listed as a competitor on BYOCs 10K, I'd expect it still to be there in the annual filing coming up this next month.
Under HIPAA, both covered entities and their business associates must be compliant with the law.
Complying with HIPAA is important for healthcare software companies because it will be a requirement for practices and other covered entities to choose to use and integrate that software.
This basically opens the door to getting more customers, as Geordan mentioned in the PR.
HIPAA compliant: so why is this important? Here's a good read for why it's important to software companies:
https://www.accountablehq.com/post/hipaa-and-software-development
February 22, 2021 Beyond Commerce, Inc. a provider of B2B internet marketing analytics, technologies and services, announced today the addition of Astrid360, a technology solution which helps automate its internal software processes in regards to being HIPAA compliant.
So why is this important for BYOC shareholders, since someone was asking why "profitability" is important(smgdfh). This gives yet another avenue for revenue generation and to gain additional customers in the growing healthcare industry, which is great when their software has profit margins in the 60's percentile. Just adds to the bottom line, which continues to further develop the business and growth.
Thanks warfare, I never have a problem saying i'm wrong, as god knows I've learned a ton just with this stock these past few years... however I'd then say this can't be more than a "partial gap" since Friday's range is absolutely humongous. But I'll always say things can be interpreted wrong, and I will admit I do that often.
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/g/gap.asp
Either way, we'll see in the morning and in a few weeks, none of us will give a damn what tomorrow morning brings... cause it's going to be fun from here on out, as you are surmising.
Nope, look it up or ask warefartrader... he's been pretty dead on accurate.
It would have to open lower than .0051 or higher than .0109 for there to be a gap... gaps happen when the open price is outside of the previous trading days range. A gap lower isn't going to matter anyway, lol
So there will be no gap, but if there was, let's shoot for one with an opening at 5 cents. Just kidding, but we'll get to that price soon.
I'm done responding and suggest everyone else to mute it, as you suggested.
how will it benefit the shareholder if they continue to post a profit
Buhahaha, you clearly need another profession. That most CERTAINLY adds value to the business and thus shareholders...now I've heard it all.
Sooo instead of paying, what would have been 28% in taxes, that savings(cash) goes right back into the business for them to further grow, here are some examples:
1: Build CASH reserves
2: Make acquisitions/ joint ventures/ Partnerships
3: increase marketing/ strategic plans for more growth
4: New product development
5: Share buybacks
6: Among others
Thanks for the laughs, omg
Damn, I am GOOD... nailed it.

And let's just take care of the next thing they'll try to make look bad, the net operating losses.
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/l/losscarryforward.asp
A good read of this article:
Example of Loss Carryforward
Imagine a company lost $5 million one year and earned $6 million the next. The carryover limit of 80% of $6 million is $4.8 million. The full loss from the first year can be carried forward on the balance sheet to the second year as a deferred tax asset.
The loss, limited to 80% of income in the second year, can then be used in the second year as an expense on the income statement. It lowers net income, and therefore the taxable income, for that year to $1.2 million. A $200,000 deferred tax asset ($5 million - $4.8 million) will remain on the balance sheet.
BYOC has around 50 million, meaning the tax burden, well let's just say for all practical intensive purposes, goes pretty low into the single digits, say 2%. Since we have a president who will raise taxes on corporate businesses(28%), this is a great thing to have.
I will leave your imagination on what that means when revenues and profits grow.
You and I have been here awhile... it all sounds way to familiar, doesn't it?
Funny thing is it doesn't even matter, BYOC is grossly undervalued when looking at everything. What will they say next when news is released, there's zero debt, among other surprises.
It's quite comical, but that's otcland/ihub. Can't wait to leave.
Yep, there's a few of us been here a long time, a couple even longer than Gumz! I'm technically a short timer(lol), been in since Jan of 2018 and after the huge run, cause I didn't know about it until too late... then I bought the dips... then George passed away...
So It's been quite the adventure.
Not me, never. But you know just as much as I did, that this day was coming. Loving this, omfg
No doubt there are short term bagholders, lol.
But the longer term bagholders will be quite fine, the few that are still around that is.
I'm one of those "happy" long term bagholders, don't underestimate us.
No gap!!
Yes, my family and I have a TON of shares... as well as my extended family....
I'm right there with ya on every aspect of your entire post, been accumulating (added today actually) for 3 years, lol.
Haven't heard from you in bit, are you still in BYOC? I'M STILL HERE, JUST PUMPING AWAY, lol
Thanks Gumz.. 100% agree. Been a rough road since Georges passing, but got back on track and maybe a much better route with Geordan. Will see.
Still way undervalued at that price, but what do I know
Annnnd I'm still here... told ya a long time ago, I'd be in it for the long haul.
Take a look at my post and the news yesterday for Qualtrics, who is listed as a competitor in BYOCs annual 10K.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=152805855
Funny how I just regurgitate what the filings say, which get better quarter after quarter.
Also, you're WRONG, there's been a lot of continued buying, many many millions bought. I ask again, who has been buying all the shares from .005 and below from last June or perhaps whenever that collapse started?
Always love the camaraderie! Keep up the good work!
Key Financial Highlights for 2019:
Revenues increased to $5.0 million
Gross margin of 66%
Net gain of $2.2 million on subsidiary investment
Total assets of $9.2 million
Total shareholders' deficit of $3.1 million, a significant improvement from $15.8 million deficit at the end Q2 2019
For lawsuit, considering what S800 was bought for, might be one reason why she is suing, but we won't know anything until the case is settled. The case type listed is contractual, and there were lawyers involved during the acquisition for both sides, so it's weird to sue after the fact, but again, we'll see.
Good morning Gumz!
If one would have done proper research and DD, one would understand why that had to be done.
And Geordan can't help that the OTC market is dumb as rocks and doesn't do real DD.
The same as Geordan couldn't help that his father died unexpectedly.
Its unfortunate some don't understand how a true business runs, why things take awhile to get completed(acqs and new customers), what it means to invest in a company, etc. Let's not forget market conditions(government shutdown) that slowed things down, more importantly, George (the CEO) that unexpectedly passed away at a very unfortunate time.
Meanwhile, we continue to see more progress via SEC filings, more acquisitions, increasing revenues, decreasing expenses, AND shareholder value going up.
From overall volume standpoint, it took 772mil to go from .005 down to .0009 and how many months. Then it went from .0009 to .0053 with 65 mil shares in weeks. Then it has come back down in over 20 mil shares.
I'd say shares are held tight, and those holding, get it.
I really don't know what people are uptight and worried about, I was happy with the pre-14C filing and what it said and "revealed". The OS went from 1495 to 1505 billion, that's nothing in the grand scheme of things. And OS raised because the pps is so low and I think I might know why this was needed.
Also, the AS wasn't maxed before, so if that so called bad CEO Geordan needed capital, then why hasn't he diluted more to the max?
To each there own.
Some hopping around on the ask today, hilarious.
I actually did get a response, but have replied again today as I saw your post shortly ago.
I asked what the root cause is for this changing to BOOMJ... I find it hard to believe that this would do this on it's own when it hasn't been BOOMJ for 10 years.
I have no clue, but this low volume and not much is selling, is a good thing.
I'm not poised yet for round 2
That answers that question.
What are you even talking about now?
Please speak on BYOC only.
