I really don't know what people are uptight and worried about, I was happy with the pre-14C filing and what it said and "revealed". The OS went from 1495 to 1505 billion, that's nothing in the grand scheme of things. And OS raised because the pps is so low and I think I might know why this was needed.
Also, the AS wasn't maxed before, so if that so called bad CEO Geordan needed capital, then why hasn't he diluted more to the max?
To each there own.

My thoughts/opinions are my own, based on research & DD, best to find your own! I invest for myself/ family 1st, then everybody else.. the same as any business!
