AltEnergyMag interview with Michelle Tokarz
“ Our recent provisional patent identifies three separate processes for possible production at scale. We are confident that our knowledgeable team of experts, coupled with our partnerships with the University of Michigan Battery Lab, Polaris Battery Lab, and Wayne State University, will rise to the challenge and drive our desired results for Endurion.”

Thanks for the book of twa,
You sound like a very disgruntled penny stock investor. Parents, MOUs and NDAs are factual documents. 10Qs, 8Ks and Form4s are also factual documents. Perhaps if you actually read them your perception might change
TWA,
I respectfully submit to you that every time you post your opinions, which are not based on facts, you embarrass yourself and illustrate your lack of due diligence. Quikshft continues to provide you with the verbatim quotes that substantiate his claims and I suggest you do likewise. Your unsubstantiated rhetoric serves no purpose.
Pegs1,
Where did you read that companies have to test the Endurion battery for 6 months? CRTG is not going to manufacture batteries. They are are setting up the nanoparticle supply chain with SkySpring and Alrokko to manufacture the active anode material for potential downstream end users like Panasonic, LG Samsung, Ford, GM, Tesla and Rivian etc..
The fundamentals with the Coretec Group haven’t changed. The Insiders are not selling and I’m buying more shares as soon as the funds are deposited into my 401K brokerage account
Using Silicon For EV Mass Adoption

I reviewed the May 18th
Shareholder Call transcript and noticed what Ramez Elgammal said, in regards to a PCT patent application that will protect the IP for both Endurion and CHS globally.
CRTG is definitively building a very valuable patent portfolio.
"And, with regards to the Endurion, we have two pieces of IP right now, so one, a patent that was filed initially, and then where we've done a conversion in February of 2022 through a PCT application, is a CHS approach to making a wide variety of silicon anode materials, and these can be either pure silicon anode materials or doped silicon anode materials or even silicon nitride in an anode material that's now of interest, or an approach to take a graphitic or carbon type of particle and then grow silicon nanowires on that using
CHS" (page 7)

Good synopsis of CRTG’s status

The Coretec Group @CoretecGroupInc
Hi @elonmusk. We know it's a 500 to 1 shot you respond here, but we'll take it. What are your thoughts on silicon anode batteries for EVs?
6:57 AM • Jun 6, 2023 • 6 Views
An excellent piece from Gina Roos for EE Times | Electronic Engineering Times on the potential for #silicon-anode battery technology.
A notable quote from the piece from Francis Wang of NanoGraf Corporation:
“Silicon has 10 times the gravimetric energy density of graphite anodes. They make Li-ion batteries more energy dense and, in some cases, more power dense. What that means for applications like your iPhone or EV is that the runtimes are that much greater.”
Wang estimates about a 20-30% increase in driving distance in EVs by using a Si anode in a Li-ion #battery.

The post you saw on Stocktwits was from Geneo123. He is just guessing at that Price Target of $2.50 and mentioned that in a subsequent post. I responded to him that the goal that CRTG is pursuing involves listing on the Nasdaq, which requires a $4 pps. I personally believe the pps will go to double digits and potentially triple digits when CSpace goes into commercialization, either along with the Endurion (active anode material) or afterwards. I continue to buy $612 worth of shares every month with my 401K brokerage account. I remain resolute in my belief that this will be a life changing investment

Just glad to know that CRTG has the prov
Patent for the artificial SEI
Looks like CRTG is staying ahead in the quest… and as Simon said
“is now preparing to make some notable announcements regarding the technology it has been testing that aims to revolutionize the battery market”.
Pegs1
I believe several companies are currently communicating with CRTG to in order to utilize the active anode material that they are pioneering via the artificially engineered SEI. The advantages that their patented technology offers is too valuable to miss out on. Companies do Reverse Splits to stay afloat financially when they have no other options, or little to offer in a merger/acquisition scenario as TDCP did in 2016, with several CSpace patents but no product. The Coretec Group is well positioned to commercialize in the near future, and will in all likelihood not need to execute a RS, in my opinion
CRTG will have the Endurion prototype ready by Q4 and revenue will be coming in 2024.
Pulse 2 Article link to Carlton James Group
https://pulse2.com/carlton-james-group-simon-calton-profile/
“ — Back in 2015, Carlton James Group started a tech company with a scientist in North Dakota, which has since gone public, and is now preparing to make some notable announcements regarding the technology it has been testing that aims to revolutionize the battery market.”
“ What differentiates the Carlton James Group from other firms?
“Investments and assistance from most other firms are viewed as a given company’s ‘exit strategy.’ That’s not what we do; we want to work with the companies we invest in to grow, advance and complete a proper exit from us, down the line. Working with us isn’t the endgame, but we’ll help you get closer to reaching yours,” Calton answered.
Future Company Goals
What are some of the Carlton James Group’s future goals?
“In the immediate future, four of the companies we’ve invested in, across a wide variety of unique industries, are slated to formulate exit plans from us at some point this year,” Calton concluded. “Long-term, we plan to continue fine-tuning and executing our stringent investment onboarding process that will lead to even more strong, communicative collaborations, resulting in financial growth and ultimately ending in a successful exit. We know what we’re doing and our process works wonderfully; the next steps are simply to continue expanding our reach, to further carry out our mission.”
I sympathize with your plight. Seems like you have given up on CRTG. What confuses me, is you are still posting here. Might be best for you to find another investment
TWA,
There’s a lot in the works … jump back on the train before it picks up too much momentum.
During last week's shareholder call, Coretec (CRTG) CEO Matthew Kappers and VP of Partnerships and Innovation Michelle Tokarz shared strong results from cycling tests on its modified silicon battery material intended for EV application. These tests proved three important factors:
Successful bonding of a polymer to the silicon nanoparticles
Engineered an solid electrolyte interface layer that
Improves rate capability
The cycling stability of Endurion's silicon material outperformed unmodified materials

Dude,
Signed MOUs with nano particles suppliers and NDAs in the works with battery and automotive manufacturers, and a 3.5 million dollar grant to Adelaide U for ZBLAN fiber development. Time to wake up and smell the Coffee. This Train is leaving the station
I’m looking for every positive sign I can find. :)
I would imagine so, since the RIchman Chemical leadership follows the LinkedIn posts
Quikshft,
I agree and I think the Ford, GM, Tesla, and Rivian references may also be in the “sideways mention of potential partners” category.
Wonder if the companies mentioned by Matt K that are “dark and under the radar” are the ones Michelle T mentioned
“ There is typically quite a bit of overlap between the cell and pack manufacturers with players such as CATL, LG, BYD, and Panasonic to name a few. As we develop and perfect our unique anode solution, we would rely on these kinds of cell and pack manufacturers for insights about building cells and packs as well as capability to manufacture large orders as necessary.”

Great job with the AI Chat. Looking forward to the response it gives to the questions you can generate in relation to the transcript, once CRTG posts it on the website
It’s true…. Just matter of when we get on the Nasdaq not if. This is the first time Michelle had crt mentioned battery and automotive companies approaching CRTG.. She’s telling the truth

Pegs1,
You’re welcome, I hope you’re feeling better. I don’t believe there will be another RS. TDCP had no other recourse in the previous situations that led to a RS. They had no revenue and the CSpace image chamber solutions that Schott Glass came up with were to heavy. The only option TDCP had in 2016, was to merge with the Coretec Group and offer up a RS to remain financially solvent. The current scenario is completely different in that now automotive manufacturers and other companies are approaching CRTG. Alroko and SkySpring have signed MOUs with CRTG. The active anode material that emerged from the artificial SEI that CRTG has engineered has been proven to work. As Quikshift mentioned in an previous post ‘’the wheels are turning’’

Here’s the AI Chat GPT analysis to your question:
“Yes, it's definitely possible for a company to pursue a reverse stock split if they feel that their current outstanding shares count is too high and they want to attract new investors. This can also help to boost the price of individual shares by increasing their value. However, such a decision should be based on a thorough analysis of the company's financial situation and goals. A potential partnership may be a good sign for the company's future, but whether that alone would factor into a reverse stock split decision would depend on other factors as well. Ultimately, it's up to the company's management to make informed decisions on their stock and company strategy.“
