Considering the post I am responding to..and some of the other ones from your group..I would say..not yet...veno
I picked up a million more just now..
So I guess I do walk the walk and talk the talk..I find it interesting that you think that a little dip in the pps today is considered the pps tanking..I'll look forward to when the pps hits .0005 again and your comment of the tremendous increase in one day from .0004..
I also look forward to double the revenues being filed..
Edit..Iris you may want to look at volume..Shares are being swapped and shorted as well as they always are..That was set in motion last night..Watch the short position..as Renee posted..it is legal..Who did I buy my shares from today?? The MMs that don't have them to sell..but will after the short is covered...veno
That is correct..they do receive countless
phone calls and emails..The company and Glenn owes no explantion as to his private company..It is nobody's business but his own..If anything..it is good to have installers available should the need arise..I want to again thank the investors who took the pictures of the company that show the areas some of us haven't seen..It was also great to see cabinets waiting for the spray booth..Thanks again..
I also agree with you that come the shareholders meeting there will also be a new CEO in place that will help the company to move forward..
As far as the equipment being owned by the company..As the company said..they are paying down the last two..the rest are bought and paid for..
The company is extremely undervalued IMO and I look forward to seeing the company's filings that will prove that is the case...veno
Actually I would say the discussion about
the equipment at the company is more relevant than delving into the personal life of the management..As 4kds posted..I also find the timing and the take on it by some more interesting..It would seem that the website has been around for a some time and it is just getting attention now..What I like about what I saw..is the background of Mr. Harrs and his personal hands on knowledge of the remodeling business..I didn't know he had those skills to pull from..I also like the fact that he has a side business that has links to the company..In this economy..a great move to supplement income and a greater move to advertise our company on more than one website..I would guess that the need to run a side business sort of makes all those posts about perks go poof..So thanks for the link to the poster who just now found it..SBB is right about one thing..Glenn has mail..he has a ton of it..
I am looking forward to the naming of the new CEO and the company gaining "current status"...veno
I agree that the pictures of the company..
both inside and out should be in the IBOX..There have been posts speculating that the company is a scam and pictures are worth a thousand words of speculation..It was great to see the actual expensive machines that produce the products that get shipped to the companies that EXPO is working with..The pictures also show products ready for finishing located by the spray booth..This is not speculation it is real information that all investors should see..I also agree as you stated that investors should be able to see these pictures and make up their own minds if they feel company is legit or a scam...veno
Nice to see the pictures from those that actually
believe in doing DD outside of speculation..Great pictures today of the facilities and the high end equipment that put out the products..It was also great to see the cabinets getting ready for the spray booth..Thanks a bunch to Penny and Jeremiah for sharing both of your visits and pictures..
I am looking forward to the stop sign being removed and the company looking to file what is needed to become current with the SEC..I am also looking forward to the new CEO being named and the leadership provided to move the company forward..
On a side note..I do believe that a new CEO has been found and I don't believe that the new CEO is Glenn or Mr. Hartley..I believe that this person will have industry experience and will have experience running a successful public company..
As far as anyone needing links to the company and their endeavor to stop trading manipulation by some and statements made here that are libelous to the company..this has not gone away although some might have believed or wished it had..
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=39578306&symbol=EXPH
Again..thanks to those who do take the time to verify that the company is legit...veno
Nope..
"would that quoted revelation ( if true ) fall under the category ' be careful of what you wish for '"..
It falls under the category of
a poster taking a posted message and making it into something it wasn't..Nothing more..nothing less..EXPO already told investors they were looking into the libel and manipulation of their stock..The SEC is aware of the who's and the whats and it has nothing to do with the company or the way it runs its business..However..when there are those that wish to continue the practice of trading with multiple accounts using multiple names it is a much better story to go with the company as the one being investigated..In the interim..the company is growing and with a new CEO coming on..it will be great to see what direction will be given to all shareholders regarding that growth...veno
Really??
"The salesman who first became familiar with D&D Displays because of EXPO's Etc. twice only sponsorship of mid-finishing NASCAR race trucks"..
I never said that..In fact he has known about D&D displays for quite awile now..
It is always interesting your take on what I post and how you like to make up your own meaning..Do your own DD and maybe you can report back what you get..first hand...veno
I agree 100%..
"I hope your lowes "friend" gets the CEO job."
He sure knows the business and from what I can tell he sure likes the company..
You never know..there are many ex and current employees at LOWES..HD..Stanley and other major companies that just may jump at the opportunity to run this company..If you consider that the company already does business with them and from what we hear from the Stanley rep..he is impressed with the products and the work orders they complete..
In the interim..I'll stay invested because of companies like LOWES increasing their orders from 2000 units to 20K...veno
Sorry your "story" of the website photos
coming from Tool World were found to be wrong..You may be behind the curve a little as I already posted he was a race fan an attended "all" the races..
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=51960523
Like I said..visit a store close to you and report back your findings..I happened to have quite a few stores in my area and I have looked at two of them..Same displays in each..all look just like the ones I brought to your attention..You can thank me later...veno
It certainly does help to know that the employee
in question has worked with LOWES from inception..is an avid race fan..knows by name who D&D Diplays is and has seen the displays come and go..It is also nice to know the displays are not made of plastic as was stated and are well constructed..custom made units..Too bad some can't get away from their computers to visit a LOWES for a first hand look..Once again..he said $200 to $300 each for the displays I asked about..I'll go with a person who has worked with the company since day one..Of course as someone posted..We have no idea what kind of displays are in the 20K order..but anyone that goes to the shareholder's meeting will get to see them and report back if they are just inserts made of plactic..LOL...veno
What inside information did he report or see??
The company has an open door policy that all shareholders can take advantage of..They invite you to visit any time..As far as what I was told at LOWES..have a great weekend and enjoy your visit..Talk to me when we both can talk from first hand experience...veno
I will once again say that I saw no less than
10 displays that are from the actual photos on the website..I agree that you and anyone else interested should visit the store when you get a chance..While you are there take a look at the tool displays and you will see that they are large units as shown in the pictures..You can also verify the Tool World sign is still there..SR is completely wrong in stating that the pictures shown on the website are from the TOOL WORLD company..Tool World is what LOWES calls their location within each store where the tools are located..It has been a logo on Jimmy Johnson's LOWES car in the past..The Delta line of tools that SR mentions was discontinued around 9 months ago..they still carry some delta tools there..
You are asking how much each display costs..AS I said the employee in the store that pointed to the hammer display said that the displays run between 200 and 300 dollars depending on how many extra bins they have..As I said I saw many displays there that are of many different sizes and shapes..You can also look at the flooring display that is shown on the website..That display the company already posted the numbers on and they work out to be around $175 each..
LOWES does replace displays as they are used and abused..When customers pick up hammers and other heavy tools they can and do abuse the display putting them back..LOWES will tell you they have a program in place to replace damaged displays and it is not every 20 years as was also posted..They are replaced on a as needed basis..
Again do visit and get back to us..sometimes the people there can be quite talkitive...veno
I will help you out..
You might want to look at pictures 16 and 18 and pay close attention to the Tool World sign in each..Then if you care to look up what store labels their tool section Tool World..Oh..and if you didn't already know..LOWES is not out of business and the displays I saw were the same displays in the pictures..As to how many does each store need..as was also posted tonight..Like I said..I saw many displays of different sizes and shapes..Many would be more than 10..all from D&D Displays..You are most welcome
I will help you out..
Go to D&D's website..this link..
http://www.dddisplays.com/galleries.htm
Look at the pictures in the display section pictures 12 to 19 and then go to LOWES in the tool section and snap all the photos you care to..Or you could also just take itraders word for it..
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=52058535
The original point trying to be made by some was that LOWES was getting 20K plastic display inserts from EXPO..
Like I said..do your own DD..it is pretty easy to prove that those posts were false and were made to distract from the real news that day..The news was that LOWES increased their order from 2000 units to 20K units..
GLTY...veno
You might want to stay current..LOL..
http://www.housingwire.com/2010/07/02/obama-signs-homebuyer-tax-credit-extension
Also once it ends..as was the case before..if you can't sell your house you can always upgrade kitchen cabinets..
Edit..here is a great read on the subject...veno
http://www.boston.com/business/articles/2010/02/22/lowes_sees_better_2010_as_4q_profit_rises/
Actually as I said..
the employee that I talked to already knew who supplied the displays..He took me to them..I find it histerical your thoughts about how long a display should last..It really does show that you have never been to a LOWES and actually looked at the displays or talked to anyone that works there..The fact that the employee took the time to answer a customers questions..which by the way..I was buying tools that day for a project..shows great customer service and it is probably one reason LOWES is the leading home retail chain..I certainly like the fact that LOWES has increased their order from 2000 units to 20K..More than likely because of what you wrote here..
"Displays are bought based on their quality, durability and price and are built to specs which (especially display height factors) which may have an influence on sales particularly when staged at checkout or when used to display an impulse item at near adult eye level."
from what I saw..the displays were built according to specs provided and as I said were of all different shapes and sizes..
I believe the main purpose of the displays I saw were to show the tools in a very organized setting and making accessibility the key factor for the consumer..
You can argue about what you believe is the case about what I have seen or heard..but if you don't go to a store and see for yourself..you cannot know the facts..Like I said the 20 year longevity speculation for tool displays is histerical..Do your own DD...veno
Actually you could go to your own LOWES
home center and check out the displays and get back to us..EXPO has put out info many times as to how much certain displays generate in income..While you are there be sure to check out the small flooring display that the company gets around $175 for..Compare those to the tool displays..
From what I can gather just by looking and talking to long term employee at LOWES..D&D displays has many displays in the tool section of all sizes and shapes in each store..Those displays get abused quite often from people removing items and placing them back..therefore the need to keep reordering..
It is great to see D&D Diplays products at one..if not the largest home center store in the US..It is also great to see that LOWES wants more..

"At our shareholders meeting shareholders should be able to view over 20,000 store fixtures in production that are scheduled for use by Lowe’s companies, Inc. Demand for these displays recently increased from just over 2000 units to over 20,000 units."
The best news is that you can attend the upcoming shareholder's meeting and ask questions and see what type of displays are being made..That is if you care to get a first hand view and opinion instead of pure speculative posts...veno
You "believe" they sold their shares
and bought them back..You think that JD and Glenn "probably" hit a jackpot..I believe as has been said many times they haven't sold any restricted shares and will not short term..
I also believe that a new CEO would welcome the chance to join a company that has pretty much doubled in size with the acquisition of BC and the opportunity to double sales projections in this year..I believe that etc already has a large retail home center lined up and that the new CEO will concentrate on growing the company with further aquisitions and placements of their products..
I also believe that the new CEO likes the companies that are currently associated with the EXPO..That the new CEO likes the fact that banks are backing the company's growth..
IMO..That is why a new CEO will jump at the chance to join this company and as I have said..I do believe that the new CEO has already been picked and will be announced before the shareholder's meeting...veno
"Seriously you don't really think
that any ceo that is worth his salt is going to want to come in to run this sinking ship do you?"
Yes I do and I believe that person has already been picked..
I would also like to see the announcement sooner than later as goldstandard posted...veno
Really??
"it's that it doesn't work AT ALL when a company is under serious manipulation from within to pass operating capital to it's principals by selling off their investor's equity for purposes besides investing in making larger profits."
I suspect that in this post you have declared that the company is in business just so that the head management can get paid and get extra perks..That they don't reinvest what they get from dilution to grow the company..I have several links that say they do reinvest to grow the company..

"The company has raised $60,000 via the sale of shares of its common stock. The current number of outstanding shares is 1,617,148,577. The current authorized shares in the corporation are 2 billion."
"These funds will be used primarily to purchase raw materials, and to support ongoing shipments to new and previously existing customers. The company expects approximately 2000 retail displays for use by Lowe’s Companies, and up to 15 residential jobs to be completed with the aid of this funding. The company further expects these aforementioned displays and residential jobs to be completed in 30-45 days."
It would seem that LOWES certainly disagrees with your opinion and is increasing orders from what you call a scam..
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=43430016&symbol=NO%5EEXPH
"At our shareholders meeting shareholders should be able to view over 20,000 store fixtures in production that are scheduled for use by Lowe’s companies, Inc. Demand for these displays recently increased from just over 2000 units to over 20,000 units. In order to accommodate operational needs, a reschedule of the shareholder meeting was requested and approved."
I have seen the store displays in LOWES and can say first hand..they are very real and come from detailed work from a company that gets companies like Stanley to say good things about their work..
John Butler, VP Sales, The Stanley works, commented:
2/2/2010 10:01:41 AM
"D&D did a great job, and we appreciate their dedication to our project, and to our company. D&D was very quick and responsive when additional needs came up. I look forward to working with them again in the future."
Can you show us any links to where management is mis-using the funds obtained for their own personal use from the shares they sell?? I think not..
The company is not a scam nor is it run by anyone trying to scam investors..There is no proof to counter that statement..there is proof as stated above that the company is legit...veno
Yes..to all you wrote..
and yes we had a nice long discussion that covered many more items..
I found the experience to be very enlightning..I also now know why EXPO keeps getting more orders from LOWES..Seems the person I talked to has considerable knowledge of the inner workings at LOWES..Did I say he is also an avid race fan and has attended many events where LOWES is the sponsor..Oh and the metal that is shown in the web page picture that was linked here.. is a jig to scale of the display areas to be serviced..He thought it was quite funny that some believed that D&D displays did metal work for them..You may want to go to a LOWES near you and ask your own questions..While you are there you will see all the metal bay areas for just about every dept..The metal all comes from the same company and that is not EXPH..
As a shareholder I do take the time to do my own research..I don't sit on a computer all day speculating when there are so many other interesting things to do and see..It was nice to get a very seasoned employee at LOWES to answer all my questions..Have a great 4th of July weekend all..
Edit..It was also nice to see and inspect actual displays made by the company being used by a leader in the home improvement industry...veno
Much appreciated Jerry..
I do like eyewitness reports over speculation..By the way when I visited LOWES the salesperson who works in tools knew about D&D Displays..He has worked there for many years..When I asked him what is considered a display in the tool section and what are they made of..he first directed me to one of D&D displays that was for hammers..It was the same display pictured in the gallery of pictures we have seen..He went on to add that they were custom displays made to fit the metal framework already provided by LOWES..He also showed me what I have seen on the website pictures 12 through 19 under the display section..He put the cost of the displays between $200 to $300 depending on the amount of individual sections for each display..I asked what the longevity of a display was in their store?? He said they are usually changed out every two years or less due to abuse by customers..Some need to be changed out frequently if they are very hands on type displays..So..Like I said..He already knew of the company..He also added other information that I knew nothing about..I will keep that to myself..I also choose to remain long this company..I am very happy I visited LOWES..Sorry SR..no plastic has ever been delivered to LOWES from EXPO...veno
Phones are still working..
anyone can leave a message..I doubt that most that post here will get a reply back..As I said Dean knows who is who..
For those that are not up with how phone numbers operate..you must first dial a (1) in front of any 800 and 866 number..The number to dial is therefore..1-866-823-1432..ohhh and or poof...veno
Another misconception..
D&D Displays doesn't work in metals as you have stated in a previous post..They work in wood products..I will correct your post with more information tomorrow...veno
Actually an investor visited the office a short while back..OVOE is still there..The phones work contrary to what has been posted..Dean knows who is who and what has been said..Some will get through and some won't...veno
Really?? I don't see a word in
Renee's post that calls EXPH a pinky scam..In fact.. in the last two posts that I read..I believe the whole topic is how flippers and MM's work hand in hand to not only short the stock..which others have denied..to make a market of shares for those traders..The referrence I see being made is this can only happen if the company doesn't file on time..
Well..I have to disagree..that even when a company does file consistantly..the MM's and the flippers still play the games on otc stocks..I also want to thank renee for bringing to our attention this swapping of shares that is done back and forth daily while EXPH resides in the pinks..
The company has just announced an order of 20K display units that shareholder's can see at the next meeting..The company also announced that a new CEO is coming on board and that they plan to be "current in the filings on or before Sept 1st..
The company is working with LOWES and many other companies and the orders seem to keep coming in.. while growing in size..The only way for the company to get away from the manipulation of their stock..which renee pointed out is happenning..is to get larger contracts..become consistantly profitable and move out of the pinks for good..Oh..and it won't hurt while they are doing that..to take down a few traders that are manipulating the stock by using multiple accounts under different names to aide in that manipulation..
Once again..the company makes real products and sells to real companies that consistantly re-order and actually increase orders they have previously made..EXPO has established banks that back them and even extended credit to them in this economy..
Like I said..I don't see renee calling the company a scam as you put it..
On a side note..I did visit LOWES yesterday and I am visiting HD tommorow..I will report back my findings tomorrow..Right now I can say with certainty that the distraction posts were all wrong yesterday..and when we should have been concentrating on the fact that the order went from 2000 to 20K and that significance..we were bombarded with what the inserts were made of..A tactic I know of all to well from the players of the stock market..I will also add that Ivan's numbers may not be too far of the mark for revenue from this order..Again..I will explain tomorrow what I learned about what some are simply calling "inserts"...veno
Did I see any actual
signed contracts from the part I posted..No I didn't..but from the rest of the news release..I would say contracts have been signed and delivered on the commercial and residential side..
"Etc. brand cabinetry orders exceeding $40,000 have been completed. Additional shipments with a combined value of over $100,000 are expected to ship in the coming week(s). These shipments are commercial, or residential in nature."
Are you saying that etc has not sold and is dead like some others have posted here??
I was simply referring to the fact that the company said that more than one retailer was in negotiations to sell etc..
I see the recent updates on etc as it not being anywhere dead as some have implied..In fact as I have posted..I believe that at least one major retailer has said yes and EXPO is ramping up production to meet the needs of supplying that retailer with inventory..Have we heard of a contract yet on the retail side?? NO..will we hear of one..IMO..yes..
Like I said today's news was good to hear..I do like the fact that one of the largest retailers in the home industry LOWES has increased their order from 2000 to 20,000 displays..
Maybe you can find out what they are made of and better yet attend the shareholder's meeting or visit the company for a first hand experience to report here on..The pure speculation and the distraction from the news given is not needed here IMO..
I am looking forward to the naming of the new CEO and what the plans are for continued growth of this company..I am not a trader and could care less about the day to day pps..I only care about what I buy a stock for and what I sell it for after a long term hold..I do believe that long term..my investment in EXPH and continued buying will pay off nicely...veno
Great news..
It would seem that LOWES still believes that EXPO's displays are the best for their stores..To increase an order from 2000 to 20,000 displays for LOWES is a huge step forward for EXPO..Since these displays can be seen at the upcoming shareholder's meeting..the speculation of what they are made of is just that.. speculation..and IMO is being used to distract away from the news..The investors that attend the meeting can verify what material is being used first hand..I do think I will pay a visit to LOWES later today because I am working on a few projects and take a look at their displays for myself..I am also curious where these displays are going within the stores..I'll report what I find..I believe I saw a post today about the webcam being back on..I am not able to connect for some reason today..so just what exactly is being shown today..TIA
Again today's news does show that the company is spending to increase production of products..
The company is legit and does business with one of the biggest companies in the industry..I look forward to the "current" status becoming a reality.. the name of the new CEO and etc entering the retail side..As was stated by the company about etc..
"Glenn Harrs, CEO, stated, "We are progressing at a pace in line with management's expectations. However, interest has increased over the past two weeks. We have our initial negotiation with a major home-center chain scheduled for this week. This home-center chain approached the company unsolicited. Additionally, we are preparing for further negotiations with one of our existing larger customers. The company continues to expect light distribution in 2009, with heavier distribution beginning in early 2010. Further updates will be issued."
Given the recent update that the company is going to outsource for some etc parts and the ramping up of etc production..I would bet that at least one of the existing larger customers said yes...veno
Thanks for the correction..
I meant to say that the company is now up for sale..It is not hard to see that the CEO of WW was the lead for etc to be placed with them..The deal went away quickly after he passed away..Anyone can twist that to their own meaning..but it doesn't mean that etc is dead..In fact..I believe that etc is very much going to be moving forward soon..Like I said before..etc has been mentioned in recent updates associated with ramping up production..Now that the private spin-off has gone away..the company does have to pay to produce the product..but they also get the revenue for the sales of the same..
I like what the company has done by acquiring BC and I am waiting to see who the new CEO is..I am looking to see what direction will be forthcoming from the new leader about what the plans are for the company going forward..I also believe that getting the filings out and becoming current with the SEC by Sept 1st won't hurt..GLTY and thanks for catching my mistake...veno
Misrepresenting the truth about the phone
lines being disconnected is on par for those that don't even call to leave a message..I called once today and Dean answered..I called again later and left a message..
As you would say..
Oh what tangled web we weave, When first posters pratice to deceive...veno
There is no normal time frame for a response..
I have received a reponse the same day and I have have had to send mutiple emails to get a response..I have waited as long as two weeks..However..I do get a response..I have heard from others that they too have received responses..Thanks for verifying that Dean does answer the phone which some believe doesn't happen..Good luck to you...veno
Not at all..Do you know how much manufacturing
costs have been so far on etc?? Do you know how much revenue etc has generated so far?? Just because the retail side hasn't showed up yet..(Which I believe it will soon) doesn't mean the company hasn't been selling them commercially..
WW was to be the first retailer and we know what happened there..That company is going out of business now that the CEO passed away..
In any case..Had etc gone private nobody can guess what the results of that would be today in the form of revenues..
Had etc gone private..The need to raise the AS would have been far less..considering any MFGing costs would have gone to EXPO as revenue and not as an expense..The company would have had 10 million shares of that company to use as well...veno
Help you raise funds??
If you mean help the company raise funds..For what purpose??
EXPO was to get maufacturing revenue for making the cabinets for the new private company..That revenue would be added to the revenue that the display side already brings in..As I also stated EXPO would have also received 10 million shares in the private company to use..
We have no idea how many etc cabinets have sold on the commercial side..I believe one poster that has also worked with the company stated that etc was gaining market acceptance..That would suggest that etc is already selling..
Since this is water under the bridge..no one can say where we would be right now had the private spin-off happened..
I am happy that the company has grown since that event did not happen..IMO..The company is doing what they need to do to move forward without that deal happening..I look forward to what we get on or before Sept 1st..
Sorry..email questions
sent to Dean have been asked and answered..
ICAP is still working on selling the patents with the financiers overseeing that sale..The large pre-paid carrier is still in the mix and the financiers are still 100% behind the company..My information is current and correct...veno
Simple answer..
The etc spinoff was to be done privately when the AS was at 1 billion shares..The private entity etc would have been funded without dilution..Given that EXPO would have immediately been receiving manufacturing revenue from etc..there would have been no need to sell restricted shares to raise capital for the ramping up of etc production..The company would have also received 10 million shares of the new entity to use as needed..
You are now seeing the results of etc not being spun off..
What you are also seeing is exactly what you posted..
"much of the dilution has been to raise money for the D&D side for paying down debt, the acquisition/merger of Builder's Choice, and a spray booth (and maybe hire a new CEO)..."
What I see is that the AS increase and the dilution that followed went for growing the company..The company now has Builders Choice management..design team and and other employees in house..They are ramping up production of etc..which I believe at least one big retailer will soon be announced as a seller of the brand..Last but not least..a new CEO to run the company..
So to all those that complained about etc going private and are now complaining about dilution..like some would say..be careful what you wish for..IMO..since etc production costs..BC and a new CEO is what we are getting for this dilution..I would say money well spent..Hope that helps..
I look forward to the stop sign being removed to yeild and the company actually getting to a current status on or before Sept.1st..I also look forward to the numbers being reached and exceeded in 2010 by acquiring Builder's Choice and etc going retail under a new CEO...veno
I agree that this company
is undervalued..That is why I continue to buy shares..You are also correct that the company downgraded the earnings for this year..however.. that was before they aquired the new company..I believe at that time it was stated that sales estimates were projected to double..If that is the case..IMO..undervalued becomes extremely undervalued..GLTY...veno
You could have said "no" which I knew you wouldn't do..LOL..instead you posted the same spam message..which I knew you would..I wouldn't change a thing if you paid me..
The patent sale is still being worked on by Icap and the financiers are overseeing that sale..
The large prepaid carrier is still in the mix and the company is not dead...veno
I also watched a new person getting shown
