The four groups are: prospectors- looking for new creative ways (ex Amazon), defenders- defend their role in a mature market (ex dell), analyzers- use elements of both prospectors and defenders (ex yahoo), reactors- react to situations in a market as they occur (ex tj maxx). The reactors are the weakest because they typically don't have a set and stone business plan and therefor don't last as long as the alternatives.
However, it makes sense that SRNA would have to be a reactor due to the obvious limitations. Yet, that does not mean that they can't develop a more clear business plan and set forth goals and achieve them.
SRNA seems to have a reactant business model which is the weakest of the 4 business types but is also critical for the market sector. My opinion is that Surna needs to create synergy between marketing and capacity. This would maximize their profits while allowing them to match demand as the niche market grows
MYEC- the multi-domestic strategy, prospector company. High risk investment. The decisions have been weakened (cognitive bias) through bounded rationality. Strategic goals have flipped to consumer over producer. Goal optimizing is meek. However, tactical implication suffices.
SLNN. The prospector company. Expanding business model to match the goals? Can the strategic management implement strategies to take advantage of business opportunities and meet competitive challenges? Prospectors in a mature market is a difficult scope.
The BCG matrix has this ranked between a dog and a question mark
Needs a lot more volume otherwise it's going to get real boring
Just to spark a little conversation here: bold predictions- will news next week finally come true?
That's fair enough. My apologize for the misunderstanding
Yes, there I was wrong. While I did believe the stock was going to run once it broke 10c, I did not think it was going to happen all from one buy. Scooby took one for the team and bought through the major resistance point and the market followed. It's hard to predict so I try to avoid bold statements but sometimes i am asked my opinion. That is no justification for petty insult though. Some people assume they know what others are thinking. That goes to the old saying, "when you assume you make an "ass" out of "u" and "me""
Your opinion of me is wrong and my predictions haven't been false so leave your petty comments aside
Keep your insulting comments to yourself please
That was a reasonable post...
There is a lot of factors that come into play that's why it's best to take it one step at a time
A realistic number to me is 20c/25c if revenues show progress. But hey, why listen to me right? You won't get an honest answer...
Yeah that's not realistic
Someone's attempt to start a run just got countered really bad. Not sure what they were thinking, this stock is way to boring for that.
On top of that, I would like to add in on my one post for the day, a real doozy... Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Nothing wrong with being an amateur. Can't really complain about pizza or beer money either as long as you made money. The OTC isn't really the best place for your typical get rich quick schemes. Odds are 99:1 against a super run and even then timing factors in. Unless you have more money than you know what to do with, I'll take my beer money and run
I have only been in one super run in my time and that was .005 to .082
Well said
Sure. The term toxic debt is just a common term to represent the exchange of money for shares. If the company does want to prove a position of strength then yes, they will need to handle the debt without increasing the SS. However, it's just much easier to them to payoff the debt in shares and I'm sure they made that decision almost 6 months back. Also, it is important to remember that selling shares is a form of revenue and that needs to be factored out of profitability.
The previous Q showed a pretty heavy loan with an interest of something like half a mil. The following Q will be very telling
Maybe. I know Saleen is one of the few companies trading down here that are real but at the same time the bloated SS alone tells the story. Saleen likes toxic financing and Management doesn't seem to care much at all for the investors. They are just trading public to raise funds.
Unfortunately, this is the perfect pump and dump bait. Rumors will drive the PPS and those late to the party will lose
It was a pump and dump... Sorry if you got caught
It is important to note that they do have toxic financing. The Q will tell whole story soon enough
I'd have to agree, that is best strategy for anybody who does actually want to hold. People say buy the dips and hold but that's just because they don't want anybody to mess with the MOMO. It's best to take profits and ride free shares. Diversify where needed.
You are taking a gamble vs financials if you do that. Better to be patient and see progress than be hasty from all that green
I think so too. The volume is dying too. Maybe somebody can start a rumor though. That typically gets the pump and dumpers here
The heater produces a blue flame, which is an optimal wavelength and temperature for plants. Basically the heater needs to always be a blue flame, any other color flame can kill the plants. Its just an annoyance because someone needs to check every now and then to make sure the flame is blue
I too am interested in the financials. I wonder if SRNA is capable of fixing the blue flame problem in greenhouses. Our university greenhouses have a real annoyance there
I think the spread is too large. Heavy red consolidation if the volume can't keep up
That's not obvious at all... Sounds like you just made up a situation in your head and you just expect us all to believe it. GDSI has been lying to its shareholders for years and it stands to reason that they are continuing old habits. They're not in the situation to be blindly followed, they have to prove their worth to shareholders. Even hypothetically speaking, if your situation did prove to have some merit, how does GDSI bring anything to the table? I mean let's be honest here, they aren't a sparkling beacon of leadership. They have no revenue outside of toxic notes. Their employees are being paid in worthless shares... Rontan is a disaster. It's going to take a lot more than just some funding to make things work. On top of all that, how do they deal with the culture barrier? They have so few employees, how will their be any executive interference? The SEC is about to tarnish what little name GDSI has left. Nobody wants to do business with a liar
Let's leave politics out of it. Also, about your Hillary comment (it's clear your voting for trump), democrats are actually more likely to legalize than republicans. That being said, it's going to remain a state rights issue and the blue states are more likely to convert than the conservative red states. I'll be waiting for the day that Texas steps up to the plate but that won't happen anytime soon
It really depends on the mindset of the investors. If large amounts of the stockholders are fundamentalists, then signals are a very reliable source. If their not, well then RSI will have little affect which appears to be the case here. Good for longs, poor for flippers
That is true. Indicators are only a measure of what's happened, not what's to happen
RSI is actually an indicator of overbought/oversold and is pretty accurate
The only thing that odd riddle told me was that Delgado is watching this board. I don't know which poster first posted the riddle/analogy/rhetoric/joke or whatever you want to call it but the fact that Delgado used it as a pun is kinda funny. Hello Bill, whenever you read this, you are a joke
I checked his Twitter too. It's literally him just talking to two people and claiming he "figured out" who barrence is. Like it really matters. Evidence speaks for itself and without any info to back it up, it should disregarded as an assumption. Funny how that works right?
SRNA is looking strong. Let's see if it can break the next resistance at 14.10
They usually do
Short lived pump and dump?
Too bad you posted your assumptions and claimed they were facts at the same time as saying you won't provide evidence. Shm
It's been real close for almost a year now. Give it a few more years and you'll be golden
Yeah I'd have to agree, that's two dots that weren't meant to be connected. GreenPay seems like a failed idea at this point
