George Carlin's New Rules for 2007
New Rule:
Stop giving me that pop-up ad for classmates.com ! There's a reason you don't talk to people for 25 years. Because you don't particularly like them! Besides, I already know what the captain of the football team is doing these days . . mowing my lawn.
New Rule:
Don't eat anything that's served to you out a window unless you're a seagull. People are acting all shocked that a human finger was found in a bowl of Wendy's chili. Hey, it cost less than a dollar. What did you expect it to contain? Trout?
New Rule:
Stop saying that teenage boys who have sex with their hot, blonde teachers are permanently damaged. I have a better description for these kids: lucky bastards.
New Rule:
If you need to shave and you still collect baseball cards, you're a dope. If you're a kid, the cards are keepsakes of your idols. If you're a grown man, they're pictures of men.
New Rule:
Ladies, leave your eyebrows alone. Here's how much men care about your eyebrows: do you have two of them? Okay, we're done.
New Rule:
There's no such thing as flavored water. There's a whole aisle of this crap at the supermarket, water, but without that watery taste. Sorry, but flavored water is called a soft drink. You want flavored water? Pour some scotch over ice and let it melt. That's your flavored water.
New Rule:
Stop screwing with old people. Target is introducing a redesigned pill bottle that's square, with a bigger label. And the top is now the bottom. And by the time grandpa figures out how to open it, his ass will be in the morgue. Congratulations, Target, you just solved the Social Security crisis.
New Rule:
The more complicated the Starbucks order, the bigger the asshole. If you walk into a Starbucks and order a "decaf grande half-soy, half-low fat, iced vanilla, double-shot, gingerbread cappuccino, extra dry, light ice, with one Sweet-n'-Low, and one NutraSweet," ooh, you're a huge asshole.
New Rule:
I'm not the cashier! By the time I look up from sliding my card, entering my PIN number, pressing "Enter," verifying the amount, deciding, no, I don't want cash back, and pressing "Enter" again, the kid who is supposed to be ringing me up is standing there eating my Almond Joy.
New Rule:
Just because your tattoo has Chinese characters in it doesn't make you spiritual. It's right above the crack of your ass. And it translates to "beef with broccoli." The last time you did anything spiritual, you were praying to God you weren't pregnant. You're not spiritual. You're just high.
New Rule:
Competitive eating isn't a sport. It's one of the seven deadly sins. ESPN recently televised the U.S. Open of Competitive Eating, because watching those athletes at the poker table was just too damned exciting. What's next, competitive farting? Oh wait. They're already doing that. It's called "The Howard Stern Show."
New Rule:
I don't need a bigger mega M&Ms If I'm extra hungry for M&Ms, I'll go nuts and eat two.
New Rule:
If you're going to insist on making movies based on crappy, old television shows, then you have to give everyone in the Cineplex a remote so we can see what's playing on the other screens. Let's remember the reason something was a television show in the first place is that the idea wasn't good enough to be a movie.
New Rule:
No more gift registries. You know, it used to be just for weddings. Now it's for babies and new homes and graduations from rehab. Picking out the stuff you want and having other people buy it for you isn't gift giving, it's the white people version of looting.
New Rule: and this one is long overdue:
No more bathroom attendants. After I zip up, some guy is offering me a towel and a mint like I just had sex with George Michael. I can't even tell if he's supposed to be there, or just some freak with a fetish. I don't want to be on your web cam, dude. I just want to wash my hands.
New Rule:
When I ask how old your toddler is, I don't need to know in months. "27 Months." "He's two," will do just fine. He's not a cheese. And I didn't really care in the first place.
New Rule:
If you ever hope to be a credible adult and want a job that pays better than minimum wage, then for God's sake don't pierce or tattoo every available piece of flesh. If so, then plan your future around saying" Do you want fries with that?"
KIDS IN CHURCH
3-year-old Reese:
"Our Father, Who does art in heaven,
Harold is His name.
Amen."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A little boy was overheard praying:
"Lord, if you can't make me a better boy, don't worry about it.
I'm having a real good time like I am."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After the christening of his baby brother in church,
Jason sobbed all the way home in the back seat of the car.
His father asked him three times what was wrong.
Finally, the boy replied,
"That preacher said he wanted us brought up in a Christian home,
and I wanted to stay with you guys."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I had been teaching my three-year old daughter, Caitlin,
the Lord's Prayer for several evenings at bedtime.
She would repeat after me the lines from the prayer.
Finally, she decided to go solo.
I listened with pride as she carefully enunciated each word,
right up to the end of the prayer:
"Lead us not into temptation," she prayed,
"but deliver us from E-mail.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
One particular four-year-old prayed,
"And forgive us our trash baskets
as we forgive those who put trash in our baskets."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A Sunday school teacher asked her children as they
were on the way to church service,
"And why is it necessary to be quiet in church?"
One bright little girl replied,
"Because people are sleeping."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Six-year-old Angie and her four-year-old
brother, Joel, were sitting together in church.
Joel giggled, sang, and talked out loud.
Finally, his big sister had had enough.
"You're not supposed to talk out loud in church."
"Why? Who's going to stop me?" Joel asked.
Angie pointed to the back of the church and said,
"See those two men standing by the door?
They're hushers."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A mother was preparing pancakes for her sons, Kevin 5, and Ryan, 3.
The boys began to argue over who would get the first pancake.
Their mother saw the opportunity for a moral lesson.
"If Jesus were sitting here, He would say,
'Let my brother have the first pancake, I can wait.'
Kevin turned to his younger brother and said,
"Ryan, you be Jesus!"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A father was at the beach with his children
when the four-year-old son ran up to him,
grabbed his hand, and led him to the shore
where a seagull lay dead in the sand.
"Daddy, what happened to him?" the son asked.
"He died and went to Heaven," the Dad replied.
The boy thought a moment and then said,
"Did God throw him back down?"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A wife invited some people to dinner.
At the table, she turned to their six-year-old daughter and said,
"Would you like to say the blessing?"
"I wouldn't know what to say," the girl replied.
"Just say what you hear Mommy say," the wife answered.
The daughter bowed her head and said,
"Lord, why on earth did I invite all these people to dinner?"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As I understand it, the transfer agent failed to send an x date for RM so that has not happened yet, and the agreement for the properties is contingent on the RM. Should be done and just waiting
done...thanks
I updated the shares...what is the date you have
Somehow I became an assistant for the board. If anyone is wondering what happened to a couple of my posts regarding selling this stock as a scam to buy another, I deleted them as it is a waste of my time to dispute the merits of TRSI with someone who has a very negative agenda. I apologize for ranting. Let's all refrain from taking the bait. It serves no purpose and detracts from the merits of having a board.
I do not see TRSI as a flip, but encourage everyone to give them time to develop their plan. How much time each individual investor gives it is up to them, but I am willing to hold for 1 year for the lower tax and I am sure it will be much higher. I don't expect constant PRs as so many are just fluff. I do expect to hear if the oil venture is really worth the rework costs and if our funds would not be better used finding basic and precious metal properties to be devloped with joint venture partners. To me it depends on what you net from the oil wells....sometimes they cost more to redo and maintain than they are worth. I want equity over expenses. The main point is the company has some very good contacts for properties and financing, and without demanding to be in the know, that is enough for me. If I did not beleive in the people around the company I would not invest!
I will be adding on pullbacks as I have discovered it's much better to average up on my investments on any pullback as a stock shows strength and interest as opposed to averaging down. I have learned the hard way.
Just my 2cents worth
Mark
I would look to your source LOL
The mkt is boring today so I am watching the History Channel right now about mining copper, zinc, chromium, uranium, lead and nickel. Very interesting. It re-airs at 6 cst.
Since you are so sure its a scam, why in the hell are you the moderator for this board? Doesn't make sense. I hold both, TRSI and HEMI, but your motives are suspect constantly bashing TRSI and pumping HEMI here. Are you 2Create reincarnated? With the German hedge fund signing financing agreement seems as good as any pinkie to me. I have made quite a bit of money following their help with PRGD and TRGD and hope they will bring the same here. There agreement and money requires no more dilution and a paygo style. Obviously you don't know what you are talking about for the future of TRSI as you got burned before and are not willing to look at the big picture here as it being a new start as you encourage everyone to do with HEMI. Its getting tiresome having you as the moderator IMO.
Many are still waiting on what the problem is with the DTC. What is the DTC and how does it relate to Hemi? Is it a regulatory problem they oversee?
Lowman, I went back and read your emails from Keith and particularly post 890 on the library. I think I will still call
I wonder what the value of their library is worth. How much of it is propreirtary compared to going to the Kansas Oil and Gas board? anyone know? The reason I ask is I am in MS and a friend of mine has a library of logs and such going back to the 60s on counties in MS, AL, and LA and everytime I ask him about some well, most everything is on file with the MS Oil and Gas Board. Is it more convencience than propreirtary? I will call Keith and find out sometime next week about how much of the info in the library is not public knowledge....
LaTeegra Gold halted this am pending news
Pat I also sold QMMG and we may regret it Tuesday. PR'd AH they got their mining permit

nice close on PMWI and ZLNK. Great day for the board's picks
I spoke with Richard a while back and was curious about Columbia being able to come thru. He is very happy with them as a JV and they have paid on time every time. That sounded good to me. With todays political problems in Equador, maybe Lategrea will hold off on their project there and prioritize their JV with us
They need to get rid of the IR...I have called many times and his mailbox is full and I leave my number and he has yet to call back. I have not been able to contact main office yet either. I will try to day again.
ETYN building a nice portfolio but I wonder about the development of them. PR today about Silver Leaf

Technical Report for Lluvia de Oro Gold Mine Confirms Resource and Additional Exploration Potential
Friday January 12, 7:00 am ET
CHICAGO, IL--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 12, 2007 -- Tara Gold Resources Corp. (Other OTC:TRGD.PK - News) (Frankfurt:T8N.F - News) is pleased to announce it has received the NI 43-101 technical compliant report for the Lluvia de Oro gold mine located in Sonora, Mexico. The report confirms a substantial in-situ gold-silver-copper resource with excellent potential for increasing the mineral resources. Tara Gold Resources signed an agreement with Columbia Metals Corporation, whereby Columbia can acquire 100% interest, subject to a 20% Net Cash Flow interest, by making payments totaling of $4,337,500, and issuing 1,000,000 shares to Tara Gold.
ADVERTISEMENT
Columbia has also indicated that their project financing arrangements for start-up of the Lluvia mine, based on the existing resources, are well advanced. Additionally, plant cleanup and refurbishment has been completed and a small amount of doré derived from the plant cleanup (53.319 ounces) was shipped to Johnson Matthey Inc. in Salt Lake City, Utah for storage and eventual refining.
Columbia has also reached an agreement in principle with BioteQ whereby BioteQ will build, own and operate a copper recovery and cyanide regeneration plant to remove and recover soluble copper from the gold-silver-copper Lluvia leach pad solution. BioteQ will recover its capital costs plus an appropriate interest through a metals revenue sharing agreement.
In addition, D.E.N.M. (Engineering) Ltd. has indicated to Columbia that their feasibility study concerning start-up capital and operating costs respecting re-leaching of the existing pad and the upper zone material is nearing completion and should be available soon.
The NI 43-101 compliant report was completed by R. A. Blakestad, J.D., C.P.G., Q. P., on behalf of Columbia. The report has been reviewed and approved by the TSX-V exchange. The analysis confirms the measured and indicated resource as 70,060 ounces of gold, the inferred resource as 197,060 ounces of gold, and a resource analysis of the existing leach pad indicates that 30,100 ounces of gold remain on the pad.
The data support recommendations to consider near-term production scenarios for a crush and re-leach plan regarding the northeast end of the leach pad, continued exploration and definition of resources for the in-situ mineralization defined for the Upper Zone mineralized envelope, and for additional exploration of the potentially larger and higher-grade Lower Zone mineralization. The recovery plant at Lluvia de Oro is in good condition, and additional improvements and rehabilitation are warranted.
About Tara Gold Resources Corp.

We continue to acquire other advanced-stage projects and/or producing mines in one of the most prolific precious metal districts in the world. For more information, please visit the Company's web site at: http://www.TaraGoldResources.com
ETYN.PK may be one to hold for a while. Most of their potential properties have been bought for fees. Just a lotto ticket
I am into TRSI because of the Europeans' financing package and what that will mean in the future, not what they are doing now.
Once again, can't both stocks have some momo and be a decent investment? I think so since my entry was .075 and .04 so I am not complaining
unfortunately yes...not worth selling or buying more only 1k left
I have 100k of both and like both, so why should I sell? I like companies paying directors and management with cash from operations rather than shares, because you don't know where it ends. That's all. I think both are relatively good investments for a double or triple.
To me this is a red flag for shareholders of HMGP that you posted. This is a large percentage. I would rather Hemi directors and management be paid in cash, not dilutive shares, especially if that # is growing
HMGP shares issued to top management for salaries: 15M and growing
I hold both TRSI and HMGP. lowman why do you continue to trash TSRI? Both have potential to double or triple soon IMO, and your sudden negativity diminishes you in many eyes. If TRSI closes the deal for financing then it's a go for a profitable stock, if not all bets are off, but unless you are an insider you have no clue...just like me. Both are pinks and a gamble no matter what one says and I hope both do well, as I hope for everyone's investments. I would never wish anyone else's pick's to fail as you do...I want everyone to make money
I think with the current retracement I would be buying here

Madison Avenue Research Group Report on Uranium Mining in The Colorado Plateau -- Increasing Margins Clear The Way for The Next Wave, U3O8 Price Forecast, and Special Situation Advisory on International Ranger Corp. Uranium Prospects

Real time quote.
Madison Avenue Research Group has published a white paper outlining the fundamentals behind record number of claims staked for possible uranium mines in the Western United States. Soaring U3O8 prices have resulted in a large number of experienced mining exploration companies shifting focus to lower cost uranium exploration in the proven, prolific, and mining friendly U.S. South West where exploration costs are 80 - 90% less than elsewhere. Record claims in the region are attributed to the vast knowledge base that exists from the previous uranium cycle. Also in the report is an Investment Alert/Special Situation Advisory and Case Study of International Ranger Corp. (PINK SHEETS:IRNG) offering insight and opportunity for investors on their Utah uranium prospects. An abridged version of the report may be viewed free of charge at: http://www.madisonaveresearch.com/U3O8insight.htm.
The report chronicles the success of Trigon Uranium Corp. (TSX VENTURE:TEL), only 8 months since diversifying into uranium exploration in Utah's Marysvale and Henry Mountains Mining Districts their stock has gone from the 25 cent/share range (under $8M market capitalization) to over $1 (over $38M market capitalization). In light of the success of Trigon, investors would do well to look at International Ranger Corp. which trades on the OTC Pink Sheets under the symbol IRNG. IRNG is a well financed junior mining exploration Company with offices in New York, Vancouver and California. A month ago International Ranger acquired two uranium properties in the Henry Mountains Mining District of Utah that offer striking comparisons to the Trigon holdings and, more importantly, the Company is nominally valued (under $10M market cap.) similarly to the pre meteoric rise of Trigon.
Excerpts from report: "International Ranger Corp. is currently facilitating the process of confirming and expanding the historical estimates on the Hot Rocks Uranium Prospect in Utah. Considering IRNG has a market cap of under $10M it is not unreasonable to anticipate the stock trading higher, especially with the current valuation relative to their holdings of significance; investors would be remiss in not taking the time to review their growing inventory of uranium prospects (http://www.UraniumMiner.net/IRNG.htm offers a review of all their holdings) ... the Hot Rocks Prospect is proven historically and appears readily minable (historical non NI-43-101 compliant data indicated a total of 166,625 tons with an average grade of 0.2% U308 totaling over 630,000 pounds of uranium in the ground). The Koorsharem Prospect is on what the prospectors believe may be the area of (based on verbal communication from geologists that explored the site in the 40's and sent off samples) a "high grade vein"; geologists with ties to relatives that worked on the property in the 40's have re-entered the area and in so doing have "come across a large highly anomalous zone of radioactive material within this same area."
The report also contains a past production overview of districts and how they relate to the next wave, a review of the first movers, and a uranium price forecast for 2007 that echoes Scotia Economics commodities expert Patricia Mohr's statement, "The fact is uranium was the third best performing commodity in 2006 and will likely be the top performer in 2007." Also mentioned in the report is SXR Uranium One Inc. (TSX:SXR) Mesa Uranium Corp. (TSX VENTURE:MZU) and Denison Mines Corp. (TSX:DML).

There are supposedly 5mm shares short. They may have to be covering.
OT: Bob I picked up 100k of that stock this am
I figure at this price and the expected rise in U308 I got in for 100k. @ $.026. I am wondering if there is much there as they have only paid filing fees for most of the properties. Hope there is platinum as well of course. I am also wondering if they will JV the properties or how they will bring on production
Both markets closed Tuesday for President Ford....Pat what will you do? LOL
AP ALERT: (NEW YORK) The New York Stock Exchange said it will close Tuesday for the funeral of President Gerald Ford.
Lowman, as a holder of DPDW I was disappointed but Charlaton's report was pretty accurate after the 8k came out. I am still green so I will still hold
Bob I have sent 2 emails in the last month to your hotmail address about TRGD and never got a response. As I don't have PM privaleges the answer in short is yes. I will try to remember to reply during happy hour.

Steve is in Houston and will be back later today but I spoke with another gentleman in the office about Deep Down. He said as he understood it from Steve that the numbers are for DPDW. I expressed my concern that it was a very confusing PR and that I was expecting more than $450K and he reminded me that it was for 1 quarter, very low float, and that I would be very pleased by year end. He said he would talk to Steve and get back to me within 24 hours. I am in at a reasonble price, but I was up great a few days ago, so debating on adding.
that is for Sept to Dec 18 for Mediquip I beleieve. Its an amended 8k
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/Info_Center.asp
enter DPDW filings
Its still about Mediquip except the sectin on Deep Down which has no financials
I don't think warrants are available. Early financing was done by private placements and there are approx 2mm restricted shares becoming unrestricted maybe by Feb. Cannot be converted until finacials are done, supposedly in Jan, and then give another month to actually recieve tradeble shares into brokerage account. With our daily volume I see no problems of them being absorbed without hurting the stock
I think they are aware of investor sentiment (ours). If it is not up to par for a $.50 stock I would expect news today. Most news on friday sucks and is lost or forgotten over the weekend. Thats why they release on Fri. especially after close. If it is good financials I expect to see them next week. Persoanlly I prefer a new week for more eyeballs. Just wish we knew so we could frontload....LOL
I had to fax something to Richard and thought maybe you would include Tara's fax number in the Ibox. I will email him also that it should be on the website. Thanks
