Postman108...Fortunately USCA and
Nevada Minerals have a fiduciary commitment in the Ecuador mine as well.
The credibility of their involvement, especially USCA's, along with the revenue stream to be experienced, helps us all.
I look forward to this weekend with hope and confidence.
I look forward to a month ahead as exciting as this October. Many issues of credibility, dividends, value, forward splits, ownership interest in a gold mine which is now yielding tons of ore as we speak, have surprisingly come to the surface. I'm very glad to be part of it and look forward to more growth in CMKX, USCA and the other JV partners.
We now own shares in these 2 very promising companies. We now own CIM whose importance may well come into play in the near term. Soon GEMM will be part of our portfolio.
I look forward to Atty Glenn guiding and consulting CMKX to the same growth we have seen in USCA. With the value pr's and events we have seen in CMKX's pr's recently, I harken back to the pr announcing the purpose of Atty Glenn's involvement. He was brought on to help CMKX become a reporting company. He certainly serves many other important functions. I am one who believes his work and guidance will soon bear fruit.
Share structure is important without a doubt. This month has exceeded my expectations of what has developed for USCA and for us as new shareholders. I believe this will continue. I would be surprised if substantal matters (share strucure - especially tradable float, nss and drilling results) for CMKX are not addressed in the near term. Further, because they have worked more closely together as time has gone on, my eyes are wide open as to any developments between CMKX & USCA as corporate entities and any change in their structure or alliance.
Be well postman. : )
Bo
Zen...it certainly seems that is what is unfolding
based on what the month of October has shown us.
In fact, much of what has come our way in terms of news, the 3:1 split, and pps growth for UCAD/USCA over the last 30 days has been unforseen by us all. To me that's a very exciting prospect.
Let's face it, it is the pps of CMKX that has caused us frustration. The JV and alliance partners, led by USCA have done quite well over the past 30-45 days.
I know you and I have friendly and respectful opposing views on the rise of their share prices (short squeeze vs. value investing), but individually or the combination of the 2 have resulted in higher market values for each JV and alliance partner. : )
With regard to CMKX, I still see value as our key. However a post I made earler this week, I now include the share structure/nss issue as an equal to it, which is more of a weight than I placed on this issue in the past.
In June when we ran to .0012, share structure/nss issues were just as much at the forefront, yet based on news of value or potential value, the pps rose nicely. I contend if the actual results at that time were positive and encouraging, the first of many parties would have been held in late June. It wasn't to be, and so we are at .0002 in spite of some recent positive value news. Our strength and value as a company is growing with United Carina, and the production dollars to come from the Ecuador gold mine. Our TDEM and Goldak surveyed claims are still ours and still very valuable. So yes, .0002 is discouraging and puzzling at the same time.
However, Roger Glenn's work and consultation certainly has built our main JV partner, USCA, to a very promising company. Also, it sure has been a sweet dividend to receive. From listening to the confidence and surety from Chris, who I like and greatly respect, this is the tip of the iceberg. : )
Turning to CMKX...However it is to unfold, I am confident Atty Glenn has helped guide and counsel UC to create the best scenerio and the proper timing of events to unfold. I am one who believes this will occur soon. The increase of the A/S to 800 billion is why I believe there is caution in the pps. I still fail to believe those invested in CMKX are selling day after day. At these levels, it would be buys rather than sell orders that we continue to see.
The question then remains. "how are MM's able to continue selling massive amounts of shares?" For them, they must be short selling (and possible naked short selling) to continue to see what we have seen for months on end.
With all of the surprising unforseen news from USCA over the last month...all of it good!...I am now more confident than ever that answers to the fundemental issues of CMKX are in sight.
I threw out the possibility 2 weeks ago of CMKX somehow being rolled into USCA, and a couple people who rarely post seemed all to quick to dismiss my out of the box thinking. Whether they have an agenda to bash or not, I have no clue. But all of a sudden today similar discussions are surfacing on other boards with little objection. Frankly, I still see it as a possibility via CIM or in some other agreement between the companies through the workings of Atty Glenn.
I repeat, I see it as a possibility, not certainty. I say that for those who wish to quickly dismiss what I theorize, yet allow a free pass to others who do the same. Both CMKX and USCA certainly appear to be working closer and closer all the time in many matters.
I don't know of anyone who isn't happy with USCA and what is occurring there. The past 30 days have been something to see and good for us all. For all 40,000 of us long in CMKX, we certainly hope to see the true light of day very soon. Through Atty Glenn's work, I believe CMKX is on the on deck circle and will be stepping up to the plate soon.
Be well,
Bo
Zen & all..Re: UCAD/USCA Certs
Chris and I had a great talk this morning. She asked I post this to make sure as many as possible are informed so her phone calls are cut to a mimimum.
For those who held CMKX certificates on the date of record of the UCAD dividend, as far as UCAD, CMKX and First Global are concerned, all the work is done and the UCAD certs were mailed earlier this week at the latest.
Important to note, THEY WILL REFLECT THE RATIO AT THE TIME OF THE DATE OF RECORD, PRIOR TO THE 3:1 SPLIT.
There is no concern for this and this was planned. She stated with certainty there are great things ahead.
She stated there is no need for anyone holding the dividend UCAD certs to transfer them to the 3:1 ratio now. The person chosing to sell their shares in the future is when that person simply turn their certs in.
UCAD/USCA and First Global assure the 3:1 split will be accounted for and processed with the sale.
Doing so now would cost shareholders and the company unnecessary time and expense.
She's a busy one right now with the party and gatherings this weekend. Fortunately she has some special help which she told me about, so I'm sure it will be great and all will go smoothly.
She was sincere in extending her heart in saying over the past months she has met so many great people among us, and lasting friendships are quickly being built. She has no doubt this will continue and only get better.
Bo
Nite lollybella. That's a cool thing to have in common.
I didn't know there was a website. I've had it in written form only in a safe place for ~20 years. You have good taste Miss lolly.
: )
The good women shine at midnight. Thanks Lana for
your consistanly good eye. Your a bridge to two good boards. Many kudos and a hug when I meet you.
Wannabe, it's good to see you back. I hadn't seen you check in for awhile. Keep smiling. : )
Bo
hoby, vg post!.Well put on what the
bottom line is.
It is clear to see at least for me, day after day, pr after pr, what has not moved our share price.
It has also been very clear what HAS moved our share price. Just to refresh again, the news issued during early June on a Thursday evening, took us through a long weekend, and up to the announcement of the actual results toward the middle of the following week. And the market showed us that it obviously likes the prospect of diamonds and diamond mines.
The Friday after announcing Carolyn was diamondiferous was the day of President Reagan's funeral and the markets were closed. On Monday we saw CMKX open at .0006 and rise to a close of .0010. It rose to a high of .0012 prior to when the actual results had to be released because the JV partners' stocks were halted. The actual results were disappointing, resulting in the slow slide to our current levels. If the news that followed would have been encouraging, there is no doubt in my mind the big money which had begun to leak in, was just waiting to be unleashed. Our rewards would have been realized in June.
The big money is still there waiting. This week and this weekend is an opportunity. A great one. Many questions need answered and I believe many will be answered. I would be very surprised if we did not see pr's, filings, or updates of filings and activity throughout this week and weekend. I also expect more clarity and news to come from this weekend's gathering. I hope they have a great time and look forward to when all of us can go along with our families and friends. I pray it's soon. It would be great meeting everyone! : )
The big money can flow in at any time. This company has the attention of many. With positive news on target with the issues I mentioned late last week, that money can and will flow again. It has been clear that all other news won't affect our pps.
For those who commented on my post about something that has touched me for 20 years, thank you. I have never shared that with anyone before. If it helps soothe 1 heart, then I feel it was worth sharing.
Nite all. : )
Bo
Something my late father shared with me 20 years ago...
I have had it close by ever since that day.
The CMKX family all have the same belief and desires.
I offer this and hope we all stay as one across all boards.
Print this and keep it in your briefcase, nightstand or where you will always know where it is always.

The Station
Tucked away in our subconscious is an idyllic vision. We see ourselves on a long trip that spans the continent. We are travelling by train. Out the windows we drink in he passing scene of cars on nearby highways, of children waving at a crossing, of cattle grazing on a distant hillside, of smoke pouring from a powerplant, of row upon row of corn and wheat, of flatlands and valleys, of mountains and hillsides, of city skylines and village halls.
But uppermost in our minds is the final destination. On a certain day at a certain hour, we will pull into the station. Bands will be playing and flags waving. Once we get there so many wonderful dreams will come true and the pieces of our lives will fit together like a completed jigsaw puzzle. How restlessly we pace the aisles, damning the minutes for loitering; waiting, waiting, waiting for the station.
"When we reach the station, that will be it!" we cry. "When I'm 18." "When I buy a new 450 SL Mercedes Benz!" "When I put the last kid through college!" "When I have paid off my mortgage!" "When I get a promotion!" "When I reach the age of retirement, then I shall live happily ever after!"
Sooner or later we must realize there is no station, no one place to arrive at once and for all. The true joy in life is the trip. The station is only a thought. A good thought to have, yet it never fails to outdistance us.
"Relish the moment" is a good motto, especially when coupled with Psalm 118:24; "This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it."
It isn't the burdens of today that drive men and women mad. It is the regrets over yesterday and fear of tomorrow. Regret and fear are twin theives who rob us of today.
So, stop pacing the aisles and counting the miles. Instead, climb more mountains, eat more ice cream, go barefoot more often, swim more rivers, watch more sunsets, laugh more, cry less. Life must be lived as we go along. The station will come soon enough.

para, that was one of the few books that stuck with
me for awhile after reading it a bazillion years ago..lol.
I can't claim 'new money' as being subconsious from the book though. I just blurted it out and kept typing.
It's going to all be good all.
Bo ; )
You gotta Goog hoby : )
Nope, not a dime in it here, but GOOG is exhibiting a mere glimpse at what the 90's were like. It was not uncommon for daily moves of $20-$100 over a day, week or 2 week period for the larger dot.com's. Those were the days when I would watch my portfolio grow $500-$2000 over a 2-3 week period.
Those days are long gone but Goog is harking back the 90's. Tis the season guys if you want to get in it. Historically the market between right now (last week of October) and the 3rd week of January for retail (mid-March for everything else) is THE strong growth period. After the dot.com trend and the bubble-burst of the early OO's, I retrenched into stocks that are solid as rocks in terms of earnings, growth potential and historical strength even in bad times (the Spring 00 - Spring 03). I gave insight to ASD in a past post as such a company. I love stocks with solid, sure 10 yr charts, as well as other factors. My list is about 6-8 stocks. My elder friend has about 10-12, which include my 6-8.
Here's another major one to peek at that I love. It is out of the news which is my key to investing in any large issue: - HAR
Look at HAR's year to date, 1yr, 3 yr, 5yr, and compare that with the market. Look at their product line and scope, their earnings and pps growth in the face of down markets. ASD and HAR are 2 of about 6-8 great long term plays out there.
As with our CMKX, I mentioned last week factor's I'd like to see, and so I'm just kinda' hangin' out until they occur. : ) I believe they will occur. I'll stress again, it is good to talk and share anything, and proboards32 has gotten into decent threads about various issues. However, we have history on our side to show us what it boils down to to move CMKX. So, I scan and read, but still waiting to see 2 or 3 specific things, and it appears the market is as well.
One thing I will add is the discussion about a short squeeze.
The effect of one will be positive, but equally as strong if not more, will be the new money coming in heavy from the sidelines for CMKX when certain positive news hits. The shorts will get forced out quickly and pressure the pps higher, and the new money will cause an even greater and sustained rise.
UCAD and GEMM remain good long term plays because of their alliance with CMKX and their low tradable floats. News should result in positve moves for both.
That's it from here. Championship game is tomorrow night, which will be televised. The cases of 'Little Hugs' (adreneline disguised as kool-aid..lol) are bought. Win or lose, it will be fun and proud of about 30 crazy, wonderful kids.
Be well,
Bo
Watch GEMM
BlueD...excellent find on the promise of FALC!
I could have quoted the whole post, but in picking one, this was amazing to read...
"This is a new era for Kensington. If everything goes as well as we hope, this could be the largest, low-cost, long-life diamond site in the world," explained Robert McCallum, president of Kensington Resources."
The entire article speaks volumes to the potential of our claims.
Urban and Roger, let's show them who we are, and what we have. You have the attention of ~40,000 shareholders and the maket.
When you swing, knock it out of the park.
Bo
ski...how are you doin buddy? On this end...
my daughter is seeing more at 14 in pursuing her dream than I ever did at that age. Tomorrow she is going to Baltimore to see Eric Lusk, who I'm told is one of the best, if not the best french horn player anywhere. Her friends saw him at Tanglewood this past summer. She has been to Heinz Hall in Pgh over the past month, and I guess tomorrow will be a private setting of about 75 to 100 people. She's still friend crazy, has great grades, and a good heart.
On Tuesday, my son's team will be playing in the Championship game after 2 weeks of playing their guts out in beating the 2 top ranked teams of that week. Prior to that, they have been playing tough, but were on the end of tough losses. I saw their energy level as the key to their losses. I went out prior to their last 2 games and got 4 cases of 'Little Hugs', which is basically adreneline in a bottle for kids...lol. I saw it work magic 2 years ago for a ragtag bunch my son played for, so I thought it was worth a shot. Yeah...I feel like Barry Bonds steroid provider, but these guys are playing like tigers and the stands are rockin. Win or lose Tuesday, they'll play their best and have fun, and that's all that counts.
About me and the manager's job...it's pending and still to be seen. The AT&T Wireless and Cingular deal WILL occur soon (you didn't hear that from me), meaning it will be finalized. So much over the last 2 weeks is now being shared among both companies, the writing is on the wall. In limbo though are store positions until things are settled.
My biz is doing ok, in fact was on the phone hopefully lining up at least 1 or 2 solid clients when I read your post. It's just being on my own puts me in a health insurance bind, and that's where I'm at. I applied for a job at Penn State main, which I actually want more than the AT&T job. In a call Wednesday, they said they had all of my information and I would hopefully here from them soon. So here's hopin. : )
What's new with you ski?? I didn't mean to go off topic, but thought it was good of you to ask.
Bo
prospector...good follow up. In business,
it is as much about who you know as it is what you know.
I have no clue who the Greenbaron or Willy are..lol..but I know they work very hard in clarifying issues and bringing fresh DD, including the UC interview. Prior to very recently, we as shareholders had no reliable IR to contact for CMKX.
Much like Mach is far and away SSWH shareholders' biggest asset for communications and information, I'm very glad to see that Greenbaron does have the respect of UC for a contact source.
I know many were questioning GB's influence and purpose, and if he is bought by CMKX. Frankly, if he is able to address concerns directly with Urban like he did last night, then he is great to have on board.
I've been scanning when I've had the chance. Following this intensely for 6 months now, I forsee a big week ahead. Respectfully, all that is known about CMKX, its large number of claims, the 1.4 million acres of mineral rights, the 100+ anomalies, it's partnerships, dividend declarations and payments, etc...have only resulted in us still sitting at .0002/.0003.
News on...
* Drilling results
* Revelation of a lower than expected O/S and tradable float and filing again as a reporting company
* Revelation of illegal naked shorting practices by the MM's
* An agreement with a partner or partners creating synergy and increased intrinsic and market value to CMKX and the dividend partners
...are what I would love to see.
We've seen so much occur guys without any change to our pps. The only event that has resulted in a rise of our pps has been the anticipation and announcement of drilling results, and Atty Glenn coming aboard.
It has been after the ACTUAL results were revealed that we have seen the fall from .0012 to where we are today. I feel for the many that got in at .0003 or above. These have been a rough 3-4 months to stomach. Any of the above have been long awaited announcements by CMKX.
If timing means anything, then next week would be PRIME TIME to show the world at least a peek at their hand.
Be well, Bo
Billy, Excellent find! I would suggest everyone
read this post. The paragraphs in bold are amazing.
With Mr. Glenn, Mr. Williams and UC beginning to call out short sellers with dividends and positive pr's, I eagerly await a similar successful conclusion from their own manuever on the MM's.
Adding more yesterday was a very good thing indeed.
Let's make this fly UC. With the good barrister on your side and shareholders behind you, it can happen soon sir. : )
Bo
FWIW...from A-trade
What caught my attention and why I brought it to the board is Ameritrade isn't sure if CIM shares will be restricted or not. It would be interesting if they were unrestricted...
Does anyone have a sourced answer to this question?

Thank you for contacting us today regarding CMKX.
The company will be spinning off shares of Casavant Int'l Mining on at a rate of .0256, fractions being dropped. The record date was 8-31-04. This means your CMKX buy trades needed to settle on or before 8-31-04 in order to receive the spin off shares. The payable date was moved from 10-1 to 10-18. Ameritrade has not received any official information as to if the shares will be restricted. Casavant Int'l Mining is not a tradable security at this time.
At this time, the shares have not been delivered to Ameritrade. Once received, we will update your account.
If you have any questions and wish to contact us via e-mail, please log into your account and send your inquiry using the "E-mail Us" link which can be found in the navigation bar at the left side of any page within your account. Select the Reorganization & Dividend Inquiry Form.

Tks again Drill. Bo
Good Tues Zen, good post. And it seems
that if UC, Mr. Glenn and Mr. Williams were serious about painting the MM's into a corner, the use of dividends and the release of good news again and again is the way to do it.
Whether this is resolved to our benefit by compromise by the MM's, media exposure, litigation or all of the above, the evidentiary case against the MM's is building with each passing day.
* Far more buys than sells day in and day out with no price movement.
* The above occurs even though dividend announcements are made, value pr's are being released, expansion of mineral claims into gold and possibly silver, zinc and lead ARE OCCURRING, Goldak & TDEM survey results, drilling efforts expanding with additional rigs, 1.4 million acres of claims with over 100 anomalies, etc.
The question for the MM's is..Do they want their illegal practices exposed on Dateline before or after a lawsuit is filed? : )
Would they like to negotiate a settlement before any of this occurs, or would they rather feel maximum pain if exposed in the media and judicial system? : )
The MM's in my view are simply holding on as long as they can, but the clock is ticking, and the fuse is slowly burning shorter and shorter.
They can chose to cooperate, or Atty Glenn is going to chose their fate for them.
Be well Sir Zen,
Bo
The word for the day - Substantial!
Simply excellent news today. Clear, detailed, packed to the rafters in value and promise.
For once I honestly have very little to share for perspective or clarification, the news is that good and well stated. Yeah!! - wild applause for clear and value filled pr's. : )
30 tons of gold per work day now
60 tons of gold per work day in 6 weeks
300 tons of gold per work day in 90 days
Silver, Zinc, copper and lead are all rich in this mining district.
Roger Glenn is a key catalyst who remains committed and heavily involved.
Cash flow, leverage, expansion.
The PR speaks for itself, and it speaks VOLUMES.

SSWH's growth as a company and business concern
is unique from 98% of penny stocks. Anyone seeing the impact sports markets will have with SSWH has to be encouraged by their concept and patented process.
However, think of this. Say past this summer, they landed or announced contracts with sports teams, leagues and or Nascar but didn't have the ordering, manufacturing or logisctics systems in place to meet the demand. The resulting failure would have been almost assured.
Instead, as manufacuring capacity and a streamlined ordering system are developed, this almost assures that any sports teams or leagues, Nascar, etc will feel more confident in signing on with SSWH.
I'm holding a pantload of shares at an average much higher than current levels. However they have actively shown and pr'ed sure movement toward all of the above. Mach has a better insight into this company than all of us combined. They have only to drop a big name contract on the market and successfully meet high volume orders. The rest should take care of itself.
As for the prices we are seeing currently, the large percentage B/A spread is an age old tactic by MM's to freeze trading in hopes to cause selling. This is something we saw even during their run-up this spring. How MM's get away with it day after day? I dunno. They seem to get away with much on many stocks and hopefully their fraudulent trading practices can be exposed sooner rather than later.
I'm holding and waiting like everyone else. But I can see with the SEMA show upcoming and further updates on their ordering and manufacturing, contracts may be just beyond those corners.
Bo
Good day all. Tim, I hope this helps..
The holding period before you can sell restricted securities is one year.
Condition #3 of Rule 144 is also important to review and understand. The topic in Condition #3 is not discussed much, but a critical point nonetheless. Bo
http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/rule144.htm
Rule 144: Selling Restricted and Control Securities
When you acquire restricted securities or hold control securities, you must find an exemption from the SEC's registration requirements to sell them in the marketplace. Rule 144 allows public resale of restricted and control securities if a number of conditions are met. This overview tells you what you need to know about selling your restricted or control securities. It also describes how to have a restrictive legend removed.
What Are Restricted and Control Securities?
Restricted securities are securities acquired in unregistered, private sales from the issuer or from an affiliate of the issuer. Investors typically receive restricted securities through private placement offerings, Regulation D offerings, employee stock benefit plans, as compensation for professional services, or in exchange for providing "seed money" or start-up capital to the company. Rule 144(a)(3) identifies what sales produce restricted securities.
Control securities are those held by an affiliate of the issuing company. An affiliate is a person, such as a director or large shareholder, in a relationship of control with the issuer. Control means the power to direct the management and policies of the company in question, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract, or otherwise. If you buy securities from a controlling person or "affiliate," you take restricted securities, even if they were not restricted in the affiliate's hands.
If you acquire restricted securities, you almost always will receive a certificate stamped with a "restricted" legend. The legend indicates that the securities may not be resold in the marketplace unless they are registered with the SEC or are exempt from the registration requirements. The certificates of control securities are usually not stamped with a legend.
What Are the Conditions of Rule 144?
If you want to sell your restricted or control securities to the public, you can follow the conditions set forth in Rule 144. The rule is not the exclusive means for selling restricted or control securities, but provides a "safe harbor" exemption to sellers. The rule's five conditions are summarized below:
1) Holding Period. Before you may sell restricted securities in the marketplace, you must hold them for at least one year. The one-year period holding period begins when the securities were bought and fully paid for. The holding period only applies to restricted securities. Because securities acquired in the public market are not restricted, there is no holding period for an affiliate who purchases securities of the issuer in the marketplace. But an affiliate's resale is subject to the other conditions of the rule.
Additional securities purchased from the issuer do not affect the holding period of previously purchased securities of the same class. If you purchased restricted securities from another non-affiliate, you can tack on that non-affiliate's holding period to your holding period. For gifts made by an affiliate, the holding period begins when the affiliate acquired the securities and not on the date of the gift. In the case of a stock option, such as one an employee receives, the holding period always begins as of the date the option is exercised and not the date it is granted.
2) Adequate Current Information. There must be adequate current information about the issuer of the securities before the sale can be made. This generally means the issuer has complied with the periodic reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
3) Trading Volume Formula. After the one-year holding period, the number of shares you may sell during any three-month period can't exceed the greater of 1% of the outstanding shares of the same class being sold, or if the class is listed on a stock exchange or quoted on Nasdaq, the greater of 1% or the average reported weekly trading volume during the four weeks preceding the filing a notice of the sale on Form 144. Over-the-counter stocks, including those quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheets, can only be sold using the 1% measurement.
4) Ordinary Brokerage Transactions. The sales must be handled in all respects as routine trading transactions, and brokers may not receive more than a normal commission. Neither the seller nor the broker can solicit orders to buy the securities.
5) Filing Notice With the SEC. At the time you place your order, you must file a notice with the SEC on Form 144 if the sale involves more than 500 shares or the aggregate dollar amount is greater than $10,000 in any three-month period. The sale must take place within three months of filing the Form and, if the securities have not been sold, you must file an amended notice.
If you are not an affiliate of the issuer and have held restricted securities for two years, you can sell them without regard to the above conditions.
Can the Securities Be Sold Publicly If the Conditions of Rule 144 Have Been Met?
Even if you have met the conditions of Rule 144, you can't sell your restricted securities to the public until you've gotten the legend removed from the certificate. Only a transfer agent can remove a restrictive legend. But the transfer agent won't remove the legend unless you've obtained the consent of the issuer—usually in the form of an opinion letter from the issuer's counsel—that the restricted legend can be removed. Unless this happens, the transfer agent doesn't have the authority to remove the legend and execute the trade in the marketplace.
To begin the process, an investor should contact the company that issued the securities, or the transfer agent of the company's securities, to ask about the procedures for removing a legend. Since removing the legend can be a complicated process, if you're considering buying or selling a restricted security, it would be wise for you to consult an attorney who specializes in securities law.
What If a Dispute Arises Over Whether I Can Remove the Legend?
If a dispute arises about whether a restricted legend can be removed, the SEC will not intervene. The removal of a legend is a matter solely in the discretion of the issuer of the securities. State law, not federal law, covers disputes about the removal of legends. Thus, the SEC will not take action in any decision or dispute about removing a restrictive legend.

garo, I saw you posted twice and I responded to
the latter, which I see now is deleted. Your most recent post now showing prior to my previous post was what I was responding to. : )
Bo
garofalos...I'm seeing what you are seeing, but
like some matters before over the last month, the timing of events seems to be on a rollout among the brokers, which occurs over a short period of time simply due to the volume of shareholders. We may well see the same on our A-trade accounts next week.
It is certainly optimistic what is being reported by various investors who are receiving additional UCAD shares.
Earlier this week, I had sourced it x3 just to be sure in my post that what we saw was a final payment.
If there was an adjustment, it had to be by CMKX within the last 2 or 3 days.
Thinking optimistically, I don't think I'm going out on a limb when I say CMKX knew their O/S on August 20th on, or soon after that very date. I find it hard to believe it took 1 1/2 months to determine (lol it's funny just typing that) and pay out, only to realize a couple days later their O/S number was lower. So, say another adjustment, or adjustments occur...what an ingenious way to reveal the naked short position and methodically create a squeeze.
I will be most interested in confirmation of additional dividends in my account and any future adjustments that might be made. Along those same lines, and even more so, I'll be quite interested in the distribution ratio of CIM, any news that comes with it, and finally any adjustments that might be made with the CIM dividend over time. And don't forget, GEMM is right around the corner.
Pray and let's stay together. It's getting interesting.
Til Monday, or sooner if I have a chance.
Bo : )
Elrac, I'm with you and plan to do the same. eom
painted and Lana...thank you and I
don't mind at all.
Word gets around quick and on something like this, I have no doubt this family of shareholders will give her space and respect. Thanks for your help in posting elsewhere.
Hope your weekend is relaxing.
Stay warm!..brrr in Pa. : ) Bo
Tim, thanks. I called Chris and
she was at the airport in San Antonio getting luggage when she answered.
There was a matter she asked me earlier this week to call her back on, regarding information I was to provide her about UCAD certs when mine came in.
She appreciated my call, but was in San Antonio for Ty Merritt's funeral. I of course told her to do what she needed to do, and our discussion simply can wait. Bless her heart she sounded like she wanted to hear my info and and questions while searching through what sounded like a sea of people for her bag. She and I both mentioned the loss felt, and the tone of her voice spoke volumes.
I was touched that she is there. Name one other company or group of companies that would show this level of respect and selflessness to a public shareholder and their family.
She didn't ask me to do this, but on her behalf please refrain from any calls to her until sometime next week. I'm sure she would appreicate this respect during this time.
Thanks all. Bo
Open and shut case of MM manipulation..
http://cmkxdiamond.proboards32.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&num=1097864282
Utterly blatant in the face of trading laws and ethics. This is nothing new, just more evidence of the same manipulation of the stock trading of CMKX.
The cycle of trading over the past 2 days of UCAD, makes the last 10 trading days of UCAD, a mirror of my post I offered early last week addressing my only concern of the sudden and suprisingly sure rise of UCAD's pps.
I pray what we are seeing is just a breather in the positive trend, and not a set up situation by the MM's to once again make money by controlling trading to profit on short selling efforts.
Keep the faith....and a word to Roger and UC:
Anytime now guys. We're more than ready for better times. : )
Be well OneSteppers,
Bo
Thanks prospector. It was simply an idea that
came to me after seeing the news of the split this morning.
You stated it even better than I did. I never thought of CMKX rolling into UCAD prior to today.
And as for how it's done without dilution, I'm open to any ideas for discussion. : ) I just threw out the first pitch with the excitment of the thought. The forum is certainly open for anything and everything that's constructive.
Bo
Excellent post Zen! eom
BRIG...the O/S at the time in the
future when such a deal could occur is unknown, thus could be much lower than the date of record back in August. And the .0005-.0015 are arbitrary numbers I used. The terms can be anything workable. Also, I qualified my post twice as an out of the box thought, and in it assumed a transferrence of all claims and rights. However another partial transfer (rather than a complete) over what UCAD already has is possible.
I was just for once saying "what if".
I've seen far more posts on other boards and at times on this board speaking of issues of another galaxy and beyond the realm of feasiblilty even when you scale back their ideas.
I'll be sure to look for your posts opposing their views. My forward thinking post is an exception and at least a starting point for discussion. Theirs is the rule and either impossible to follow, not factually based or assumptions which look grandiose even scaled back.
Thanks, Bo : )
drop, very true and good point. That is why I think
and stated in my post I believe they will be part of the split.
prospector's point was concerning the market impact at the time the shares become unrestricted. He was correctly advising the difference in the effect of UCAD's pps if 7.5 million shares are released vs 22.5 million.
However, I see your point and believe you to be right on that.
That's just another reason (and a good one) why I would think our dividend shares would be split as well. They are part of the O/S, thus I'm thinking we will see our share holdings increase 3 fold when the split occurs.
Good call drop. : )
Bo
Bo...outside the box.
The thought just came to me. Even when I'm out of the box, I'll still keep one hand on it, so here goes...
How amazing would it be if UCAD soon owns all of the claims of CMKX?
A UCAD buyout of CMKX at b/w .0005 - .0015, transferring all the remaining rights and claims of CMKX to UCAD. We will have a small but nice windfall from the buyout.
More important, we will soon own 3 times the shares we currently own in UCAD - an now amazing company with claims of enormous value (when CMKX's rights and claims are now theirs), with a very low float and O/S. They then announce our shares become unrestricted soon after.
Friends, again the above thinking speculating on my part so please take it as that. However, the scenerio is based on the current realities. It would be ingenious, and have us sharing hugs and laughs very soon.
Be well,
Bo
GM all. prospector, good post for discussion.
I see 2 scenerios from the point in your post.
They are both win-win for us.
* If the 3-1 split doesn't include the restricted shares we own, then I will agree with your post in saying when our 7.5 million become unrestricted, it will have less impact on the pps at that time.
* I'm thinking restricted or not, all issued shares comprising the O/S of UCAD (including our current dividend shares) will be part of the split. This is even more outstanding news for us, because one of the most advantagous positions to be, is invested in a growing company just before they announce a forward stock split. Why is that?? 1) The company is growing and has great potential still, 2) a solid pps run not only precedes such an announcement, but usually follows, 3) in ~10 days, we will have 3x the amount of shares and likely strong pps growth after the split because, 4) there will still be a low float and O/S for UCAD even after the split, and 5) the value potential still exists.
Now, I have never seen a forward split when restricted shares are involved, so I would welcome any clarification anyone can give....Will our current dividend shares of UCAD be part of the split?
I'll do some follow up here this week, but if someone knew the answer for sure it would be a great help.
Smiles continue.

Bo
hey machz...i just signed on and saw your q.
i was just scanning before calling it a night. the news of ty's death stayed with me pretty hard for a few hours this evening even though i ran my son and daughter to their late day activities. i'm not sure how much i'll be on tomorrow, but for today, the events we're seeing, which are very good, suddenly don't seem as important, at least for tonight.
it's a good sign what your broker's report is showing. the next step is introduction of cim to the market for daily trading. along with this, i trust we'll see whether their profile describes their business purpose and details their holdings along with some other matters which can be discussed as time gets closer. cim may well be a critical key to our puzzle if 2 things occur that we have seen in ucad and gemm these past 2 weeks. if the shares we are to get in cim are restricted and cim becomes a publically traded stock, we could be seeing our dividend company being traded with a low tradable float like we are with ucad & gemm. ucad has much growth potential at these levels in light of last week's uranium news, and today's news on bulk drilling. gemm is a keeper. i can easily see a number to the left of the decimal point for gemm, especially if news comes as exciting as ucad's recent news, or good news from cmkx surfaces.
cim has that same potential if it is a low float stock with ties to CMKX, and with value and potential on it's own merits. seeing what has occurred, i project many investors will be wanting to buy the unrestricted cim early, and as much as they can.
it's also a gut feeling, but news and events for cmkx may well be timed accordingly around the upcoming events of cim. nope, i have nothing to source that comment. it just seems the logical timing to me, so we'll see.
sorry for rambling, but i saw your question and wanted to take a stab at some of the things i see as food for thought before you turn in for the night. cim is one of the 'puzzle pieces' which has so many possibilities as it pertains to it's own existance, and how it also can intertwine and affect cmkx. it's a juicy topic for sure, and glad we're soon to see it unfold.
pray for ty's family. i'm sure he would want us to get our eye back on the prize soon, as whatever shares he owned hopefully can be a blessing to his family at least in terms of lifting a financial burden off of them to help them through.
just get us to a .02-.05 base UC. i've heard of very few if any selfish desires over everyone's desire of providing for friends, family and community. In the case of ty's young family, i wish them that, but i wish them God's peace even more.
bo
zen..on ucad & cmkx, right on.
ucad's breather was indeed on thin volume, but still another day of strength from the prior close. Also, GEMM's climb is just beginning as any profits secured from UCAD could be reflected in additional buying of GEMM.
A CMKX liftoff from good news, clarification of share structure and naked shorts would be a blessed thing to see.
The CIM dividend will be a critical piece if it is also confirmed soon that CIM will be a traded stock with an established profile, mission statement and possession of value based holdings.
We've certainly paid for our ticket. The opening credits are running now. It seems it will be quite a show.
bo ... with Ty's passing, I think I'm going to give it a rest until tomorrow. I feel for his family and my thoughts are more with them that anything else right now. Here's to good things for us all.
My deepest sympathy to his family. It may not be much, but if someone is able to put together an e-card in a designated website that people from all CMKX boards could go to to sign or send a brief thought, it would mean the world to the family.

No Stks_...our discussions focused mainly
on the matter I mentioned yesterday and today.
We had a friendly conversation about where each is from, and talked about last week's race, since I live close (2 hours) to Reading. I discussed the source and origin of my concern. I'm not going to comment on what we both stated and agreed as a response.
I could care less what others spew on the boards, but if I disagree with statements made by 2 who have very large followings, so be it. I don't subscribe to much of what they say, and only have my partial attention when the discussion turns to valuation. Both entered the same paltalk session last night speculating on WMC before it was even confirmed. My post yesterday and today simply confirmed facts contrary to a post made this weekend. Those who are part of their followings come out of the woodwork and speak against someone who states facts contrary to those they follow.
To the masses I say, this isn't a game but we are on the same team. Those that tell great stories serve their purpose, but so do those who try to base what they say on realities of the industry and circumstances of the company. I think you'll find that here more than any other board. It is great to think out of the box and speculate. And it should be done. But to do so at the grandiose levels seen on other boards is something I personally think does more harm than good.
It's ok for those you follow to be wrong. Hell, when I'm wrong, I admit it, thank the person and move on. I ALWAYS learn from it and hopefully I'm more right than wrong.
It's just I read things on other boards who have a large following that are simply not right, or way beyond our realities all the time. I don't plan to get in a pissing match on each point made because it serves no one. It is not personal at all. Everyone involved seem like great people, and I know their efforts are well intentioned. They want what we want.: ) There are simply times when pointing out facts and realities need to occur, especially when so many people follow the opinion of a few. I felt the 'partial dividend' comment was such an issue that needed addressed.
Last night I felt the important thing was to confirm or deny the WMC rumour. Everyone who posted on this board saw the potential of such a deal including me, but qualified our comments until such a story was verified or not. On other boards and apparently on paltalk, it was being written and discussed as a foregone conclusion.
I hope and pray others continue to get challenege me when they feel I am wrong about something. I openly welcome it! It's the only way we all learn.
This issues have been addressed, and it's a new day. Time to move on. : )

Holdnolonger...I hear ya. Picture a
funnel. We have those that are in the 'squeeze camp', and those (like me) who are in the 'value camp'.
We may be standing on 2 different areas at the top of the funnel, but eventually we all come together for the same goal. The combination of the 2 makes the force at the end even stronger. I've been waiting quite a while for healthy debates with the end result being that we all win! : )
We can agree to disagree on what we are seeing in UCAD and GEMM. Either argument results in a higher price for both. : )
I simply think if you were short in UCAD and GEMM, you would have covered your position long ago (1 1/2 to 2 weeks ago) when the news turned good and the demand for both stocks went up. I just think UCAD and GEMM are value buys, and GEMM is still at a great entry. Further, I just don't see how we can say UCAD and GEMM are being squeezed when the O/S amounts are known, and there hasn't been evidence or claims of naked shorting in either.
But again I say....if these 2 are being squeezed, great!! I will be the first to happily say I'm wrong. : ) Add up a value play with a squeeze on these 2 puppies and I'll be a happier camper than I am right now. However, if there was a squeeze, I see anyone who was short in UCAD and GEMM 2-3 weeks ago, covering these 2 when their runs began. Both stocks are showing continued strength today.
Now for CMKX, evidence and/or comment from Attorney Glenn confirming naked short selling on CMKX for illegal profit by MM's, plus good news would have the check out desk at the roach motel working overtime.
Keep holdin on. : ) Bo
