GM all. prospector, good post for discussion.

I see 2 scenerios from the point in your post.
They are both win-win for us.

* If the 3-1 split doesn't include the restricted shares we own, then I will agree with your post in saying when our 7.5 million become unrestricted, it will have less impact on the pps at that time.

* I'm thinking restricted or not, all issued shares comprising the O/S of UCAD (including our current dividend shares) will be part of the split. This is even more outstanding news for us, because one of the most advantagous positions to be, is invested in a growing company just before they announce a forward stock split. Why is that?? 1) The company is growing and has great potential still, 2) a solid pps run not only precedes such an announcement, but usually follows, 3) in ~10 days, we will have 3x the amount of shares and likely strong pps growth after the split because, 4) there will still be a low float and O/S for UCAD even after the split, and 5) the value potential still exists.

Now, I have never seen a forward split when restricted shares are involved, so I would welcome any clarification anyone can give....Will our current dividend shares of UCAD be part of the split?

I'll do some follow up here this week, but if someone knew the answer for sure it would be a great help.

Smiles continue.

Bo
